Age harmonics (and relationship events)

sounds like a crazy concept.

that the Age harmonics of a certain year/ Age can be basically read like a Solar Return, at least aspectwise, though astrolgoers adive keeping the orb to 1 degree, though I find 2 degree orb still valid, esp. in Terms of the angles.

However, I was quite amazed when I found that at the year my parents got married (and the year of my birth), my Dad had an exact conjunction of Venus and MC on 8 Pisces, conjunct my mom`s natal NN-MC on 8 Pisces as well (there was more of course).

Now today I had a short check of my brother`s Chart for last year when he was becoming a father.

His harmonic Venus was conjunct harmonic MC exactly!

Did you notice similiar things? (just take your Age at the time of the Event and make a harmonic Chart)

Okay it does sound crazy but that never deterred me from getting into things before. So here is a mini autobiography or timeline:

Age 10 - I was happy, very happy on my own, doing my own thing, felt like I didn't need anyone or anything to make me happy.
10th Harmonic: Kite formation with Sag moon, Aqua Venus, Aries Neptune-Uranus, Leo Saturn at apex. Pisces sun aspecting all this.

Age 14 - mother's death
14th Harmonic - ASC @ 19 Pisces on my natal moon. 14 Pisces Mars quincunx 14 Libra moon; 14 Scorpio Jupiter, 13 Virgo Pluto. So, moon = Jupiter/Pluto midpoint.

Age 21 - tumultuous, loss of soulmate (or "soulmate"...whatever)
21st Harmonic - mutable grand cross of sun, Jupiter, Pluto, Mars

Age 23 - married, first child born
23rd Harmonic - Sun-moon-Pluto conjunct, opposing Venus, quincunx Uranus

Age 30 - losing my father
30th Harmonic - Mars-Jupiter conjunct @ 0 Leo exact on my natal Saturn, sextile 0 Gemini NN, semisextile 0 Virgo Mercury. Lots of critical degrees

The year when my dad passed away, I was 24. Looking at my harmonic chart at that age, I have a grand cross (involving Mercury opp Neptune and Jupiter opp moon, all in mutable signs), a grand trine (with the Sun, Pluto and the moon, all in water), and a mystic rectangle (Mars trine Jupiter, which is sextile Pluto, which is trine moon, which is sextile Mars). Interesting that I had the big three shapes in there. Venus was also conjunct NN in Scorpio (but not very tight), and the Sun was also in Scorpio. I also had chiron conjunct Pluto in Cancer.

I'm not sure which parts could indicate dad's death, but maybe the NN and Sun in Scorp, as well as chiron conjunct Pluto?

What I personally found quite interesting is this:

My brother`s Age harmonic for last year, the birthyear of his son had this:

h Mars on 1 Sag - his Sun has natal Mars on 00 Sag


And his girlfriend`s, the mother`s, harmonic NN is conjunct their son`s natal Sun within a few minutes of orb only (12-13 Leo).
her harmonic ASC was on 4 Leo, so if her birthtime is even just a minute later, the harmonic ASC might conjunct her son`s natal Sun as well.


BTW that year my harmonic Jupiter was opposite the little one`s Sun exactly, which I find fitting for being his aunt (my harmonic Venus was also conjunct his n NN.




As for some of my age harmonic charts, just pointing out things that grabbed my attention.

15 years
which was the first time I got into contact with musical theatre and also really started discovering the spiritual world (again).
A crazy bizarre yet very happy ride that year!


° Moon-Mars-Jupiter triple conjunct (16-18 Gemini) on n Karma on 16 Gemini, trine harmonic Pluto-Pallas on 16-17 Aqua, falling onto my natal Moon on 17 Aqua
and sextile Mercury on 15 Aries - so Mercury was on the Apex of a minor triangle
It was also the year I was "meeting" the first P, which had a tremendous effect on my future lifepath (whithout physically meeting him btw, not that year at least) - his natal Sun is on 16 Aries, and hence fell right onto that harmonic Mercury

° Sun on 29 Aries exact trine Neptune on 29 Leo

° Juno conjunct Saturn on 14 Virgo (they are so exactly trine in my natal, one minute orb, that they will always come up either as conjunction or trine in the harmonic charts)

° harmonic ASC was on 15 Cancer, conjunct natal Saturn by one degree (and hence trine n Juno, too) - and well I was strangely dedicated. lol

° harmonic Uranus on 20 Capricorn falling onto my natal Sun/Moon-mp and Antivertex.

The year I met P for the first time, and also starting to do those musical-weekend-trips, which was a new development in my life, and brought a lot of carefreeness back to me. A sense of freedom somehow.


° Sun conjunct Uranus on 14-15 Leo, opposite Vesta on 15 Aquarius, within 2 degrees of conjuncting my natal Moon (to be honest, I think my natal Moon is quite frequently triggered! - which is interesting as it is considered unaspected in natal, as it just has that quinkunx to Saturn)

Personally I think that Sun-Uranus-conjunction in Leo just makes so much sense! LOL


° Saturn conjunct Juno on 19 Capricorn - one of the conjunction years! (I think the inequal years there is a conjunction), trine Mar son 20 Virgo, but not activating my natal, unless we count the 2 degree orb to my n Antivertex.
Interestingly enough 19 Capricorn is the midpoint of our composite MOon-Venus-conjunction

° Venus on 22 Cancer on my natal Vertex-Sun/Moon-mp, and trine harmonic ASC on 21 Scorpio (within orb to be conjunct P`s n Uranus!)

° Moon conjunct Lilith within 2 degrees, not overlaying my natal directly, but Moon was trine my Sun-Mercury within 1 and 1,5 degrees

° Pallas on 2 Leo opposing Chiron on 1 Aquarius, which I found interesting, as in the first harmonic Chiron had been on 00 Aquarius

°Priapus falling onto my natal IC exact

a weird year. Partially a very hard one on the emotional level, but also a lifechanging one in terms of taking responsibility, making some decisions and act on them.

Well emotionally speaking my grandmother died in summer that year, which was the one harsh blow; the other being P getting into that relationship.
On the other level however it was also the year I was losing a LOT of weight and doing a lot of work on well not only my weight, but also the perception of my physical and social personality, and leading up somehow to my meeting with P at the end of the year, which put an end to the vague see-sawing noninteracting interaction we`ve had for some years prior. (and honestly I still cannot grasp the way he seemed to just have been WAITING for this to happen. lol)


But so very hard year on me emotionally, but possibly the year I´ve grown up the most as a person.

° Sun conjunct ASC on 25-26 Aries, trine my n Sun-Mercury on 25 Sag, and also trine harmonic NN on 26 Leo
curiously I notice that this late degree of Aries comes up frequently, too! (in our first meeting year I´ve had harmonic Moon on 24 Aries).

Basically it means that my natal Sun was on the far midpoint of Sun/NN - I think that looks like a great aspect to describe growing up, becoming more myself, developing a stronger sense of identity


° harmonic Moon on 20 Virgo (first meeting year harmonic had harmonic Mars there curiously), opposing harmonic Mercury on 21 Pisces,
making a Cradle with Venus on 22 Taurus and Uranus on 21 Cancer

well Venus is actually too far to be considered trine Moon - almost 3 degrees- but it certainly was on the midpoint of that Mercury-Uranus-trine

Natally speaking harmonic Uranus was the most interesting of those, as he fell exactly onto my natal Vertex and Sun/Moon-mp (and Eros )

harmonic Vertex was on 6 Capricorn on my natal Venus on 6 Capricorn (and I think P was having harmonic Mars on 5 or 6 Capricorn that year), square harmonic Jupiter on 6 Aries on my natal IC


° harmonic MC on 8, almos 9 Libra, conjunct natal Pluto on 9 Libra

° haromonic Saturn on 14 Cancer trine harmonic Juno on 14 Scorpio trine harmonic Pluto on 15 Pisces, a nice Grand trine, just it didn`t have an outlet, besides, nice Grand trine also in this case means that Juno was on the Saturn/Pluto midpoint and Saturn on the Juno/Pluto-midpoint


° next to the Moon-Mercury-opposition which was not THAT horrendous I think, the ones I think were describing rather difficult, or possibly challenging situations were these:

Neptune on 18 Leo opposing Mars on 16 Aquarius (on my natal Moon on 17 Aquarius - and ONCE AGAIN we see the overlay to Moon. lol)
It was not part of a T-square but there were also no harmonious aspects to smooth this one a bit, and it combines so different energy, the hypersensitivity and possible deludedness of Moon-Neptune, the evasiveness, confusion, almost paralysis of Mars-Neptune, the emotional volatileness and impulsiveness and tendency to act rashly of Moon-Mars.

Basically my Moon was activating the Mars/Neptune-midpoint, and well not to sugarcoat anything. lol
But I guess there was also some decisiveness there in the end, to take action according to the feelings (Moon-Mars), which could only happen after cutting through or separating from (opposition) the dreamyness (Neptune).

Of course Neptune often also dissolves, so there was enough seesaw that year internally. lol




° JUno on 14 Scorpio was not only trine Saturn on 14 Cancer this year but also conjunct Lilith on 12 Scorpio, which herself was opposing Chiron on 11 Taurus, and the signbackground of Lilith-Chiron makes a lot of sense


40th year
------------

This was the year of the first fan-meeting and the pancake-event and me meeting my aquaintance. And I guess I don`t need to say more. lol
I was also travelling a lot that year, partly connected to stressful organization, had a lot to do with "women-clubs" in a way, was being made connecting person to a theatre group nearby and had to organize that theatre play at our school, all on my own pretty much (it took place within days my progressed fullmoon was becoming exact), was going to Cornwall with my parents and brother, to Bretagne with class, several short trips over the weekend that year. it was... busy. LOL




° triple conjunction of Sun-Juno-MC on 17-18 Libra, trine Saturn on 18 Aquarius on - jup you guessed it my natal Moon! LOL
harmonic Antivertex on 19 Aqua was there, too and actually conjunct natal Atropos exact


° Moon conjunct Mars on 24-26 Gemini, opposing my natal Sun-Mercury (seems like the Aries-placement wandered there for a bit of a stronger aspect to my Sun. lol), opposing harmonic Ceres on 25 Sag, and square harmonic Uranus on 24 Virgo (on P`s DESC)

° harmonic Venus exactly conjunct natal Mars on 5 Sag, trine harmonic Priapus - Pallas on 5-6 Leo


° harmonic Mercury-ASC on 11 Virgo opposing my natal Jupiter in 3rd house - for the trips i guess
(though it also fell onto P`s Mars-Jupiter on 10-11 Virgo)

° SN exactly conjunct natal Saturn on 16 Cancer

° harmonic Neptune loosely conjunct natal Venus by almost 2 degrees and squaring natal Pluto by almost 2 degrees as well, so basically activating a midpoint by square

again partially hard on the emotional sector, having to face matters of death and finding a way to deal with that, and living up to my potential as a friend I suppose.
But of course you also know whatelse was going on last year; the podcasts, the birth of my nephew etc.

Funny, the year before it was Mercury, last year it was my harmonic Venus falling there

Chiron-Pluto, looks very painful to me, too.
I also suspect Neptune sometimes playing a role if someone "disappears" from your life, along with Chiron and Pluto and Saturn of course. Saturn-Pluto is also a suspect naturally, as it represents the elemination of something (does not always have to be tragic hopefully though.)

That's what I thought. However, my father didn't technically die when I was 30...he was dying most of my 30th year but was unconscious on my 31st birthday and died the next day. So I kinda feel like I lost him at age 30. My age Harmonic for age 31 has 2 Aries ASC opp 2 Libra Pluto.

Just looked at my 24th harmonic chart. I reduced the orbs to 20% (roughly the same as a maximum of 2 orbs) and I see a triangle with Sun in Scorpio sextile Jupiter in Virgo, Jupiter trine Mars in Capricorn, Mars sextile Sun, To be honest that sounds far too optimistic and nice of a shape given it was the year my dad fell ill and died. I also have the Sun trining moon in Pisces and Pluto in Cancer, but moon and Pluto don't quite trine with the orb limited to 2 (they trine if I increase it to 2.5). The Chiron Pluto conjunct has an orb of over 3, so it's too wide. However, I also have Mars in Cap opposite Pluto in Cancer EXACT (Mars is 21º04 and Pluto is 21º05). I have moon opposite Pluto, and moon square Neptune.

In terms of aspects to my natal chart, when employing an orb limit of 2, I have:

sometimes it is actually single aspects that seem to be sticking out, especially conjunctions, opposition, squares at very tight orb; usually with the angles or luminaries or chartruler, but might be that others come into play, too.


These here I find match your hardship that year (and let us not forget the harmonic is for ALL year, so the good things any given years will be depicted there, too. that is why I find it so difficult to point out a "bad" year, because a year has 365 days, and they are not all the same!)

And WOW, THAT is so exact, too, the Mars-Pluto came up for Ava as well I think. And the symbolism is there with Pluto and on the parental axis here! (Cap-Cancer).

So you have Uranus on IC natally and Chiron on MC? An Uranus-Chiron opposition on your parental axis? And this was being triggered by harmonic MErcury? Now harm Mercury does not sound so huge, but here in this case natally Mercury rules your MC, and hence symbolizes events surrounding parents as well (along with other symbolism of course). It also rules your ASC natally, so that painful breaking up of feelings of abandonment (Chiron-Uranus) would definitely have an impact on your overal identity/ personality and maybe even affecting your health in some way? either physically or even mentally? (like temporary development of certain anxieties, just as an example of many of course)

Even more important since an exact Mars-Pluto-opposition existed in the harmonics. Mars is a 4th house planet, so this is what connected the opposition to your family situation, and brought it in contact with the transformer (and sometimes eleminator) Pluto.

Well of course priincipally Saturn/Neptune could also have meant bringing dreams into reality, connected to love and relationships (Venus) or the feeling of a soulmate in your life (Moon to Venus/Neptune), and well the latter seems to have been true, too. 

But I read that the combo of Venus-Saturn-Neptune often means unrequited love, or the dissolving of relationships (usually despite a strong romantic connection, there is Venus/neptune in it after all), but also deluded love and the whole rejection scenario. 
Personally I ahve ALSO noticed it in my own event charts on events when P was actually sort of singling me out, getting a wee bit pushy in terms of more closeness (as in reality-orientation. lol). 
I guess it can go either way actually, and I suspect it depends on how the underlying aspects are, if there is something really good and harmonious with the Venus-Saturn-Neptune midpoint configuration - perfect. But usually there is something not so good and harmonious underlying. lol

In your harmonic of that year what grabs my attention instantly is the virtually perfectly exact square of Venus to Uranus. While of course this can be thrilling in terms of infatuation, unfortunately it does tend to impulsive, my way-or-the-highway breaking up/ off things events, too. 

actually if the orbs are not too generous, Uranus would have been square the Saturn/Neptune-mp, usually a more general one but here clearly attached to the whole love and relationship ordeal of Venus (who btw even though out of orb is so close to Chiron that it gives me an unsettled feeling inside).

Yes, that is true and conjuncts my Ceres-Jupiter, too. In fact Tr Ceres was there on 8 or 9 Pisces when they got married, then turned retro and direct again and was at the same spot again when I was being born. lol (My mom was already pregnant 2-3 months with me when they got married, but I was not the reason they were getting married in the first place.)

Of course like always it could also have signalled a tremendous change in relationships, like a marriage or divorce or something like that, but of course if a close relative dies, that definitely changes that relationship! Surely I`d have expected the MC-IC more prominent, but the DESC is not always only depicting our significant other, but can be about any relationship. 

Actually when my Grandmother died, I was having pr Moon on my pr DESC (in Cancer, her sunsign) exact, and well Tr Pluto opposing all that. (in fact her natal Sun-Mars-Pluto-stellium was being hit by that Tr Pluto; at her age that was clearly too much, I mean she was well in her 90`s and pretty sick)

Well he did make that comment about me driving him crazy the year before, and was even approaching me during the following show in the audience, which drove ME crazy and surprised me. I think it was the first time that I really started to develop an idea that maybe there had been a spark, mutually. 
But I did not quite believe him then... or let`s put it this way, if I did, I believed it to be a wrapping up of the past, that there might have been a spark in the past. 
I did start to incorporate the thought that he might have felt a certain vague intrigue with me. However that could not have been anything personal, mostly because I never even gave him the chance to get to know me at least a tad more personally. I was just a face in the crowd really (and amazing enough I got his attention like that. lol), and well a pretty stuck-up-face in the crowd at that, as he pretty much met me when my defenses were the highest. 

However, at that pancake event, I think that was really the event or moment I risked him meeting me on a more personal or semi personal level, at least being in physical proximity, and well I mean it was pretty much a dinner. lol Of course with many people (not that huge either, maybe 30 - 40 people), and I also did it to give him and me the chance to possibly figure out that we do not really like each other and do not vibe at all (beyond a certain Neptunian flair that seemed to have developed in the concerts, faces in the crowd tend to be quite Neptunian You can project anything you want onto them).

I did NOT expect the kind or extension of the interaction though. LOL

More to say later but I really appreciate your findings, relative to my midpoint pictures in the 21st Harmonic. They do seem to fit.

All the charts for that period of my life, they tell the story.

One thing that just occurred to me....you know, I have Venus (@ 6.35 Sag) square Saturn/Pluto midpoint (@ 6.09 Virgo) natally:

Transiting Pluto @ 5.33 Sag was conjunct my Venus at the time of that ending, and the full moon at 3.51 Pisces/Virgo was close to that.

Definitely pushed me to seek out a "higher love"....religious, spiritual, whatever I could grab hold on.

Transiting Venus/Pluto midpoint was @ 14.49 Cap, conjunct my sun, in that full moon chart. (The day I decided I needed to change.) Transiting Saturn/Pluto midpoint @ 5.41 Aqua, conjunct my Mercury.

Mercury on Saturn/Pluto midpoint:

"Mercury:To communicate in an intensely serious way. A mind fraught with intense curiosity, and who has a driving urge to get to the bottom of things. Obsessive concentration on certain ideas. At worst, an extreme mental rigidity."

I did not know you have Venus on the saturn/Pluto-mp! But wow that is a very complex picture. Very deep and profound on the one hand, but could also be quite painful if triggered.


I actually had this one nearly exact (9 minutes) in my progressions in january 2015. Which was when that weird concert took place, well our weird talk afterwards. I think I told you about it.
He seemed to be acting weird, I was acting weird (including rejecting his autograph. lol), and above all there was some air of heaviness, like there was so much more happening than there seemed to be.
Possibly including him telling me we were being under surveillance. LOL
Not literally using these words of course.

But yes that was Venus = Saturn/Pluto for me.


WEll for him that day Tr Saturn was exactly squaring his nodal axis I think, and in the progressions he had some rather heavy midpoints too, like

the tightest direct one for him being

Chiron = Saturn/Neptune

and

Node = Neptune/Chiron

and

MC= Venus/Neptune = Jupiter/Neptune = Pluto/Chiron


though actually one of the tightest was Mars = Venus/my name. lol with his pVensu exact on my name in his chart, and applying to the exact opposition to his own name.


But anyway yes, midpoints are quite interesting.


My current harmonic year hs for example


Mercury = Sun/ASC 0°01 = Uranus/Node 0°04

Mars = Moon/Venus

Uranus = Moon/DESc

Node = Venus/Neptune

But also ASC= Saturn/Neptune = Pluto/MC
(curiously enough the harmonic ASC falls onto his natal Venus). Well the harmonic ASC does not have any challenging aspects this year, so I guess we just have to wait and see how that turns out. Though it probably is not even a coincidence that when we`ve started to relate to each other in more real terms, Tr Saturn was conjunct my Neptune. It did not really spell a disaster I guess.

Yes I have Uranus 18º38" sitting right on top of IC 18º49" natally, and chiron at 19º29" conjunct MC 18º49".

This is a good point actually, given that Mercury is my overall chart ruler and rules my MC. It didn't affect my health drastically, but when my dad passed away, I had to take 2 weeks sick leave from work because I was suffering from some bad bronchitis and otitis. Up until that point I hadn't been sick for that long in aaaaaaages.

Even more important since an exact Mars-Pluto-opposition existed in the harmonics. Mars is a 4th house planet, so this is what connected the opposition to your family situation, and brought it in contact with the transformer (and sometimes eleminator) Pluto.

Yes........well it's made all the more complex because my husband's Venus = my Saturn/Pluto midpoint (lucky fella) and his Venus = his sun/moon midpoint, too! (He's sooooo lucky to know me! ) I'm being ironic and extending my sympathies to him for getting caught up in this picture. When I first registered these facts, it almost seemed like my Saturn/Pluto would have an "energy vampire" instinct to glom onto his much more positive associations with that degree (6° Virgo).

The Sabian for 7 Virgo is simply, "A harem."

Oh I do remember this. "So much more happening than there seemed to be." Yes...and that can apply to my Venus as well. In my case it's the weird contrast of bubbly Sag directness and "C'mon let's have a good time!" and failure to sustain that levity as emotions would deepen.

Well with Saturn in mutual reception with my sun, and with Pluto in Libra (sign of partnerships) squaring my sun, and Venus novile my sun, all planets in this configuration are heavily tied to my sense of Self and therefore possibly too self-protective for risk taking. I mean, I have felt that a failure to sustain a relationship is like a failure of one of my organs: it shows my psyche isn't equipped for merger, and that would be a painful self-realization to say the least.

Especially with a Scorpio NN which is a virtual mandate to find someone to merge with.

But maybe I'm making this way too complicated, staring at my navel a bit too long.

On the bright side, my Saturn and Pluto are quintile, which may offset some of severity of the midpoint.

I feel like his planets and charts respond to yours as if all of it's alive, so I imagine this happening in cartoon form, where your ASC is under distress because of the challenge of accommodating Saturn/Neptune, groaning from the burden, since those two planets have such different goals, it's hard to merge them. Then P's Venus steps in and says, "Don't worry, baby, I'm here." Heheheh his Venus is conjunct Elvis' so I gave that an Elvis accent.

I honestly don't know. My husband's Saturn sitting between my Venus and Neptune seems to have the opposite effect of preserving things. But his Saturn is very strongly aspected, being trine his sun and sextile his moon, taking strength from both luminaries. While my Neptune is very afflicted. So Saturn wins in this case....also because I myself am saturnine and would rather listen to his Saturn than my nutty Neptune.

But anyway, you always have a knack for landing on astrological things intuitively...so I checked the full moon chart, for the day I resolved to stop loving my ex (even though that happened several hours after the full moon). And you know, the Saturn/Neptune midpoint there is 2.17 Pisces, near the sun @ 3.51 Pisces. Maybe that is too wide. However, the transiting Venus/Neptune midpoint @ 11.25 Aqua opposed his natal Saturn @ 12.05 Leo. Really I think it was his intention to lay all this Venus-Neptune nonsense to rest, to shatter some dreams and move on to something more practical....specifically, to move on to SOMEONE whose whole background was more stable and promising than mine.

Thank you for all your analysis and your sympathy on that. I willed myself to freeze, I went numb inside to sustain myself (cryogenics! the colder you are, the longer you live.) And I've felt guilty, remembering times he tried to break through that wall and I was utterly shut off to him, but then again, he had broken through walls before. He simply didn't want to do it that time, so the wall was "voted" into place.

I knew he would be doing something, but that was really strange! But it makes sense with Virgo Mars-Jupiter. He needs you to be happy with your diet. And your Jupiter in Pisces opposing his, well it must have been sending signals of pancake distress? So he wanted to be your pancake hero. I'm just cracking up thinking of how that night played out. You two are really just so cute together, in all the ways you get together.
