Early morning (usually between 5 nd 6 am) meditations, exercise and walks are very common in India.

I live around a lot of Indians and love how active they are. Families at playgrounds until dark, outside playing tennis, volleyball, etc...and yes, walking around, often in groups.
Since I posted this it's like I accidentally programmed myself to wake up very early. I keep waking up at 3 or 4 am.

Ava, Goodness! That's very early. I often wake up around that time too but fall back to sleep after one or two hours. Do you catch up on sleep later?

Yes @astrokeen. Lately I've been up from about 3-6:30 am, then sleep til about 9. Trying to fix this and get up around 5:30 every day.
