This is what ADHD is like for me as a 50 year old man. I think that I produce unusual high levels of adrenaline as well as unusual low levels of lactic acid. I really don't get tired from doing cardio. My lungs and heart don't feel pressured. This is one of the reasons why I was very fast runner as a teenager. It was also a combination of hyperactivity and intensity. I actually ran track briefly when I was in 10th grade, but I had to quit because I was ineligible due to bad grades. The track coach actually said that I don't get tired when I run which led to responses that I must not be human. Last Saturday, I did a 2 hour outdoor workout that comprised of speed walking and vigorously moving my arms like I am running and boxing. I was listening to early 90s rave, techno music which I love for high intensity workouts. I bought a new MP3 just so I can workout to music without being disturbed. I didn't take a break. I exercised nonstop When I have to wait to cross the street, I was running in place and dancing which gave me that adrenaline boost and increased my heart rate. Once I got to 150 Beats Per Minute, I made sure that I didn't go below 150. If I see it dropping, I start moving more vigorously. Time: 2:00:35 Average Heart Rate: 159 Beats Per Minute Maximum Heart Rate: 175 Beats Per Minute It says that I burned 2,002 calories, but that is based on my old weight of 157 lbs. I gained over 20 lbs, and I weighed I didn't change the weight setting, but I am going to keep it that way to make sure that I am burning enough calories. I know what I am capable of, and so I am going to do these 2 hour high intensity workouts every Saturday. I also have done 1 hour high intensity workouts. My goal is to average well over 150 beats per minute and reach my maximum heart rate of 170 beats per minute for every workout. As I lose weight and get leaner, the workouts will be easier and I can push myself harder. Doing high intensity workouts to rave techno music is very fun.

I am trying to get back in shape with 1 hr high intensity dance workouts while listening to early 90s rave techno music. 1 hr high intensity workout on Aug 9th this week Average Heart Rate: 152 Beats Per Minute Maximum Heart Rate: 165 Beats Per Minute Calories burned says 933, but that is based on an old weight of 157 lbs. My weight is more than 20 lbs more. I am just going to keep the weight setting because want to make sure that I am burning enough. I hurt my right knee, and so all my cardio was low impact. and didn't reach my maximum heart rate of 170 Beats Per Minute I mainly moved my feet rapidly, and used my arms very vigorously. I even moved my arms very rapidly like I was sprinting. When I do high intensity dance workouts, I tend put a little bit of a jump in them because I go at it very hard and fast which allowed me to get past my maximum heart rate at times. I warmed up for high intensity dance workout with 4 sets of 10 arm curls with resistance band followed by 1 hour of brisk walking in my living room with average heart rate of 111 beats per minute and maximum heart rate of 126 beats per minute. yeah...ADHD is quite helpful keeps me from being tired from doing cardio....even in my 50s!

I had a damned good high intensity dance workout today. I am 50 years old, and I can still go off to techno rave music! ADHD power! Average Heart Rate: 160 Beats Per Minute Maximum Heart Rate: 171 Beats Per Minute Calories burned says 1,066, but that is based on an old weight of 157 lbs. My weight is more than 20 lbs more. I am just going to keep the weight setting because want to make sure that I am burning enough. All my cardio was low impact, and I was still able to go past my maximum heart rate of 170 beats per minute. I warmed up for high intensity dance workout with a 50 minute of brisk walking in my living room with average heart rate of 128 beats per minute and maximum heart rate of 135 beats per minute. I was quite prepared for my high intensity dance workout.

This is the type of exercise I can do when I am at full power. This is a 1 hr high intensity dance workout that I did back in March 29, 2021. It was a high impact workout that included running in place. I was slim and lean at the time. Average heart rate: 167 beats per minute Maximum heart rate: 185 beats per minute My workout's average heart rate was near my maximum heart rate of 171 beats per minute for my previous age of 49 years old. My workout's maximum heart rate was much higher than my maximum heart rate for my age. This is what I am capable of doing when I am in good physical shape. For a long period of time, I am capable of exercising and sustaining not only an anaerobic heart rate zone but also a maximum heart rate zone. I can go well beyond high interval training which involves exercise in mainly aerobic zone and then do very short periods of exercising in anaerobic zone. I like to just go anaerobic or more the whole exercise period. I just don't get tired when I do fast cardio. It's like I have a cardiovascular system that borders on superhuman. Imagine what I was capable of what I was doing when I was very fast runner as a teenager and ran track briefly. Imagine how much energy that I had in my 20s when I was dancing in nightclubs and raves.
