tinkerbell ... The Yod is actually a Focused-Yod, because of the Uranus-Venus opposition. ... So, the Yod and the Multiple Planet Opposition should be interpreted as a single planetary picture/"focused yod". And ... The Grand Trine forms part of the Kite Figure ... So, these two should also be interpreted as a single planetary picture/"Kite". Then ... I'd interpret the Stellium as a Uranus-Venus opposition in the focused yod ... with the influence of Venus being modified by its conjunctions to Sun, NN and Chiron. ... (Leaving out Mercury, because of the wide orb.) So ... what you are actually wanting to interpret are two planetary pictures (the Focused Yod and the Kite) ... but (except for Mercury) these involve all of the planets, angles and points that you have listed. [Note : I think there is also a Thor's Hammer figure in this chart ... consisting of Moon-Mercury-Jupiter.] Moreover, it would be helpful to have some general information about this relationship ... Romantic? Married? Heterosexual? Age difference? Cultural difference? Length of time together? Other things that might be relevant, but cannot be ascertained from the chart itself?

t5 thank you so much for answering me! Actually this is a chart of me and my best friend (heterosexual relationship), but I believe that we both haave romantic feelings for each other. We have known each other for 19 years and we are in our late thirties. Actually he is 10 days older than me. I would like to find out if our relationship has any potential to be anything more than platonic. I made the composite and interpreted the major aspects but yods and kites are totally new to me.... I also had never heard of Thor's Hammer. I keep searching the net, but my information is very little. What does it mean when a Yod is a focused Yod? This mars conjunct Saturn within the Yod makes things even more difficult. As you might have already realized, I haven't studied the kite yet.... I'll attach our synastry, in case it could give any more info. Thank you again, it is really important for me. All these years, whenever he or I tried to make a relationship with someone else, it was proved to be a huge mistake. I am divorced. Thank you again for your help <3!

Hey Tinkerbell, Here a few things I have understood from studying çomposites and chart shapes (I am just learning so I do hope I am not passing on any misinformation, many apologies if I do.) 1. You two have what is referred to as the Love Stellium....a cluster of planets in one area of the chart with Sun, Mercury and Venus conjunctions. A Love Stellium causes great warmth, ease, flow of communication between 2 people. It may not mean much by itself, but it does make things a lot smoother. Any relationship needs some work, a stellium smooths out a few bumps is all. 2. The addition of more planets to a Love Stellium is called a Super Stellium. In your chart, North Node and Chiron add their flavours to the Sun-Mercury-Venus. The composite destiny represented by N.Node (karma or purpose of this relationship, what its meant to do, where you both are meant to go), and your internal wounds and healing of those wounds represented by Chiron is somehow giving meaning to the stellium....only you can tell how it will play out. Also, t5's interpretation: the Uranus-Venus opposition is to be considered. And, Mercury may be left out of the stellium because of a too wide orb. 3. The stellium is in the 2nd House and in Gemini. 2nd H energies (possessions, finances, resources, sharing of those resources and how you both deal with it etc) will be amplified in the relationship? What do you think? 4. You also seem to have a second stellium in Scorpio, 7th H ? 3 or more planets together make a stellium is what I have understood so far. Your upload is blurry so I cannot see which planets are there. 5. The Yod, also called Finger of God, appears in charts of unbreakable, fated relationships. Since you both have been in a relatonship for so long, although platonically, it does seem unbreakable. Here is an interesting take on a composite yod. astrologyexplored.wordpress.com/2010/02/27/the-astrology-of-relationships-fated-the-yod-in-the-composite-chart/

tinkerbell ... I am currently unable to reply in detail, but aliceportman.com/thors-hammer/ shows how Thor's Hammer figures work - so useful background information for you. A Focused Yod has a planet opposing its apex planet. So, Uranus opposing Venus in your case. With focused Yods, the opposition planet initially causes difficulty - but what is learned in overcoming that difficulty enables the apex planet to be more effective/"focused". With Kites, the planet/point at its tail reveals the purpose/"focus" ... and the planet receiving the two sextiles (Pluto) is being made-ready to drive/direct the tail planet/ point towards that purpose. So, the focus here is upon developing the Ascendant (ie. how the couple is seen by those who do not know them well).
