I assume oppositions can count towards the stellium too...I feel like people keep explaining this to me but I forget why they are or aren't like a conjunction when it's a midpoint. Oppositions in a composite just mean that there is the far midpoint involved. As any circle has two midpoints, a midpoint axis. Also, conjunctions/Oppositions in a composite are so significant because they occur if there is a resonance, natally or synastrically. For example if you share the exact same aspect between two planets but in a reverse Order, like Venus square Pluto and Pluto square Venus (the first planets being the earlier one in the zodiac) at similar orbs, then it will result in either a conjunction or opposition in the composite. If the order is the same, then the same aspect would be repeated (so a square instead of a conjunction/opposition in this example).
This works with synastry aspects, too of course, if you have a DW conjunction then the composite will have the conjunction, too.
Also what is at least equally important if not more, is if people have natal planets conjunct/ opposite closely a composite planet. It is important for several reasons, one being that transits will hit harder so to speak.
However recently I was reading a bit in a book by Michael Meyer, the astrology of relationships, and he writes about midpoints. He calls the conjunction to a midpoint, "direct", and the opposition "indirect", I mention it cause usually we call conjunction/opposition both direct midpoints, and the square to the axis indirect.
However he writes: "Both ends of such an axis are signifcant, representing distinct yet inseparable functions of cyclic relationship. While the direct midpoint always occupies a point in zodiacal space enclosed within the phase arc of the two planets, the indirect midpoint always occupies a point in space that is outside the boundaries of the phase arc"
In this understandting there might indeed be a difference between conjunction and opposition (though it becomes difficult to differentiate if the two planets are opposing each other anyway, as the distinction between direct and indirect midpoint becomes somewhat arbitrary. lol). Anyway in Meyer`s words the direct midpoint (conjunction) signifies what is already present, what has been integrated in the past or in the present, while the indirect midpoint, because it is outside the phase cycle, reflects what needs or will be integrated in the future.
Not sure I follow this conclusion, however it is interesting to remember that yes indeed the near midpoint happens within the phase-cycle and the opposition outside of it, sort of as a mirror from the outside.

I do not necessarily "buy" the love-stellium thing, mostly because of the way it was presented by its inventor as the one and only and without it nothing is of worth thing.
HOwever I am definitely convinced of the importance of stellia or conjunctions and I also think that in a romantic composite Venus should somehow play a role, though having said that I have to admit my parents already defy that. I still think Venus is important for a love compospite though. not the one and only important thing obviously,a nd sometimes the overlays to the natals provide the Venus-factor, too.

Also if there are very tight stellia in composites it will have consequences in terms of transits, as there will be times that feel very very intense (when the planets transit over the stellium) and people won`t know what hit them and keeps hitting them (nicely or not so pleasantly), but if it is a real stellium composite, there will be also long blank and empty phases, so maybe it would be a good thing to have another planet aspect the stellium by another aspect, to ensure a more constant flow of energy.

this is my parents composite, as I said it is a bit the odd one, as they have been married for over 40 years, always together, pretty happy and very much loving each other (of course there is the occasional nagging, but it is really just like watching teenagers tease each other, well mostly my Dad teasing my Mom. He is pretty easygoing and I think that is a good thing. ) their c-DESC falls exact onto my Dad`s natal Venus (and conjuncts his Jupiter by 2 degrees).

Thank you lumina for that information- I agree with the contacts from the composite to natals. I make a habit of doing this with my own relationships. I find all ptolemaic aspects are relevant in that case, for example in my composite with my partner, the moon is in Taurus and sextiles my ASC quite closely, trines his Venus exactly. I didn't want to clog this thread up, but maybe it's worth inserting natals later. Your parents' chart is interesting. The c-4th house lord is in it's own house and is Venus! And they do indeed have a stellium in the 5th. Just wanted to add that I completely about Venus- the bigger role she plays in a composite the better. Thank you also for explaining the conjunctions/oppositions and the far/near midpoints. It makes a lot of sense to look for both as they will act as an axis to any transits. In this way, I suppose this is why squares and trines/sextiles would be looked at later as they will aspect both ends of the axis providing there is one already.

I've just been looking at my parents' composite though and all I can find in relation to their natals is c-Mars conj. mum's natal Mercury, which is her CR. Depending on my Dad's t.o.b, the composite moon may be doing something to his chart, but Venus doesn't do anything in the composite or their natals...and they are both Venusian people! *gobsmacked* That is unless you count a wide sextile from mum's n-Mars at 18* Sag to c-Venus at 23* Libra, making an even wider sextile to my dad's n-Venus at 14* Sag. c-Jupiter is at 16* Leo though and that makes a nice trine to those natal planets- perhaps bringing them together...? Jupiter deposits my Dad's sun and Venus and mum's Mars. The stellium they have in Scorpio more or less clusters around my Dad's south node at 16* Scorpio and that c-Venus widely conjuncts mum's south node at 27* Aries. With my grandparents, c-Saturn conjuncts Nana's n-Sun and Jupiter at a pinch, c-Mercury and Venus trine Nana's n-Mars in Sag and my Grandad's natal Jupiter in Leo. They also conjunct Grandad's n-Uranus. Depending on Grandad's t.o.b, those Aries placements may aspect his Moon in Aquarius too. _________________________________________________ Just adding King Edward VIII and Wallis Simpson he famously abdicated the British throne to be with twice divorced Mrs Simpson: They are born at around the same time of the year (both June born) so some may point out, and this may be a flaw in the composite method, that such midpoints in close proximity are a result of planets already close together. That's true, but there are also lots of other composites between people who are not born close together. And this was quite a poignant love story- that Venus-Pluto conjunction is very telling imo. Also that opposition of Mars- Chiron crossing the stellium-Moon is pretty awesome in that it relays the literal opposition they faced from the public and government- Jupiter, lord of MC (legacies and gvt) opposing the moon in 11th (public?) and squaring Mars, lord of 2nd. This may depict the choice Edward was faced with; choose his throne and the material wealth that that would bring, or choose something more meaningful. ___________________________________________________________________________________________ Eddie Fisher and Debbie Reynolds: Stellium with Sun, Mercury and MC. Venus squares Uranus, Pluto squares Moon and conjuncts Venus...7th house rulers in 10th and 12th.

FruityLlama "I find all ptolemaic aspects are relevant in that case," I focus on the conjunctions and oppositions, but will also have a look on the partile or near to partile squares and trines to a composite planet. For example in P`s composite with his wife there is an exact conjunction of Saturn and Pluto on 27 Libra, and this is squaring his Venus on 25°55 Cap and Juno on 27°32 Cancer. It means at least that whenever a strong transits hits the composite Saturn-Pluto, there will be also relevant transits to his natal Venus-Juno-opposition. Honestly speaking I am glad this is not our composite. Well he may have married her, but still I wouldn`t want such a strong Saturn-Pluto aspect, especially not if it squares soft natal planets. It makes things probably very durable though. But personally I prefer to be free and happy instead. But to each their own I guess. And our composite is very weird, well we are not and have never been in a relationship, but seem to relate strongly to each other nevertheless, but I couldn`t say what that is. I guess noone can, and at least I am completely clueless about how to label that connection. Maybe he knows? But I doubt it. As I said, it is just some kind of strange. Seems it is still in the process of finding itself, this composite of ours. " for example in my composite with my partner, the moon is in Taurus and sextiles my ASC quite closely, trines his Venus exactly." And through this the Moon sort of pulls in that nice synastric aspect of your ASC to his Venus. "Your parents' chart is interesting. The c-4th house lord is in it's own house and is Venus! And they do indeed have a stellium in the 5th." If we consider Chiron as part of it, yes. and yes about the 4th house. and it makes sense home and family being so important to them.

I am not really counting very wide aspects to the composites, as we are dealing with midpoints here, besides at a certain time I feel it is like grasping for straws. I guess I wouldn`t really like to go beyond 3-4 degrees for conjunctions and oppositions, and keep it well under 2 degrees, for other aspects, actually preferring partile aspects.
However I keep a look if a midpoint picture emerges, that usually pulls in even slightly wider aspects.
In the case of your parents it really might be the trines to Jupiter, esp. with Jupiter being so important to both of them.
Well I would definitely count the 4 degree conjunction of Venus to SN in your mom`s case.

lumina I'd agree with you on the degrees, although I was under impression that conjunctions to luminaries could be widened as they are in natals- I assume the reason for this is the same really, if other people are like permanent transits in synastry? Also if I'm honest, me and my partner fail miserably at the composite otherwise- we have Sun-Venus but at 7* haha!! However there are some composites in this thread whereby planets are further away from each other and they didn't always last, I suppose. I'd be happy to see a close cluster of planets in a chart rather than them sprawled out everywhere. This is me and him- it doesn't quite fit the criteria of this thread, but I'll whack in here anyway and depending on what happens in the future I can come back to it haha Will be back

FruityLlama"although I was under impression that conjunctions to luminaries could be widened" Within the composite - yes (though David Cochrane states he observed after having checked a lot of composites, that the huge themes that are in your face are usually depicted by aspects with very tight orbs, under 2 degrees, and that from 3 degree upwards, these aspects are not so prominent anymore or less than the tighter ones.) Well but while I would allow wider orbs within the composite, I wouldn`t in the comparision from composite to natal. "as they are in natals-" Personally I`ve always found that procedure debatable. "I assume the reason for this is the same really, if other people are like permanent transits in synastry? " Well I am using a 1 degree orb for transits, so acutally I am a lot more generous with composite orbs. (I would widen that transit degree maybe to 3 degrees, in certain circumstances, but not really anything more than that. Yes I know some astrologers claim they can feel a Pluto-transit at 5 degree orbs. To each their own I say, but I doubt the validity of this asessment. And yes that might sound arrogant, but 5 degree orb for a Pluto transit? That spanning a whole decade in some cases! Come one, how could that be specific to a certain timeframe? Actually even at partile transits of the outers, there will come a personal planet transit, usually by Mars, to activate that.) Also if I'm honest, me and my partner fail miserably at the composite otherwise- we have Sun-Venus but at 7* haha!! You also have Sun-Uranus at very tight orbs! Who knows? Maybe you need that. Also I think Venus is at the widish Uranus/Neptune-mp, interesting. I also see a difference between conjunctions and stellia. Conjunctions are usually happening within just a couple of degrees, but Stellia can be a little be more widespread, as long as the planets are either in the same sign or the same house, but preferably the same sign and in that case always always ALWAYS look at what the dispositor is doing, he is sort of manifesting the message of the STellium, where things also manifest and express. I have a Sag-stellium in natal, and Jupiter is in Pisces in 3rd house, and it is very clear that I bring all that Sag-energy over to the 3rd house and express it through my verbal and mental expression, and of course it gets modified and a little more mellow than typical Sag energy, but at the same time also even more idealistic. P has a Sag stellium, too, but Jupiter is in Virgo in 6th house conjunt Mars, he has the habit to frequently adopt new eating styles, health things, losing weight, fitness programs and methods. But it neer last long. lol He starts with a lot of enthusiasm and after a week or two you will never hear about it anymore. unless it is really important for his work and daily routine. Then he can actually stick to something at least for a limited timeframe. lol

luminaThank you for your detailed response as per! Very much appreciate it "Well but while I would allow wider orbs within the composite, I wouldn`t in the comparision from composite to natal". Ah, yes I see- I wouldn't either to be honest otherwise it does seem, as you said, grasping at straws somewhat. I see what you mean about the Pluto transit, although I suppose since Pluto takes so long to shift and if it has had any effect, it may well leave a lasting impression for about a decade for some people. I currently have Tr.Pluto right on my DSC. I think it hit about a year or two ago (?)...two years back is when I really felt the power struggles, and to some degree still do but no where near as intense as when it first hit the axis. Now I'm just getting used to it, although I wonder if this is presenting me with a certain impatience regarding 7th house issues...anyways, I'll be glad when it moves even just a degree away from my DSC! I'm also dealing with Tr.Uranus right on my Sun-Moon midpoint and Neptune trining my ASC though... I forgot about our c-Sun-Venus opp. Uranus there. I think that represents us quite well...our partnership is unconventional, but then that was at least written in my natal chart already...7th house Uranus! And his is in his 1st house. "I also see a difference between conjunctions and stellia. Conjunctions are usually happening within just a couple of degrees, but Stellia can be a little be more widespread, as long as the planets are either in the same sign or the same house, but preferably the same sign and in that case always always ALWAYS look at what the dispositor is doing, he is sort of manifesting the message of the STellium, where things also manifest and express". Ahhh...good point, thank you! I will look for that in future, it adds a bit more to the story in that case! "I have a Sag-stellium in natal, and Jupiter is in Pisces in 3rd house, and it is very clear that I bring all that Sag-energy over to the 3rd house and express it through my verbal and mental expression, and of course it gets modified and a little more mellow than typical Sag energy, but at the same time also even more idealistic". That's interesting! So, looking at your composite (thank you by the way), there is also a stellium in Sag, deposited and opposed by Jupiter in 5th. Jupiter rules both the 11th and 2nd house. I hope you don't mind but these are some of my initial thoughts looking at your composite there...just trying to exercise some of the pointers you showed me! The composite between you two may demonstrate how much you value each other as friends or members of a shared group due to your channelled optimism regarding 5th house matters- shared hobbies, shared sense of fun and adventure, shared attitudes towards dating, children etc. The Venus-Moon`in the 12th supports the Sag theme to some degree, but if there are or were romantic or tender feelings there (correct me if I am wrong...I'm not sure what the nature of this relationship is- I assumed friendship, but just trying to cover all potential themes here), it is has been kept separate from the relationship that has been established and such area of the relationship is kept hidden. It is not in the relationship's nature to reveal those planets too much and this may be due to how or where the relationship started (4th-6th lords)? It may be total BS, but I hope the way I approach these interpretations of the charts is improving somewhat...!

FruityLlama "it may well leave a lasting impression for about a decade for some people." Yes, there is of course always an aftermath with Pluto. Pluto changes or actually unearths things and you can`t turn back the time, that is why the effect is so long lasting. Also sometimes we only realize later what and how Pluto has been operating as he is usually doing it underground. Seems it is a very intense time for you. Curiously enough I have Tr Pluto on my Sun/Moon-mp currently. lol It actually is going back and forth about it (21 Cap) ""I forgot about our c-Sun-Venus opp. Uranus there. I think that represents us quite well...our partnership is unconventional, but then that was at least written in my natal chart already...7th house Uranus! And his is in his 1st house. Yes I think it is always important to trace back to the natals. an Uranian will deal with Uranus-aspects differently as if you were all about Moon-Saturn. "That's interesting! So, looking at your composite (thank you by the way), there is also a stellium in Sag, deposited and opposed by Jupiter in 5th. Jupiter rules both the 11th and 2nd house. " Yes, Jupiter holds the reigns. "he composite between you two may demonstrate how much you value each other as friends or members of a shared group due to your channelled optimism regarding 5th house matters- shared hobbies, shared sense of fun and adventure, shared attitudes towards dating, children etc." Yeah you could say that. "The Venus-Moon`in the 12th supports the Sag theme to some degree, but if there are or were romantic or tender feelings there (correct me if I am wrong...I'm not sure what the nature of this relationship is- I assumed friendship, but just trying to cover all potential themes here), it is has been kept separate from the relationship that has been established and such area of the relationship is kept hidden. It is not in the relationship's nature to reveal those planets too much and this may be due to how or where the relationship started (4th-6th lords)? " Interestingly I have come across a lot of composites with Moon and/or Venus in 12th house, and there is and never has been anything hidden about the relationships, though they seemed to also relate to "something bigger", in terms of supporting each other or a cause/charity actually. However in our case it makes sense. Anyway, I cannot tell you what the type of connection is, I don´t know myself. It SHOULD be how it started as a performer-audience-detached connection. But in recent years we have been crossing paths mroe regularly (we met many years ago, and I had the habit to disappear for months even years at times; truth be told it was probably me making all of this very vague. FRom the first time we met he had basically approached me during concerts or after, teased me usually, seriously pushed me out of my comfortzone. lol I was not able to recognize or appreciate this or respond to that in a good way, actually by my non-responsiveness he must have taken that as a rejection or something. I mean it probably was just fun to begin with, but I wasn`t able to deal with that.) Recently however we`ve had some more encounters you could say, I remember when the "shift" started to happen (it is still shifting and finding itself actually) there was one encounter, after a musical, when I accompanied aquaintances, and somehow he managed to turn the talk to make me centre of it. I mean I was just standing beside them, listening to my aquaintance tell him about me and how her and me met and why I was always taking the train and what not, and I was just finding that so weird, my aquaintance did not realize it, but as an observer I noticed that he had been subtly pushing the conversation that direction and well I also noticed that even though he was talking to the others, he was not taking his eyes off me for even a moment. It was a bit strange. After that we had quite some blow up on facebook. lol Weirdly enough we can joke with each other a lot, but also we can get really bitchy/cranky/defensive, it just hit me this year or so that partly the reason is that for some reason my words get to him, apparently more than other people`s. For good or bad actually. And sometimes it almost feels like I hurt him when being too casual or flippant. (I am just being a good facebook-follower in these moments) And well over the course of the last 2 years I`d say, we have been on workshops together, and I remember that first one when I wanted to say goodbye to him, because I had to leave early, and he was at the piano and I was just listening to him play and sing, a song he had written himself actually, and it was so sad and melancholic and deeply emotional, that I was on the verge of crying after he ended, and I told him how beautiful that was and when he looked up, his eyes were actually also looking a little wet, and he said to me: "I am affected by it, too, you know?" Until now I am not exactly sure he really was only talking about the song, but it almost seemed like there was osmething else. Anyway that was actually the first time he hugged me and that really surprised me. And things just slowly gradually evolved from there, I wouldn`t say we are friends, we are aquaintances I think? With some extra but don`t know what that is? Well last year when I bumped into him he asked me to stay and have coffee with him, and on his christmas concert he was singing a song for me, because I had wished for that song nd he had spontaneously said that then he would be singing it, and actually he made a big fun scene out of it, a tiny little naughty, too. and after I thanked him for singing that song and that I had enjoyed that fun scene, he told me that he had been doing it only for me. Well I am sure he was joking. I`d say we get along, we respect each other and apparently like each other, and by the way he hugged me after we met again after half a year of not seeing each other, I figured that he sort of likes hugging me (he does not do it everytime, but actually increasingly often). Also with Moon square Mars and Venus square Pluto in composite at such tight orbs, we probably have to tread lightly and carefully, as Robert Hand puts it these aspects often mean that people cannot be NOT affected by each other and then sometimes they overreact. Well we usually under-react. lol Maybe that is the grace of the 12th house, though with Pluto transiting there, those emotional undercurrents keep on bubbling to the surface. There is just something rumbling underneath,b ut I think we both do not want to look too closely there. you know sleeping dogs and all. ON the other hand I wonder how he experiences esp. the Moon-Mars-square as his Venus is conjunct composite Moon and his Pluto is conjunct composite Mars and composite NN. So basically it overlays his natal Venus-Pluto-square. (I Have one too, but it is not connected this way to the composite, my Venus is on 6 Cap and my Pluto on 9 Libra) But yeah, we are not lovers (of course not, he is married, and I guess I wouldn`t be his type anyway) and we are not friends. We are not just performer-audience either, and for aquaintances there are too strange peaks in intensity, so I have no freaking clue what we are. I usually go by aquaintances, it is the easiest label. Though people sometimes look at me very strangely, when I talk about him, like my colleagues when I told them he had been singing that song for me or because I liked it, and after that long pause one of them dared speaking up and pointing out to me: "Do you even realize HOW romantic that is?" I am sure he didn`t mean it this way, but it sometimes is interesting to see how other people see this. lol Or my aquaintance who once said to me, that even if she did not know where I was sitting in the audience, she would have easily figured out by the way his eyes were always going over that certain spot in the audience from stage. Yeah well, I guess there is a bit of truth in it. So I guess at least there is interest there? Sympathy? Curiosity? Something like that? But as you can see I have no real clue. I do think you did a good job with the intpretation though.

lumina "Seems it is a very intense time for you. Curiously enough I have Tr Pluto on my Sun/Moon-mp currently. lol It actually is going back and forth about it (21 Cap)" Gosh, how are you finding it may I ask? It's quite nice to know someone else is having a similar transit, especially also having an outer planet on the Sun/moon mp! Yes that's true about looking back at natals. I am surprised in this thread that there are a lack of Venus-Uranus hard aspects, specifically the square. I was just thinking how Venus-Uranus contacts between people don't seem as bad as people make out, but then I suppose I'll be used to the energy and won't notice it that much. Wrt to 12th house composite- oh that's interesting to note, thank you! Charities make sense, although I'll be honest I never associated charity with the 12th house, but y'know what, it fits better than the 6th or 9th. I always think of monasteries with the 12th house hahaha but I guess in a way monastic life intended to be charitable and received donations throughout the years. Ah I see, yes it seems like there's bits of everything in this relationship then! How intriguing, yet perhaps a little frustrating not to be able to put your finger on it. I suppose the 12th house is about the indefinable in a way...perhaps the purpose is to explore and enjoy a totally novel type or genre of relationship! To perhaps demonstrate or display a different way of relating as a lesson (Jupiter) to the rest of us (11th house)! "I do think you did a good job with the intpretation though". Thanks ever so much!

Let's play a game... Would you like to match the couple to the composite? I got some very telling examples. (Birth times known for some, not all - so please disregard the angles). Couple #1: A recently married, very much in love couple. They look just as in love and comfortable together as their composite seems to indicate. Couple #2: Very intense, and a total train-wreck of a marriage (as these things often are). Couple #3: Not a real couple. But someone (a third person) - who has their Sun sitting on that cluster of planets - sniffed out "potential" and was convinced they'd be a great couple, even though they've never met or spoken. Composite A: Composite B: Composite C: Does anyone want to guess which composite belongs to which couple? (You can click on the lower images to see a bigger picture). (I hope these images show up aligned to the right titles on your screen, they do on mine, not sure about other browsers).

I'll have a go.... Composite B I think is couple 1. I think this because (1), there is a mystic rectangle or whatever its called which I've noticed demonstrates a strong bond- kinda boxed in, in a way. venus conjunct Mars is included there, plus Sun conjunct Vesta and all being in the 10th/close to MC makes me think it is obvious to the world how much they are passionate about each other and how dedicated they are too. (2) ASC in Leo is quite a demonstrative couple, and affectionate too (I assume the stellium in Taurus may indicate comfort as well). HOWEVER, I'm looking at that Pluto opposing the stellium and thinking...HMMM could it be the train-wreck?? I think composite C is couple 2...I feel like composite A and C are similar as both have Juno conjunct a potentially disruptive outer planet. But I'll stick with this as C has Juno-Pluto, which then conjuncts Uranus and plus there is a grand square there too, which indicates a bond but perhaps a challenging one, or at least one that is fuelled by a lot of energy. ASC in Scorpio- seems intense to the rest of us. BUUUT there's a lot of 12th house stuff, which as Lumina said above can indicate "something bigger" at play..which could also fit with couple 3..... I think composite A is couple 3 as Juno is conjunct Uranus, which is the CR and I suppose sterotypically Aqua/Ura things are quite random like that The sun is conjunct Pluto also, which could represent being "sniffed" out. The sun in Scorpio, if it is the same as this person's natal sun may fit with the stereotype of Scorpion-like obsession too, but then I suppose Libras also have the potential to be on the look for potential a lot of the time... The Yod in composite A is interesting too and I have no idea what to say about it. I bet I've got those all wrong haven't I? I bet composite C is going to couple 1 now hahaha Thanks 12YearsABlob ! That was fun!

I`d think couple 1 is composite B. The stellium in Taurus is quite close and has a Sun-Venus and Venus-Mars-conjunction. The opposition to Pluto is widish, maybe still valid, and that is what threw me off it, initially, and there is Uranus in a close trine to the STellium.
As for the others hmmm
I`d think couple 2 is composite C and couple 3 is composite A - but I am even less sure about that!
Composite C has that very challenging but dynamic alignment of Juno-Pluto-Chiron to the Nodes. that is no joke, but potentially quite painful I suppose. It also has Sun-Venus-MErcury-though. Uranus-Juno on the NN could be also interesting, an unusual relationship, but nevertheless one that is "meant to be" in a certain way. If the birthtimes are not too far off Moon is squared by Neptune, which could bring in a fantasy-note here.
On the other hand composite A has Sun-Pluto-Venus, this could be too intense of course, but it seems less challenged here in this composite. Venus is exactly sextile Neptune, which would be a gentle glow. I would be curious to know how the Mercury-Saturn-Mars would manifest. I know that people usually think this is a really bad thing to have, but it depends, my parents have the Saturn-Mars-conjunction too, and they make a really effective team. here there seems to be no real afflictions to that conjunction too. Hmm if they are in contact with each other, then the transiting Uranus opposing this this and next year, could be quite interesting. Also Tr Uranus obviously has JUST been opposing their Sun-Pluto-Venus, interesting. Something might have awoken and shaken up.

Just swinging by again to add some more. I'm hoping this thread can be one massive research thread where everything is all together in one place. Also because I wake up randomly screaming couples names (zzzz....CILLA BLACK AND BOBBY WILLIS..zzzz....) that I need to insert here like a total weirdo. I'M OBSESSED! I don't know if many of you will know who Cilla Black was, but she was starting her career and playing at the Cavern Club at the same time as the Beatles were and was close friends with them. She almost had a career in the US, but I think personal issues got in the way and she went on to become a household TV presenter name in the UK, hosting shows such as Blind Date. Her relationship with Bobby Willis is documented as being quite tender and sweet, although he was also her manager at one point...perhaps stayed as her manager, I'm not entirely sure. There were issues, but overall are depicted as being very devoted to each other until their deaths (Bobby in 1999, Cilla 2015).
