Hello everyone, Now we all are aware of Solar return charts, and some of us even do them religiously every year. We are all aware of Saturn return too, and while we know about Nodal returns, for some reason they're not spoken about as often. Solar return charts tell us what themes could play out over the next year (dependant on certain factors of course), Saturn return gives us a wake up call and helps us see how we need to mature for the next 28-30 years, but I'm curious to know if anyone has done a nodal return chart? If so, what did you find interesting in your chart? Did you find that any aspects or placements that actually did play out in helping you get a step closer to fulfilling your north node destiny over the 18 years it took for the NN to come full circle? For instance those of you who are aged between 18 and 37, what did you see happen during those years that might have aligned with your NN return chart (or what are you seeing so far if anything?) those between 37 and 56, and the wiser ones (if any are on here) 56 to 75? Those who are 30+, do you feel you are closer to living your north node?

*chills* No wonder you and I talk so much about Neptunian matters, @ceri . Here's mine: @bonsai I'll check my first nodal return later and see how matches years 18-37.

Thanks guys!
Ceri, your Ascendant is interesting in the sense that it's in an anaretic degree! It's like a closing chapter for something and almost as if you're wanting to jump into something new but you're in a bit of a limbo mode. Anaretic degrees (from what I've read) also imply a sense of urgency, like you feel like you are getting things done at the last minute and you're afraid you may not get them done in time. Also, with a huge stellium in the 12 house, including sun, it's as if it's saying "You're close to completing the cycle of the whole wheel and starting anew". That's the way I interpret that but I'm a super n00b.
Faith, I've no idea how to even begin interpreting your chart. But a fifth house stellium, It does look fun if I'm to be honest. However, you also have Saturn that gives your 5th house a stabilising factor (though some of the trines are quite loose), and then Jupiter, the opposite of Saturn in characteristics, is giving squares, whereas Saturn is giving trines, and Jupiter acts to expand while Saturn acts to restrict. It's like Jupiter and Saturn are kind of fighting each other over your 5th house, which might end up giving conflicting and erratic effects (from Jupiter's side while Saturn is trying to calm things down). Have you seen any of the aspects play out in your chart or not yet?

Ava I like yours better. At least it is all in 5th house, not 12th!!! Okay I will accept the prize for the superior chart contest. If you insist. But did you see our suns are tightly conjunct?? And did you notice we talk a lot?? Crazy destiny stuff.

Have you seen any of the aspects play out in your chart or not yet? Thank you bonsai! Are you going to post yours? All I can think of is how much time I've spent playing on astrology forums....that's 5H Pisces, right? Spirituality, just for fun. 8H Gemini Jupiter is a conundrum. And it squares my NN return sun. Perhaps that represents my secret life...the fact that I know more than I usually say. (For instance, most people who know me have no idea just how occultic I am.) 8H Gemini could be like a storehouse of unspoken words? And with Jupiter there, maybe it's all that I've learned but struggle to integrate into my everyday life. And the trine from Saturn tells me that it's okay, it's a process, things will come together eventually. Maybe something like that.

Oh yeah, I'll post mine now. I have a 9th house stellium, which kind of conjuncts your 5th house Stellium actually, Faith!

@ceri Wow a mini biography! So interesting. "Interestingly there was also a Yod of Eros on 2 Aqua and BML on 2 Aries quinkunx Juno on 2 Virgo, opposing that Moon. The real funny thing is that this Juno is right on P`s NN, and my Moon was on his SN. Seems I missed my destiny, hu? " LOL, not really. Strange that both of your Nodal Returns have a Pisces moon. It fits the Neptune conjunct NN, though. I wonder if we can progress this chart? I guess we can progress anything. But I wonder if that would show when certain things are highlighted, since it is such a longstanding chart. Also, transits to the nodal chart could be something? And natal progressions to the nodal chart....ah, the list goes on. My progressed sun is currently conjunct my Nodal Return Venus, and before my next nodal return, my sun will progress through the early NR stellium in Pisces.

@bonsai What a freak coincidence this is! All three of us with Pisces suns conjunct each other in our NR charts! We were destined to meet here. Nodal Return 2H Cancer moon and Saturn square the nodes. Grounding and cooling the emotions enables you to make decisions that are better for you personally? Rather than being swayed too much by concern for partnerships (Libra SN), you can focus on the bigger picture...and it does look like travel, study, and good times are part of your "school" on your individual preferences (Aries NN needs to know that). 11H NN, 9H stellium, Sag Pluto trine NN exact...so take your fun time seriously. Your NR Mars conjunct your natal Mars looks advantageous. After all, Mars rules your NN, so having it in the same place for a long time would enable you to master that energy. And that's what Cap Mars wants right? To spend a long, long time working on things, to bring them to a perfected state? I'm probably missing a lot, and I have such a limited perspective. Just started looking at these charts! What do you see in there that matches your life, if anything? I'm curious how it strikes you.

@ceri My eye went right to his NR Lilith ASC conjunction. LOL So, hmmm, his Juno-Pluto conjunct his composite Venus with you? He must be taking it seriously. I wonder if synastry matters, like his NR sun sextile yours. Looks harmonious. "But it seems we do sometimes meet at these switches-of-time." Yes, I've noticed that!

In other news:
The natal-draconic comparison chart of my first NR is freaking me out right now. It's just an obvious and literal description of my husband and married life!
NR Juno @ 24 Libra, conjunct my IC and composite sun with my husband.
New moon in Leo, with the Leo moon conjunct draco DSC, conjunct my husband's sun. Can you believe that?
NR Mars-MC @ 22-23 Gemini on natal rectified Antivertex
NR Draco Sun @ 23 Sag on Vertex, conjunct my husband's draco sun @ 22 Sag.
NR Draco 8 Aqua Venus, opp my husband's sun. My progressed sun @ 8 Aqua when I met him.
So much more, too.

Omg you're right, and a really tight conjunct amongst us three and in the early stages of Pisces!! Makes one wonder . Yep, I was glad to see that my NR Mars was conjunct my natal Mars. I grow fonder of that Mars every day. And seriously, believe it or not, I had not even noticed that Pluto was exactly trine my North Node return (2 minutes off!), that is freaky. That's toooo exact, and in 7th house. As for what's happened in my life that matches my chart, I'm still trying to figure it out, and this is all just pure speculation. I will say that my life hasn't been all roses throughout my 20s, in fact a lot of it was me lacking in self confidence until more the end of my 20s. I also lost my dad when I was 24, and while I'm not sure what could indicate that, is it possible that it's because of chiron in NR 8th house? Also, NR Saturn in 2nd house, I guess when I started my new North node cycle, I was conscious of finances as I didn't have much starting out, and in fact I struggled to get a job initially to be able to support myself, maybe that was Saturn in 2nd house delaying that? I didn't get a job until I was 22 (I had a casual job at 19 but that was only for 3 months), and I didn't get a professional job until I was 23, and even then I was never earning much until lately. My peers, otoh, had jobs throughout university. My NR Mars conjunct my natal Mars might be responsible for me being driven enough to be running my side business while holding down a full-time job. And also with the 9th house stellium, I moved overseas as a professional worker as you know . And the interesting thing about that is when I made the sudden decision last year to move overseas, that's around the time when transit Uranus conjuncted my natal North node, and my Nodal return Uranus is in the 9th house of higher education, far away places and religion. I don't know if that's coincidence or if that's a sign. As for anything else in the chart, I can't see anything else standing out, and I've no idea how my Pluto trine NN even plays out for me in this cycle! I don't really feel it's done anything even though it's such a super tight aspect.

Wow Faith, with all those aspects, it definitely does sound like you were fated to meet your husband! See? It was also good to take a peak at your Nodal return chart to see more connections .
