Natal midpoints between tropical and draconic

Tropical zodiac is based on the sun, draconic is based on the moon...so if we locate the midpoints between these degrees, do they all have a sun-moon midpoint energy? 

Anyone care to check this out?

When working with midpoints, the best technique to use is to first convert the positions of the planets to the 360 degreezodiac.

The followingtable will help you convert the degrees of the zodiac into 360 degree format:

Taurus 30
Gemini 60

Sagittarius 240

To convert 25 Virgo 21 to 360 degree format, we simply add 25 degrees and 21 minutes to the starting degree of Virgo (150 degrees as shown in the table above). We then get:

Sun is 175 degrees 21 minutes.

In order to determine the midpoint of the Sun and Moon, we must add the two points together and then divide by two. A midpoint is literally the point midway between two points.

Therefore, we must add 175 21 and 358 25. We get 533 degrees and 46 minutes. Dividing this figure in two, and we arrive at 266 degrees and 53 minutes.

We then convert this figure back to zodiac format. Since 266 degrees is 26 degrees beyond the Sagittarius starting point, we come to the point 26 Sagittarius 53 (26°53).

To make it simple I am rounding degrees up or down...

My sun @ 16° Cap, so 270 + 16 = 286
My draconic sun @ 26 Taurus, so 30 + 26 = 56

286 + 56 = 342
342/2 = 171

So the mixed midpoint between my sun and draconic sun is between 20-21° Virgo.


For my moon, mixed midpoint comes out to about 24° Scorpio, opposing my draconic sun @ 25-26° Taurus. 

So far so good.

Cool..! There are some mysterious recurring degrees I wonder about. They don't show up in my natal, and I cannot recall my midpoints off the top of my head. This might be part of it too.
The 'midpoint' Sun is at 2° Sag, which is on my trMC. This degree is not as prominent as some other in synastry, but it's still up there - more so in events than synastry.
