Do you ever watch a show and think, "I bet this guy has <insert astrological placement>"?
It's a fictional character after all, so we don't have definitive answers. But it'd be fun to discuss with fellow Astro-geeks, eh?
I invite you all to post your guesses/hunches/opinions on this thread...
:ETA: Should've just called this thread 'The Astrology of fictional characters' - my brain's gone to rot.

I'll get the ball rolling...
Sid from Ice Age: Cancer Asc/Venus/Mars -- definitely some kind of lunar signature.

Oscar the grouch - Capricorn with Scorpio moon.
Bugs Bunny - Gemini and/or Gemini Merc (sorry for repeating myself, he just needs to be here).
Kowalski (one of the penguins from Madagascar, who's always being asked to do "analysis") - Virgo
Micheal Scott (The Office) - Leo, duhh. With a Pisces moon (he has his moments).
Dwight (The Office) - Aquarius with a Capricorn moon.
Gaston (Beauty & the Beast) - Also a Leo, probably...
Belle (Beauty & the Beast) - Virgo

Kowlaski, haha. I actually really like that show. Yes. I mean, I think Mr. Krabs is clearly a Cancer Sun. I mean, heโs even a crab...hoarding money (Cancers do this, ime) but still really attached to his daughter, his mom, and Mrs. Puff. (Look, Iโve been watching Spongebob for a LONG time, okay? ๐) Other than that...Darwin from The Amazing World of Gumball would be a Libra, I think. Princess Bubblegum from Adventure Time is probably an Aquarius, Flame Princess a Sagittarius?

Shrek: Taurus. Doesn't like change or having the way he does things changed- routine and comfort are his raison d'etres until he meets Fifi of course. Quite sensitive about how he is perceived and his lack of beauty as well.
Fiona: Sag/Aries with Cancer ASC or maybe some other combo. Genuinely firey but calms down when having kids but when we meet her she is indeed a firecracker who stomps about and does karate. Later we see that she is very forgiving of her parents even though they locked her away.
Donkey: Leo/Pisces mix. Warm, friendly, in-your-face and big baby in the cutest way. Falls in love with big-momma Dragon who is v.different from him (probs has Sag/Jupiter/Uranus/Aqua action on 7H!). Loves love and friendship and making people feel good. Although silly, is understanding of universal concepts like true love and is able to see what is best for his friends. Defo outer planet stuff going on here but I strongly suspect Pisces/Neptune with fire.
Puss in Boots: Libra Sun, Scorpio Moon. My cat has this and knows how to get what he wants by putting on kitten eyes and acting cute and dainty. Knows how to work people. Good at trade, repays Shrek and Donkey back with loyalty when they spare him. Is loyal, cunning and suave.
Will add why, my flaming internet cut out AGAIN when I had all this typed up.

Dragon: She is proper glamorous with the red lipstick and colourful eyeshadow, beautiful lashes. scary on the outside but actually gracious and sweet and seductive. Contrasts nicely with Donkey really. I want to say Scorpio Sun, Leo ASC, Sag Neptune-Venus trine ASC. That'd quite a nice pairing for her and Donkey...
Or maybe she is Leo Sun, Scorpio ASC...relationship planets conjunct sun...
Gosh, I'm thinking about this too deeply now hahahah...!!

^ She is so cute!! Yeah, could be a Sun-Venus person, with Mars on the Asc for fire-breathing power. xD I can see the Leo/Scorpio.

Princess Bubblegum from Adventure Time is probably an Aquarius, Flame Princess a Sagittarius? I hadn't watched this series, so I saw some clips on youtube - bang on!
Right down to the universal love of transpersonal signs: "I do love you, but it's the undifferentiated love I feel for all Candy citizens." (Princess Bubblegum @1:31)

Does anyone watch Peep Show?
I find sometimes that actors end up acting out certain elements of their own chart, so its difficult. When I first watched it a while back I thought:
Mark: Capricorn/Scorpio. A real stereotype of these, I think. Self-conscious, uptight, neurotic and manipulative at worst. Sensible at best. Lover of history makes me think Cancer.
Actor David Mitchell:- Cancer Sun conjunct Saturn, Taurus Moon. I suspect Scorpio ASC though going by biography and how he was determined to marry his now wife.
Jez: Neptune/Gemini/Pisces/Aries. The opposite of mark, disguises laziness with being a hippy type. Selfish and childish, short attention span, lives for immediate pleasures such as drugs and sex.
Actor Robert Webb: Libra Sun, Gem or Cancer moon.
Super Hans: Aquarius/Jupiter/Sag/Scorpio. Loves drugs, very optimistic about abilities, but also suspicious of others at times. A bit slapdash. Hilarious. Straight-talker. Psychotic.
Actor Matt King:- Aquarius Sun, Cap moon.

I don't watch that show, will try to look at YouTube clips later.

Ohโit goes without saying that I think Hermione Granger is a Virgo Sun. I think Ron Weasley is officially supposed to be a Pisces, and of course Harry is a Leo.

Amy from Gone Girl - mix of unevovlved Scorpio and negative Aquarius and Mercury - Uranus for sharp mind + tons of Pluto gone wrong. Also Venus-Neptune (actress actually has this in chart) for prince charming syndrome.
Main character from Suspiria - *spoiler* as Mother Suspirium herself probably strongly placed Black Moon and Dark Moon Lilith. (Dakota Johnson actually has BML conjunct MC)
Cassie from Skins Ditzy, drug addict and co-dependent, but also sweet and empathic, she has probably strong Pisces/Neptune energy.
Also, does anyone remember Totally Spies! ? Sam - Virgo Clover - Leo/Libra Alex - Gemini

Isn't it neat that the actress who plays Diane on Cheers (Shelley Long) seems to have a chart that matches her character on the show (albeit an exaggerated version)? Leo Moon-Pluto, Sun on the Leo-Virgo cusp conjunct the ascendant in Virgo, which is also conjunct Saturn. And of course, that first house mercury in Virgo, impossible to miss..
Oh, and, Carla = Rhea Perlman = most definitely an Aries.
