Hello I've read a lot about these two in some sort of Synastric relationship with Pluto or Ceres but I'm wondering how you would interpret these asteroids when in conjunction with main personal planets? It seems strange there isn't something online about these with Sun/Moon/Venus etc...unless I've just missed it all of course! I'm looking through some synastries I have with people and have noticed these two on my moon a couple of times. I think my Proserpina is conjunct my partners' moon too. My Persephone is right on my partners' moon and his Proserpina trines my ASC exactly. Many thanks in advance

Sorry about that! I only looked for this thread in the Asteroid section. 399 Persephone 26 Proserpina In case anyone else is as learning-disabled with mythology as I am: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PersephoneSo apparent themes are death and rebirth, light and darkness, abduction and springtime...polarized contrasts? Do these asteroids show, or highlight, or cause...polarization? My placements: 29 Scorpio Persephone 6 Pisces Proserpina My Persephone is conjunct my daughter's natal sun-Persephone @ 28 Scorpio, opp her Prosperpina @ 28 Taurus. My son's sun @ 29 Taurus is conjunct her Persephone and my Ceres @ 1 Gemini. My Ceres is conjunct my husband's Persephone at 3 Gemini (and my ex's Proserpina @ 2 Gemini, oddly enough). So those aspects get my attention obviously. Trying to puzzle out conjunctions to the moon...my Libra son's 3H Persephone @ 20 Pisces is conjunct my moon. Well he and I are pretty much attuned already, because his moon is conjunct my sun in Capricorn, both disposited by Saturn, and our Saturns are conjunct. I did have to go to the emergency room when I was pregnant with him, the only time I entered a hospital for any of my children's births. I had felt a strong ripping sensation on my side, probably just damaged a muscle but it was alarming. Weirdly he was born with a birthmark on his side, in the same place. So he's marked with a lasting reminder of a time I thought I was losing him. Also one of my screening tests came back saying he was at increased risk of being born with Down's Syndrome. His chart very similar to my father's, they have sun-Mars conjunct sun-Mars amongst other things. At my father's wake, while my husband was watching him, somehow he got ahold of a peppermint and was choking on it. My husband had to rescue him. But we marvel at that, how he could have died at his grandfather's funeral. If that matches Persephone. Well the transiting NN was there on my moon then, widely conjunct his Persephone. I don't know if these details are relevant. But with him, there were instances of fear about him dying, and then the happy spring of "No, he didn't." Maybe these just pertain to fear of loss, but then the moon is caring enough to prevent loss? Moon is like Ceres, I mean both are maternal.
