...also known as the sesquiquadrate or trioctile (three-eighths) aspect.
I've never had a clear idea of how to interpret it, apart from "mild stress aspect."
Starting around 53:15, Rick Levine talks about three 135° aspects at work simultaneously on the 22nd and 23rd of this month, around the time of the fall equinox.
At 56:25 he says, "This is not a lot of fun. In fact, we might be motivated to take care of things that have not been attended to, not because we want to, but because we have to. Sometimes with the sesquisquares, we don't have a choice. Circumstances force our hand or force something to happen, and I think we may be seeing some of these during this period of time."
I thought that was an interesting interpretation (in bold).

Astro.com default settings apparently allow 3° orb for this aspect. My natal chart has: * Moon sesqui Saturn, 2°35 separating * Saturn sesqui Neptune, 2°53 applying If these orbs are valid then my Saturn is the apex of a Thor's Hammer configuration. There is also the Point of Thor: a planet forming a semisquare to one planet (45°) and a sesquisquare to another. My Saturn is also a Point of Thor because it's semisquare to Mars (0°25 orb) and sesqui moon as I said. Because these sesqui orbs are not tight in my case, I'm only mentioning these terms to round out the thread. I also have Venus sesqui Chiron, 2°00 applying. Makes sense. Rick's interpretation above really piqued my interest and now I'm looking for sesquis in return charts, to see if anything stands out.
Current lunar return has Venus sesqui Neptune, 0°38 applying. (To obtain these specific orbs at astro.com, in case you are new to it, just click "Additional Tables" over the chart and consult the aspect grid. The sesqui glyph looks like a boxy letter Q.) Am I being forced to look at Venus-Neptune issues, in a more exaggerated way than usual? I'd say yes.
Current solar return has moon sesqui Saturn, 1°43 separating. So this echoes my natal chart. I don't know what it means, really.
