I asked "will R get a better job?"
And i pulled The world rx 2 wands 10 swords 3 swords rx
It really perplexed me...i dont even know where to start....is he waiting for something that will never happen? Or are the swords especially saying that the only way is up from now given that he has gone as low as is possible (salary wise definitely although there are no pentacles here demonstrating that).
Dont know what to make of the world rx right now though

In my book, the world says that its still positive, just that there needs to be a final push to victory. Its definitely true about an old ambition nit being as desirable as it once was. I will post the full interp

For me the 10 swords and 3 swords rx mean yes he will. The step after the 10 swords is a new dawn, things cant get any worst. 10 swords is rock bottom. 3 swords rx - when the cards are reversed the swords fall out, enabling the wounds to start healing.
these 2 cards together in this order speak of improvements to me.
The world is opportunities/knowledge upright the world goes round and forwards and rx it goes backwards so is R selling himself well in their resume or in interviews for example? I mean do they give themselves enough credit?
So for me the spread says yes they will - 10 swords - 3 swords as outcome is positive to me.
Pls dnt quote

Thanks so much vg! I agree and sometimes i do think R gives himself less credit. i have to encourage to ask for the max salary for example (for a prospective job that never came about but still...he said he was shy to ask)
