Hi someonezIt's significant, but one has to take the whole chart and many factors into account. I'd watch to see how the Lilith-Priapus axis responds to transits. Has anything major happened with the pair? Was this axis significantly aspected at that time? How do these points aspect their individual charts? And then there is always the question of which Lilith is the real Lilith....

I think hard aspects between the two would most likely be felt and are worth taking note of, but I agree with Ava: it's just one piece of the puzzle, and you have to take everything into consideration to get an accurate picture. From what I've observed so far, Priapus seems to be a very vulnerable and needy point, but its energy has a dose of urgency and intensity mixed into it as well.
I, personally, would only use Natural Lilith (h21) for this kind of comparison, as she and Priapus (h22) are the correct astronomical counterparts as the apogee and perigee of the moon.

If there are significant aspects, especially DW and/or repeating through charts (by this I mean if you have a Priapus/Lilith theme) I would watch the movie Wolf (1994) and the energy between Michelle Pfeiffer and Jack Nicholson to get an idea about the vibe of this duo
