Interactions that typify the synastry...post here, if you like. --- So, sun conjunct moon synastry, conventional astrology says the sun person plays a more dominant role, at least where that particular energy is concerned. Today I had a dentist appointment. My dentist's sun is tightly or exactly conjunct my moon in Pisces. We were telling paranormal stories back and forth, and at one point he said matter-of-factly, "My story is better than yours." 😂 When I laughed he explained more emphatically why it was better, which cracked me up more, because it was so true.

Ava thanks for the new topic. My brain can't process anything too complicated atm with 1.5 jobs, family life and a college I need to think about any situations I came across and add later

Funny this guy whose moon is on my sun also laughed really hard whenever I talk. Almost as if he’s shocked I care to admit my judgments and thinking process when with him it’s an internal thing

So I had to FB add this classmate after somethig funny happened during a group discussion. We weren't 100% sure about the task, so I offered to use my notes "One second, I'll take my notebook out. I took the notes!" . Suddenly ths girl almost startled me by yelling and pointing at her notebook: "I also took the notes! Look!!!!!. It seemed like I was taking her last piece of bread or some opportunity that would change her life. I added her to FB and did our synastry. We have 2 of the "competitive communication" aspects. Her Mercury and Mars square my Mercury.

Mercury-Sun/Mercury-Pluto conjunct:
There was a conversation that I thought ended ambiguously (read: badly). Perhaps I carried my teasing too far (Scorpio mercury). So, I went back and began to explain myself, tell them I support them, etc. And they said - you don't have to do that, we understand each other really well.
Pretty sure there are some good Jupiter tales to tell when my brain isn't as foggy.

So nice to see you, 12YearsABlob . I've noticed the trine can go in that direction, too. Similar thinking. Edit: Actually come to think of it, for me, I think any time there is a strong Mercury-Mercury aspect, there is some measure of heightened communication.

Thank you! And yeah - any aspect between those two makes communication more prominent somehow.

My Aqua mercury friend and I often confuse dream conversations for real ones. We think we've told the other something (and had a big discussion about it too), only to find out we haven't, really.
Me/her: "You didn't tell me you were going to ____! "
Me/her: "No, I did, and you said you'd ____."
Me/her: *blank stare* "Huh?" Me/her: "No, I'm positive I did." After a few rounds of this... (squared mercury squabbles)
Me/her: "Oh wait, maybe that was just in my dream this morning." The other one: -_-

These aren't personal examples, but they might be interesting anyway.
Moon-Mars synastry: They have a double whammy. Gok’s Mars on Ramsay’s moon & square his Asc. Ramsay’s mars on Gok’s Sun, possibly square his moon (birth time unknown).
Mars in hot pursuit, moon is all blushes. It's pretty heavy-handed and might just be played up for TV. But this is close to how flustered moon (Mr R) gets in moon-mars synastry. Although, it could be partly attributed to how hyper Mr R is in general? Anyway, 2:37 to 4:14 and 5:38 to about 6:04.
2. Mars/Jupiter, Mars/Neptune:
^ Her Neptune Square his Mars. Mars/Jupiter DW. Her mars sextile his moon.

^ Fun to watch 12YearsABlob, thanks The dream conversation Mercury synastry is pretty wild! I thought of this thread when I was talking to my brother a few weeks ago. My Jupiter exact on his Aries sun. It was a somber conversation, but we always seem to go back to talking about board games, pranks and hijinks from our youth, laughing at the foibles of our relatives and quirks of our family. Another somber occasion, our father's funeral, I sat with this brother and his Libra wife. They were giggling and my typical-Cap self was giving off a vibe like "Sorry, can you be more respectful?"...until I overheard what he was saying, and then I was having to stifle laughter with every murmur coming out of his mouth.

Thanks! Just to clarify though, it's not like the Neptune (or Pallas) synastry where you do actually communicate in your dreams. We only *think* we have. This is where one person thought they said something, but turns out it was just a dream. We're still at cross-purposes, lol.
That Jupiter-Sun connection is a breath of fresh air!

T ^ Her Neptune Square his Mars. Mars/Jupiter DW. Her mars sextile his moon. P and me have a little bit of this synastry, unfortunately no Mars-Moon, as far as I know of. Well my Neptune squares his Mars with one degree. his Mars opposes my Jupiter with just a few minutes. his Jupiter widely squares my Mars (5 degrees). Well we both have Moon-Mars alignments individually in 5th harmonic charts. I have an exact conjunction (they are very closely quintile in my chart), he has the opposition (meaning he has a 10th harmonic aspect between Mars and Moon natally). And we have a partile Moon-Mars-square in the composite.

ROFL I just watched the video. It cracked me up, because she is SOOOOO like me. I mean seriously, except I do not do scrambled eggs in the microwave. But other than putting eggs in a pan or whatever I find into a pan and heating it, and boiling water for coffee, I am jsut such a lost case in the kitchen. If someone asked me what I do can cook, I would have said probably something similiar. And knives? My mum (master-cook in the family) gets so exasperated with me, because I do not have any kind of tools or if so, do not know how to use them or even feel the urge to and so on. NOw come to think of it, P once stated in an interview, if he had not become a performer, he would have liked to have a restaurant, where he could cook and entertain guests. He actually had a short home video about making some meal (fortunately it had to do with putting vegetables and whatever into a pan. I can do that! LOL). But so that video just cracked me up so much for that reason, as I am such a lost case in the kitchen. not to mention I found it funny and hot, the mix I like most.

And it is quite a funny coincidence that you and that lady have this in common!

Really? That's interesting, seems to be a preference there. And yeah, I've noticed Sag Mars folks seem to like that sort of thing. They also go into this really cute sulk when their jokes don't land. It's probably the only thing that seriously hurts them, lol. Well, of course, other things do, but this is just a little quirk I observed.
:ETA: I might have a celebrity video for that. Couldn't find it on YouTube, so you'll have to settle for my description. There's a scene from Orange is the new Black (season 6), where 'Badison' cracks a joke and everybody ignores it. She gets this really innocent, sad look on her face. Like a puppy that's been scolded. I was wondering, where have I seen that before? Then it hit me - Sag mars. The actress has mars in Sag too.

P is not a SAg-Mars (though he has Mars conjunct Jupiter within one degree, albeit in Virgo, squared by Mercury in SAg), and I remember I was making a comment some years ago to a joke of his that he obviously misunderstood and responded with: "I don`t care. I think I am funny." This was like sooooooooo pouty, I could actually SEE him folding his arms and making a pouty mouth. lol

Lol, I can imagine.
Astrology cheat sheet: How to hurt a Sag mars (or Mars-Jupiter native) - don't laugh at their jokes. I've half a mind to make a thread for all signs. The perfect antidote to 'how to win over xyz'. Now you learn how to lose them.

lol
Its true though, it is a real turn-off if someone does not get my jokes either or does not respond accordingly.
On the other hand, making me laugh wholeheartedly actually is THE way to my heart, to evoke that feeling of communion or not sure how to call it. It also feels strangely intimate, but that is my weird personality I suppose.
