Thanks for that article anela ...strangely I was thinking the same thing while grocery shopping earlier today, about parents. EVC = composite between natal and an event Lately I've been thinking about how information gets enmeshed in ego wars and personal insults even if the information ought to be simply that: information. Neutral. I guess that's a Cap moon mentality. Well it's devoid of emotion, at the root.

14 Aries, my EVC sun with this eclipse, 11H 14 Aries, eclipse sun, draconic 16 Aries, my EVC Chiron 16 Aries, my natal Jupiter, 9H 16 Aries, my draconic Venus
My EVC sun-Chiron in the 11th matches the fact that I haven't been talking with my friends that much. Obviously the world is going through a crisis period, everyone is social distancing on different levels. I just don't always have the heart to confront the zeitgeist, and conversations nowadays either tend in that direction or feel eerily avoidant.
Natally I have asteroid 916 America conjunct Uranus, squaring my Mercury. Maybe this accounts for my lack of patriotism. Still, watching the desecration/toppling of idols (statues) is upsetting; 'just makes me think we the living people are next (police didn't save the statues, beleaguered police aren't saving people either, crime rates are increasing). The full moon's draco chart has Jupiter-Pluto conjunct my draconic Mars on my natal IC. Wartime at home.
I have been wanting to leave this country many years. Circumstances have prevented this from happening. 'Spent the full moon researching life in Russia, as it's my husband's preferred destination. Natally I have Russia @ 11 Taurus conjunct Isis and Atlantis, apex of yod with Pluto and Neptune. Chance are slim to none that we will even make it there for a visit, but still, it's been nice watching videos of the place. I've been transfixed by the way the apartments are lit in the cities. Overhead fluorescent lights or something that makes the space stark bluish-white, which is surreal to me and unpleasant, yet the view from these high rise apartments can be breathtaking, with warmer light outside.
Any travel videos help alleviate my feeling of claustrophobia or entrapment within this country. So I guess that fits EVC Chiron on natal Jupiter. The "wounded" part remains, though....passports are difficult to obtain nowadays, and my family's passports are mostly expired.
Apologies, I love Roger Whittaker...this doesn't even really fit but whatever, dreaming of leaving.
Pls don't quote

That sounds really distressing and depressing. Well it is even distressing me, and I am living in another country.
On another note, it seems I´ve been having or am going to have or already had my Draconic Solar Return.

Ava , I had been barking up the wrong tree looking at spiritual asteroids. As it turned out, the eclipse, just as you had suggested, was about relationships. In particular with the ex who had recently returned to enquire how I was faring in these dark times. Because of infrequent meet ups due to the distance and our respective needs to stay independent, we had parted ways (several times over the years). But neither of us had tried to find anyone else. We acknowledged that our relationship had led to a sense of "loyalty or fidelity that some of us seem to be bound to” (his words). Now there was a genuine desire to see the other happy. In this feeling there emerged a moment of stillness and reverence. It was as if someone had shone a warm spotlight on them and they glowed. It was immeasurably beautiful. While we still laughed, teased and said the most outrageous things. Will go check how this may have been revealed in the EVC.

@astrokeen ,
yes, I can see that in the EVC. There is actually a lot going on. First thing I noticed was the Mercury-Venus-conjunction, which to me has always to do with beautiful communication or communication about beautiful things (relationships, love, art etc.), usually it is also rather flirtative, charming or just very pleasant and talking about love.
Then you have Neptune conjunct Pallas, very very deeply spiritual, I can see that in the way you described that meeting/ communication.
Also that asteroid conjunction of Devota (?) and Union. A truely devoted union. HOw fitting is that!!!!
But I think it might be also very much in the Here and now and having its fair share of attraction, romantic or erotic, actually a combination of deeply caring and erotic, and also independent. Two people meeting each other on eye level, and actually the individual independence possibly heightens the romantic/ emotional/ erotic experience (Eros on the ASC opposing Moon on the DESC, and on the Leo-Aqua - axis).
Now it would be interesting to see how his EVC with that looks like, and also if there are tight (1 degree) overlays to your EVC and/ or natal. Like does he connect to your experience, as described in the EVC conjunctions? I am pretty sure he might connect at least to some of them, sometimes even one or two of these overlays are "enough" to describe a strong connection or rapport (it is more about the quality of these overlays than the quantity.).

A few hours after the eclipse happened, my nephew and my niece were being baptized, and I was asked to do an intercessory prayer for my nephew (I am one of his godparents), and after the ceremony the reverend came to me saying that he had never seen/ heard anyone doing an intercessory prayer that way, but that he liked it a lot. Well he was also comparing the whole baptism thing and especially the kids to Star Wars. LOL Coincidentally I had been taken a picture of my nephew 2 years ago, where the light was reflected of his suit (which was blue with a lot of white stars on it), which made him look like a Jedi. At least I put the STar wars music underneath this picture once. lol It jsut reminded me of that, the reverend did not know that though, and still he made the same association. How odd. But a nice odditiy. Well he was comparing the kids to "children of the light" which was obviously within the baptismal mottos my brother and his wife chose (each of them had compiled their favourites from a list, and after that they sat together and looked if there were mottos they BOTH had on their short list, and they picked those they had in common). and in both mottos the common thread was "truth". My nephews motto was more action/ deed oriented, which fits his personality, as you can already see. After all he is almost 4 years old, and he is very much a "doer" already. Anyway I thought this was a pretty "unusual baptism", unfortunately not outside in the garden/ yard, as was planned (it was actually very very windy that day, which was unusual for july too. but I LOVE that. I love wind.), but not in the big church either, but in a room, where just the family gathered, so it was a very private ceremony. Anyway my aunt pointed out later, that during my intercessory prayer my nephew had been "listening with utter fascination to you". Actually he was very focused throughout the whole ceremony, which is very unusual (he is always in motion usually), but he was incredibly immersed in this. (it was a short ceremenoy luckily, but well even sitting still and focus for a good 30 minutes is pretty long for a little kid, used to be very free in his moving and doing). Just wanting to give a bit of a background to it. i cannot emphasize enough how much I wanted to hug the reverend (I did not) for bringing in that Star Wars thing. lol I am not even a fan of Star Wars, but it took a lot of possibly stuffiness out of the whole ceremony and made it relateable. And well my intercessory prayer was on the "risky side", as I am aware it was not done in the traditional way. NOt quite. But apparently it was close enough so noone took offense, but I honestly wanted it to be for my nephew, something somehow relateable, and I didnt care about any kidn of tradition. Well it was all good, and my brother was crying. lol Just a little bit. but he isn`t really doing that a whole lot. So this EVC was approximately set at the time I did my intercessory prayer. See there Jupiter on the IC? That`s me. lol Actually it is exactly conjunct my natal Moon. The ASC is conjunct my natal and progressed Uranus on my 11th house cusp (1 and 2 Scorpio), and my name shows up near the DESC. WEll there are of course some things in there that have nothing to do with the baptism (like Saturn-Atropos opposing Union). Well wondering if that SAturn-ATropos is just cementing a separation or is breaking a too restricted somethng. Well I never really know how to interprete Atropos. So I will ust not think about it now.

So I was plugging in "Skywalker" (274020) for fun into my natal chart. Turns out my natal Skywalker is on 17 Aquarius, exact conjunct my Moon. How is that for a coincidence?
my EVC has Skywalkder on 4 Taurus, so the DESC right in between my name on roughly 1 Taurus and that one. lol
BTW my nephew has it on 24 Virgo conjuncct Jupiter on 22 Virgo in his 12th house natally opposing Chiron on 24 Pisces. And the time I guesstimated for that moment makes the ASC fall onto 27 Virgo, so it must have been right on his Jupiter-Skywalker during the ceremony, possibly when the reverend brought this methaphor up. lol
Also my brother`s ASC is on 25 Pisces and DESC on 25 Virgo. My sister in law has Sun on 26 Pisces and Moon on 24 Virgo.
BTW my nephew has his Sun on 12 Leo, and my niece has Sun on 16 Leo, Venus on 15 Leo, and Psyche on 13 Aqua, so that was all roughly on the MC-IC-axis of my EVC.

lumina , thank you for highlighting those aspects. Yes, his EVC does echo mine. Which one of us is more affected, I'm not so sure though. His birth time is not accurate, but his Karma/NN sextile Devota/Union (yes, he too!) plus Penelope is nice. So is his grand trine with Moon/Sun/Mars showing perhaps a rare accord within himself which led to a moment of realisation. A few close overlays between EVCs - his Sun/ my Eros, his Chiron/ my Neptune, his Alma/ my Destinn. Also, his EVC Jupiter on my natal Venus, his EVC Moon on my natal Juno

I'm so happy you had such a positive experience @astrokeen . I'll have to come back later and look at the charts, I'm pressed for time and also feeling emotionally heavy and sometimes that makes it hard to think. === I am not even a fan of Star Wars Jesus, really? No wonder it took so long for the Rebel Alliance to win, you weren't helping AT ALL. Let's hope the baptism changed you for the better.

Ava 😂 I never sat through even one Film. I Just got so bored. 🙊 You're not much of a Skywalker, but you're better than Anakin. I have Skywalker exactly conjunct my true south node. Coincidentally, the first movie and I were coming into existence at the same time. Imagine my sorrow (oh wait, you can't, you don't care)....well understand that I'm disgruntled I've got my maiden name on my north node. I went from Skywalker to my boring last name. That's depressing, I need ice cream.

lol No need for a reason. I always need ice cream. Fascinating about the coming into existence. I wonder what was on when I came into existence. Hmm possibly the Rocky HOrror Show? WAsn`t it somewhere around that time? Ah I do not know I will research that.

Also, his EVC Jupiter on my natal Venus, his EVC Moon on my natal Juno I'm amazed by his EVC sun opp your EVC moon (full moon) on your EVC ASC/DSC axis. On a full moon eclipse. Does his natal sun oppose your natal moon?

The ASC is conjunct my natal and progressed Uranus on my 11th house cusp (1 and 2 Scorpio), and my name shows up near the DESC. I love it, especially Jupiter on the IC on your natal moon, such a happy family involvement indicated there. Moon-Pallas-Neptune in the 3H trine Mercury and sextile Pluto seems like an exceptionally good time for public speaking, especially with those tight orbs, and I think the reverend's reaction is a good barometer of your success. I like that interpretation; well Saturn-Atropos semisextile Venus and Vertex, opposing 12H Libra Union, seems to me like something that might have had romantic lift-off (Pisces Venus sextile Vertex) but it wasn't the time. Like you weren't in church for a Union. Something totally different.

It seems so @astrokeen. I love full moon synastry, sun opp moon, even though it can be difficult. Pretty sure every full moon will create a synastric full moon in your EVCs. But here the signs are the same as your natal signs of course, AND it's an eclipse, AND it's on your EVC angles. That's special, and I'm happy real life matched the charts, and it was a good experience.
