Hi, i was just searching up some stars at the astro.com website and i saw one labelled "Kumara, deOri" - but i cant find any info on it online. 😅 Any suggestions on websites i can look it up from? Ive been trying on some sites like cdsportal, star lists on wiki i couldnt find anything. Would really appreciate some info on this star or good sites to search for info. Thanks much and happy new year to all! ❤️ Attachments:

red , the abbreviation at the end, in this instance "deOri', refers to the constellation. This link has some info on the conventions used for naming stars. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Astronomical_naming_conventionsThe fixed star Kumara hasn't been written about by astrologers I guess, so you could see where it falls in your chart and try and extrapolate its meaning by looking at your and other people's charts. Some investigative work will need to be done to derive any kind of meaning. Kumara could mean "young man" (Kumar refers to a young man or unmarried man in Hindi, or it could mean prince).

red , I'm afraid I don't know of any others. You could look up Kumar as a name to find its meaning. Please look up Technical Essentials, a sticky in Forum Matters, to find out how you could notify members.
