A picture says a thousand words. This was my progressed chart with transits, for the day I got engaged: * Tr Juno @ 17 Scorpio is conjunct NN-IC * Meanwhile my husband had pr ASC @ 8 Leo conjunct pr Uranus @ 9 Leo, opposing my pr sun & tr Uranus (his pr angles conjunct my natal angles) * This goes on and on, as I've said. Like for him, pr Venus-IC conjunct our composite sun on my natal IC, tr Saturn on his pr MC, and so on........

Ava thank you, it is very impressive. In fact I have been looking at the progressed charts for some events (using daily progressed angles) and was amazed at how many really tight orbed aspects (progressed synastry) showed up. Maybe I will put some up some day. Progressed aspects do absolutely work with an 1 degree orb (but not more than that), and usually get triggered by transit (also within 1 degree orb), and still the ones I found in the events, were even tighter than that. If not using daily progressed angles I would be curious to see the angles calculated with MC like SA, according to many astrologers these work far better than the default calculation with Naibod. I am also fascinated with individual progressions aspecting the composite, or in turn progressed composite aspecting the natal. the synastric progression of pr Uranus to your pr Sun makes a lot of sense to me, and actually is very intriguing, it is I believe not the traditional thing astrologers would look for, but in your case a) it fits the whirlwind romance and fast engagement in real life terms and b) it is an aspect of your ASC and DESC-rulers, with your husband bringing the planet that is ruling your DESC, Uranus, to your ASC-ruler. And to top it all Tr Uranus is conjunct/ opposite this. This is the poetry of astrology, that tapestry that just really captivates my mind. lol I do wonder if aside from the traditional "relationship markers", I should pay attention to Mercury and Jupiter, in my chart and in progressed synastry. Well if so I just missed the cue, I fear. Tr Jupiter is done conjuncting my Mercury, though it WILL come up to my pr Mercury, which is behaving weirdly and has so for quite a while, eventually. Maybe I need to find someone with a Jupiter or pr Jupiter aspecting this - well in this case it is not going to be P. LOL another way I could imagine seemingly unromantic/ platonic/ not traditional relationship oriented planets becoming important in that sense is some strong connection (possibly conjunction or opposition?) of one`s 1st house ruler to the other`s 7th house ruler (or 7th house ruler to ASC and 1st house ruler to DESC - in progressions backed up with transits of course; the nodal axis might be a connector as well).

Ava well seems that Mars-Return ws very much in play with H then. P`s Solar Return before he got together with his wife had SR Mars (and EROS) conjunct his natal Venus by 1-2 degrees in 11th house. and then some more.
