Ava , thanks for this. Although the link didn't work, I read about the various benefits and these are everything I need!! There are various brands available one can search through, as the one you've shown above doesn't seem to be available in the UK. Will order one right away.

Wonderful, @astrokeen! I hope you get the results you are looking for. It's a shame that not everyone can see the reviews there, some folks speak of nearly miraculous healing from chronic pain, joint trouble, stomach issues. I'm looking forward to seeing how this plays out over the weeks and months.

Update: Sadly... I suspect this supplement is not for me, it seems to cause headaches...a problem because of my glutamate sensitivity. I quit supplementing and my headaches disappeared. I tried it again, headaches reappeared. Quit, and they disappeared. Sighhh I wonder if I could rebuild tolerance by consuming even smaller amounts. According to this article, the people most sensitive to glutamine actually need it the most: nourishingbroth.com/articles/confused-about-broth-glutamine-and-msg-heres-the-facts/And there's a method for building up that tolerance...I find that intriguing. I love SOLUTIONS. So I need to research this more.

Have you tried these, Ava? They're expensive but I had a good reaction on them when I took them.

I haven't tried them, athena, but thanks for the recommendation. Will keep that in mind. 👍 Maybe the smaller percentage of collagen, mixed with other ingredients, will work for me. Speaking of expensive supplements, I do like BioSil. My nails were getting wimpy until I started taking those capsules once in a while...I don't even take the recommended dosage.
