I`ve stumbled across an old thread of mine on LL in which I looked at those.
Quotidian angles are the true progressed angles (ASC, MC, Vertex).
In secondary progressions we simply move the angles forward as if they were the Sun, so 1 degree approximately per year. While this undoubtedly works, those are of course not true progressed angles, which are MUCH faster than that, and actually move 1 degree per day.
You can get your quotidian angles by casting a progressed chart in astro.com, note the birthdate with birthtime of that progressed chart and erect a natal chart with this data (you do have to possibly include modifications due to daylight saving time or summertime though, as astro.com will give the universal time, that will have to be converted back into local time, for me the difference is one hour, but it depends on where you live).
What I found surprising is how well it works not only to consider the Quotidian angles alone, but actually make a composite of your quotidian/ progressed chart with someone else`s natal chart, and this will describe the effect that other individual has on you in that given time, very acutely.
The quotidian angles move about 1 degree per day, so as long as aspects to the angles are within that orb, whatever comes up is pointing to a very specific day (or 2-3 days, if being a bit generous with the orbs).
Aspects to the Moon which are within about 15 minute orb, will point to the same week at least (the pr Moon moves about 1 degree per month, so 60 minutes in about 30 days, or 2 minutes within a day and 14-15 minutes in a week, which is just a rule of thumb of course, sometimes MOon moves faster, sometimes more slowly than this).
I found it interesting that back then on LL I checked those quotidian/natal composites (with checking for angular aspects, close Moon aspects and aspects that become exact and most of all for midpoints, involving an angle or Moon), before I was meeting P last year in may (after a musical performance), and that meeting was sort of pretty consequential, as it started a new way of interaction between us and made it even for me hard to ignore the attention/ interest he was paying me.
This is what I had noted about the composite of his Quotidian/Progressed with my natal, so indicating what experiences he was having because of my presence that day.

- he was EXTREMELY sensitive to perceived criticism that day, which I only understood about 3 days later by his fb-reaction. (of course there was no real criticism. lol)
Mercury = Moon/ASC 0°07d
Correspondence or conversation with female persons. Professional conversations with many people.
Venus = Uranus/ASC 0°03
To fall in love suddenly.A love of relating in an unpredictable manner.
Mars = Pluto/ASC 0°27 d
To plan changes.
Jupiter = Sun/ASC 0°43 d
To enjoy advantages and support from relationships. To form associations that are very fortunate for the native.
- he was mentioning some changes towards me, and within 2 weeks, he had a) pulled out another friend-fan-meeting out of the hat (which was not planned before that evening) and b) started those podcasts, which he and his friend are still doing, which is what surprises me the most. He often incorporates changes, but they rarely last through the first bout of enthusiasm. lol the man has too many mutable planets (Sun, Moon, Mercury, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, NN, ASC, MC, Vertex - basically everything except Venus).
Saturn = Moon/Mercury 0°12 d

- well first of all he had to drive home of course, and we had to go back to our hotel. But also this plays into the "fear of criticism" theme that obviously was there, beneath or beside the hilarity, that was there, too.
Uranus = Venus/MC 0°08 d
Sudden affection. To be inflamed with affection.
- well he was nice to me. Actually I think he did not take his eyes off me even once during the whole talk, which was striking me a bit odd especially during those times others were talking to him, and he was still watching me. lol
Neptune = Pluto/MC 0°44
The evolution and transformation are hardly noticed on the surface. Creeping alterations.mystic visions, a purified and refined soul-life. Obsessive insecurities that may be caused by disruptive psychic forces and also which may have no basis in actual physical reality.
Pluto = Moon/ASC 0°11
Over-dramatisation or obsessive importance of relationship. Changes of one's own circumstances through acquaintance with females. One is strongly impacted by emotional sharing in one-on-one relationships. One can get deeply in touch with one's feelings when interacting with another, though there may be fear of and resistance to doing so.

Acquaintance with cheerful and serene women. Happy and cheerful surroundings. The tendency to be happy and cheerful in the company of other people,
the creation of harmonious environment. Fortunate contacts.

In one's career one makes subtle, intuitive connections with others.

Anyway I do think it is worth checking those for important days/ encounters/ events in your relationships. Making your quotidian progressed chart and then make a composite with someone else`s natal chart.
I am not sure why I have forgotten about this in between (well mostly cause I had not yet figured out how to do it on astro.com. lol But it`s actually so simple to do with a few clicks).
