Some time ago i've bumped into some old LL thread about birthdate asteroids and it should to be studied more in my opinion.
Let's say you were born 24th july 1997. That means your b-day asteroid is asteroid number 240797 (or even 24797). It's position could reveal more about who you are.
You can also insert birthdates of people important in your life - planets and asteroids conjuct it show character of the relationship you have. And it can go both ways.
For example - In natal of my ex, my b-date is conjunct asteroid Klytia. I was indeed super jealous in that relationship.
Anither example - in my natal, b-date of dude who was obsessed with me is conjunct Daphne. But in that case I was the one who embodied the energy of the asteroid conjunct his b-date, as I was the one who ran from him.
Let's say that someone's b-day asteroid is conjunct Jupiter in Pisces in 3d house - then relationship with that person ahoul be cheerful, full of philosophical debates about arts.
I think b-date asteroids are hidden goldmi es and you shoul definitely try them out 😉

Good idea stellaris, I'm smiling about some of my results. I like that my birthdate is a place name asteroid, set in Africa.

Interesting idea! Depending on what dating system you use, there could be a few options, right? So far, none of mine are any known asteroids, unless you nix the year. But to your point - it's funny how close the natal (and synastry) aspects are. Oddly fitting too.

Sorry I forgot to include the year in this but I checked the day/month of my bf and in my chart his asteroid is conjunct my sun(within 2 deg) and in his chart my birthday asteroid is within 2 deg of his sun. I checked our sons chart and his fathers birthday asteroid is conj his IC and my birthday asteroid is squaring his jupiter(jupiter rules his moon). Will check the year too.
Pls dnt quote

That's amazing vg ! Thanks for the examples and ideas. If I remove the year, and put the numbers in month, day order (the USA format...not sure which other countries do this), then my husband's asteroid is @ 9 Aqua on my DSC. If I put the day first, his asteroid is @ 10 Leo on my ASC. My ex's asteroid with month first, in his own chart, it's @ 9 Aqua. In my chart it's @ 17 Cap conjunct my sun, and with day first it's @ 18 Scorpio on my NN. In month/day order, without the year, my birthday asteroid is Psyche.

Thank you very much for your responses! Well, in my opinion, if date or name asteroid of certainnperson is conjunct your Sun, they indeed have very important role in shaping your identity.
Sometimes interpetation can be quite tricky though... As i was playing with b-date asteroids, i've noticed that in friend's chart, there is conjunction of Venus and bdate of our common acquitance. That friend doesn't have any warm feelings towards our acquitance and certainly doesn't find him attractive, in fact, he's disgusted by him. The reason? Dude is compulsively chasing and harrasing girls (Venus) despite being in commited relationship.

One should also try out bdate persona charts 🤔

Hmm I may be the odd one, doesn't work for me. 😕 Well, yeah, i've noticed name asteroids are still bit more accurate.

Something interesting i've noticed in my Moon Persona - conjunction of First name of my ex His bdate (!) Nessus Pluto
I know we should not only see Nessus as abuse/rape etc. But in this case... This dude loved violent animalistic sex, had fantasies that may be considered pretty questionable by most, did not take "no" for an answer, and was always trying to have upper hand.

What an interesting idea! Going with Ava's method as I couldn't find a named asteroid with my birthdate (although it still came up with a position in my chart), my birthdate asteroid is Lotis (429) or Felicia (294).
Unless you mean the general position of the birthdate and what asteroids it conjuncts?

Thank you very much for your responses! Well, in my opinion, if date or name asteroid of certainnperson is conjunct your Sun, they indeed have very important role in shaping your identity. Definitely -- there is no way to overstate that, in this case. And this asteroid is Maritima...water/emotions...and it is sextile to my Pisces moon in my chart, too. Curiously my oldest child is also Maritima, if you switch the month/day order. He and I took sailing lessons together. I really appreciate the way you interpret these asteroids, it's honestly fascinating.

Although sometimes, to be honest, influence of that name or date asteroid may not always by positive... Date of dude who had major influence in me developing BDD in my teens is conjunct my Sun. Also in chart of my ex, name asteroids of his two male bestfriends and my nickname are conjunct his Sun. Also it's extremely common to have your own name, surname or nickname conjunct your Sun in natal. Marilyn Monroe had both Marilyn and Norma conjunct Sun, for example 😮

i looked up name asteroids after re-reading this thread. I hope you don't mind me just jumping in again, but I found:
My name asteroid is charmingly conjunct Aphrodite and Cupido in my 1st house- I thought that was class that. My parent's names are both in my 4th house too.
My mum's close equivalent sextiles her IC ruler and opposes her NN. My dad's widely conjuncts her moon too and conjuncts her IC!
My dad's name only squares his Jupiter though, it doesn't do anything in his chart otherwise. I square his sun and mum sextiles his sun!

What a heartbreaker you must surely be, FruityLlama! 😁 Squares to Jupiter are quite handful sometimes 😅 absolutely no offense towards your dad, but does he like to boast? I've noticed this with Sun square Jupiter individuals for examole.

Haha oh thank you stellaris - I wish! Actually my dad is the least boastful person I know- he is one of those people who just doesn't resonate with any personality thing that's done on him haha. He is a Sag sun conj. Venus, in chinese astrology he is a horse etc..and nope, he is very quiet and humble. He even has Sun trine Jupiter too (probably not quite the same ebergy as a square I'm guessing?), but I suppose there are some water elements in his chart which must preside over his chart much more. I wish I knew his birth time, it'd be very interesting. I just found our last name too... in my chart it is conjunct the IC and in my mum's chart it is also conjunct her IC (though it is her married last name!!)...weird!!
