I'm making this right now, in the instant pot. Hoping to calm my stomach down, after the Mexican food made me sick. I've been getting sick for almost five hours now. I'll let it calm down, and then see if I can eat this stuff. This isn't the exact recipe I used, but it's basically the same. I used powdered ginger instead of minced, and haven't added anything but rice, broth (turkey), bragg's amigos, salt, and pepper. www.foodandwine.com/recipes/basic-chinese-congee

No, unfortunately. But I was worried about my dog. I threw it all back up. :/
It also soaked up all of the liquid, and I was hoping it would be a bit soupy. I must have left it sitting too long. I'll try again. One woman in a gastroparesis group, was swearing by it a year ago. She said it was really helping her stomach.
