Theoretically, would the house be more likely to sell with the next Mercury Rx transit, or would it be better to take it off the market and put it back on later when Mercury is direct?
We've already put our house up for sale during the last Mercury Rx transit. It's still for sale. 😬

VioletsI'm pretty sure ours went on the market with Mercury Rx and I didn't like that. Finally with tr Jupiter on my IC we got an agreement of sale, but at a loss ($30K less than what we paid for it, AND we had invested a lot in remodeling.) The buyers are still complaining about this and that and we don't know if we'll reach settlement. I HOPE Mercury Rx doesn't prevent the sale from going through! Good luck to both of us!

Oh gosh, Ava! Yeah, fingers crossed for both of us! We sold a house in the Midwest during a Mercury Rx transit, so I didn't think it would be a big deal, but Mercury was direct when we put it up for sale. 🤔 The prime buying season is pretty well over, so I'm not sure if I want to take it off the market until Spring, or keep it up and hope someone buys it. Ugghhh. ❤ |
