Hi Rebels, Do you have any observations or insights on how composite Nodal Returns or oppositions can manifest? I'm in for an opposition, currently 3 degrees away!

Usually when Caput Draconis (Dragon's Head) touches Cauda Draconis (Dragon's Tail) we must think of Ouroboros en.wikipedia.org/wiki/OuroborosApplied to a composite, it is about the cycles of the relationship and I would expect for things to happen in the Draco charts of both people (draco comparisons and draco composite). Karmic lessons are integrated with this conjunction and the conjunction itself is an opportunity to overcome a samsara feeling in the relationship (in other words, here you have a chance to solve a repetitive cycle). The cycle itself could be evident in the present circumstances, but it is likely to be part of a continuum of sharing many lives together. The nature of the lesson should be seen in the above mentioned charts, dear Martina. It's interesting that in Geomantic tradition Caput Draconis has Earth energy, and Cauda has Fire energy (a little counterintuitive since the Dragon spits fire), and when they meet, you have a volcano. Depending on the circumstances, either an eruption is needed, or sending back the fire inside to warm and spin the Earth (the couple) The couple may face an important event together, such as first meeting, a new cycle, a new stage, but they must end a repetitive cycle successfully in order to start this new chapter.

In simpler words Be it Heads or Tails, one must take a risk with this conjunction.

Thank you everyone for your replies! This is definitely a transit that should not be underestimated. LeeLoo , wow, this really resonates. I've been in a process of "flushing out" old patterns in this relationship, and fighting to release them for good. This is much more difficult than I ever imagined. But what you described gave me great strength and encouragement - I'll just focus on remaining conscious and aware while this transit intensifies. Thank you so much! I'll read up on the Ouroboros symbol. athena - good luck with your transit! I hope Venus Rx helps with the process. There's a definite theme of going over "old ground" with a Venus Rx transit coinciding with a NN-SN transit to a composite. Ava - looking forward to hearing your insights! @ceri - thanks for this link This carries great significance for me.

Hmm, draconic composite, LeeLoo says! I wasn't even thinking of that one. When I got married, the transiting nodes @ 21 Leo were squaring my nodes (1.36°) and our composite nodes (3.42°). Not too impressively exact. However... 23.57 Leo, my parents' progressed composite NN when I got formally engaged (26 Leo, their composite NN) 24.44 Leo, transiting NN the day I got engaged I still need to look at more charts. So far in my brief study, it doesn't seem like death or endings are highlighted by these transits. I guess that only makes sense, as the node is about evolving, and once one person is dead or gone the couple and their composite can't evolve anymore. I'd like to think this is more about beginnings or turning points in a journey.

Thank you Ava ! It does seem to be pointing strongly to evolution and growth, as opposed to death and endings. I imagine death/ endings might occur if the pains of the growth are being resisted? In my case it's being deeply transformative, but so far we're rolling with it
