He's second decan Aries, with his sun conjunct my Jupiter. I've found that some of my favorite teachers or all time have their sun conjunct my Jupiter ....though I didn't know his birthday when I first subscribed to his channel.

So I'm changing my diet according to his advice.

- Less sugar.
- Intermittent fasting....clears insulin from the bloodstream and balances hormones. Also helps the liver and kidneys. This is a challenge for me because I am usually grazing, eating all day.
- Milk Thistle for the liver
- Lemon water, apple cider vinegar for digestion
- Less sodium, more potassium. Gets rid of puffy eyes and dark circles.
- High intensity training....quick bursts of activity generate human growth hormone which has a number of health benefits.

He hasn't mentioned caffeine yet but I do need to cut back on that, too.

Also I'm stretching more and need to build up endurance. It would be nice to get back into running.

I can tell myself I'm healthy, but there is so much room for improvement...Pluto's transiting my 6th house so I might as well take this to another level.
