I have gotten interested in horizon coordinates. I have been checking out Azimuth (longitude horizon) coordinates and the Z-Analogue Azimuth charts. I have been curious about aspects in those charts including especially stars in alignment with planets and angles in Azimuth like they are mundane aspects. Western Sidereal astrologers have that approach with Prime Vertical chart which they refer to as the Mundo Chart. I saw that one Western Sidereal Astrologer in Jim Eshelman's forum has the view that planet-star conjunctions are valid only in the Prime Vertical Chart. I disagree with him because my view that planet-star conjunctions are valid in Right Ascension and Ecliptic Longitude. Western Sidereal Astrologer Kenneth Bowser views parans and Right Ascension conjunction/opposition as valid mundane aspects. Owner of Matrix/Creator of Winstar Astrology software, Michael Erlewine seems to have a strong view that the Horizon pays a big part in Astrology. He puts great emphasis on Azimuth Chart.
The Vertex/Anti-Vertex axis is the intersection of the ecliptic and the prime vertical. It's actually a nodal axis. Michael Erlewine stated that Astrologers seem not to understand or care that points such as the ascendant, MC, vertex, etc. are not zodiac points alone but are nodes representing the intersection of the zodiac with some other great plane. He discusses nodes in his article and book on Planetary Nodes which he has the view of being important in Astrology. I highly admire his highly multidimensional way of doing Astrology. He and I share that in common, but he is more multidimensional in his approach than I am. He is even a strong advocate of Heliocentric Astrology like Philip Sedgwick who has been my favorite astrologers. They both have a strong interest in deep space objects in Astrology.

I was looking at Azimuth coordinates on Solar Fire.
It lists the Vertex's position as 270 degrees and Anti-Vertex's position at 90 degrees.
The Z-Analogue Azimimuth shows that Vertex is the West Angle and that Vertex is the East Angle.
Even though Vertex/Anti-Vertex axis is an axis derived from the intersection of the ecliptic and prime vertical, it seems to be also a Horizon angle axis.
Michael Erlewine's Azimuth Coordinates:
Neptune in 179'05
Midheaven in 180'00
Sun in 266'46
Vertex in 270'00
Michael Erlewine's Positions in Z-Analogue Azimuth Chart:
Neptune in 0'55 Capricorn
Midheaven in 0'00 Capricorn
(Midheaven is the top angle of the Azimuth chart)
Sun in 3'14 Libra
Vertex in 0'00 Libra
(Vertex is the left angle of the Azimuth chart)
His Sun and Neptune are on angle(s) , and so he has a paran.
He has Sun square Neptune - 2'19 in the Azimuth chart.
In Ecliptic Longitude Chart:
Sun in 25'48 Cancer
Vertex in 22'06 Cancer
Neptune in 25'24 Virgo
Midheaven in 25'20 Virgo
His Sun is conjunct Vertex , and his Neptune is conjunct Midheaven.
He has Sun sextile Neptune - '25
His Sun and Neptune are in different aspects in the Azimuth chart-Ecliptic chart comparison
He does seem very spiritual.
I have the same thing going on with my Moon and Neptune
In Ecliptic Longitude chart:
Moon in 3'11 Pisces
Neptune in 1'48 Sagittarius
They are in a square with 1'23 orb.
In Azimuth chart:
Moon in 3'35 Libra
Neptune in 3'17 Gemini
They are in a trine with 18 minute orb
I am not really interested looking at the trines and sextiles in Azimuth charts though.
I am am focused on only conjunction, opposition, square in Azimuth charts because they are aspects that corresponds to the angles.
I love Pluto's fellow transneptunian dwarf planet/candidates.
I couldn't help notice that in my Azimuth Chart:
Haumea in 25'08 Aries
Sun in 27'03 Aries
Makemake in 27'59 Aries
Pluto in 28'28 Aries
Quaoar in 29'26 Aries
My Sun conjuncts 4 transneptunian dwarf planet/candidates within 3 degree orb.
My ego is extremely evolutionary intensified.
Philip Sedgwick came up with the term, Evolutionary Intensified Object for Pluto and the other transneptunian dwarf planet/candidates.
Quaoar is the only transneptunian dwarf planet/candidate of those 4 that are in Ptolemaic aspect to my Sun in Ecliptic Longitude. My Sun is conjunct Quaoar,Varda, and Ixion in opposition to Sedna in Ecliptic Longitude. My Sun is conjunct Quaoar and Varda and in opposition to Sedna in Right Ascension.
I believe that these are indicators of my neurodivergence that includes Dyslexia,Dyspraxia,ADHD with autistic traits. The symptoms/traits of neurodivergent conditions overlap. The co-existence of more than one neurodivergent condition in a person is more the norm than the exception.
Mercury in 5'55 Taurus
Varda in 8'15 Taurus
Eris in 7'49 Scorpio
Sedna in 8'54 Scorpio
My Mercury aspects 3 transneptunian dwarf planet/candidates within 3 degree orb.
Mercury-Varda conjunction in opposition to Eris-Sedna conjunction
My thinking is highly evolutionary intensified.
I believe that these are indicators of my neurodivergence including especially in regards to my communications, thinking, and speech irregularities.
In the Speculum in David Cochrane's Sirius program, they seem to be in a paran (well depend on the method that you use). Kenneth Bowser would see them as being in paran, but David Cochrane refers a different way of doing parans which also include measuring the orb in altitude. After using Kenneth's paran method for over 3 years, I have thought about changing to David's method. My Tropical Scorpio Mercury is actually in the Libra constellation and aligned with beta Libra star Zuben Eschamali and nu Libra star Zuben Hakrabi. My Mercury is conjunct sigma Libra star Brachium in Right Ascension. My Mercury is very Libran.
300°36' 20:02:24 Mercury Set
301°02' 20:04:08 Eris Rise
301°52' 20:07:27 Varda Set
302°28' 20:09:54 Sedna Rise
Mercury-Varda conjunction paran in opposition to Eris-Sedna paran
Mercury and Varda are conjunct both via Azimuth and paran. Eris and Sedna are conjunct both via Azimuth and paran. Mercury-Varda conjunction is in opposition to Eris-Sedna conjunction in both via Azimuth and paran.
I will have to wait for Sirius' addition of the capability to add minor planet parans to the Rotation Paran report to see if Mercury is in paran with any of the transneptunian dwarf planet/candidates with David's preferred method.
I have Mercury biquintile Eris - '05
In Azimuth in my Astrological Nativity:
using 1 degree orb for planets and 2 degree orb for Sun,Moon,Asc,Angles
I used Bernadette Brady's chosen mythologically bright stars.
exceptions:
1st,2nd Magnitude stars
alpha,beta stars in constellations
the brightest stars in constellations
stars that I have strong connections with
Moon in 266'25
theta Aquarius Ancha in 267'15
Ancha is actually very strong in my Astrological Nativity.
My Moon is in alignment with Ancha and alpha Aquarius Sadalmelik in Ecliptic Longitude. My Moon is in alignment with Ancha and gamma Aquarius Sadalbachia in Right Ascension. My Moon is in a 3D true body conjunction with Ancha, and so my moon is actually located at the Aquarius constellation's hip.
My Tropical Pisces Moon is actually super-Aquarian.
Mars in 264'05
delta Capricornus Deneb Algedi in 264'45
Deneb Algedi's Magnitude is 2.81, and it a star in the tail of the Goat-fish.
Midheaven in 180
Alpha Trianguli Australis Atria in 181'12
Atria's Magnitude is 1.44, and it form an apex of a triangle with Beta Trianguli Australis and Gamma Trianguli Australis that gives the constellation its name.
Vertex in 270'00
lamda Scorpius Shaula in 269'42
lesath Scorpius Lesath in 269'02
Shaula's Magnitude is 1.62 ,and it is located in the tail of the Scorpion.
Lesath's Magnitude is 2.70,and it is located in the tail in the tail of the Scorpion and is very close to Shaula.
Anti-Vertex in 90'00
beta Gemini Pollux in 90'09
beta Corvi Gienah in 89'57
Pollux's Magnitude is 1.14, and it is the brightest star in Gemini and the closest giant star to the Sun.
Gienah's Magnitude is 2.58, and its name means "the right wing of the crow" but shows as left wing on modern charts.
There Azimuth coordinates move very fast.
on my date of birth October 29, 1971 in San Francisco, CA
my birthtime 3:20 AM: Moon in 266'25

In my Astrological Nativity:
Travel for Ascendant/Descendant: 294'23
Travel for Vertex/Anti-Vertex:869'39
With Horizon and Prime Vertical involved in very fast movement, I wonder if Azimuth charts and points/nodes derived from the intersection of the Prime Vertical plane and Horizontal plane (Vertical Ascendant/Descendant axis) could be very useful to check out the differences between twins.
