I hope you don't mind, I keep spewing out asteroid posts at the moment. I quite like how asteroids seem more specific in their interpretations, things are easier to narrow down and it adds that bit more variety to astrology discussions. I know they're not as powerful. However, I am intrigued as to your opinions on these things.
Adorea, assuming this asteroid represents what we adore or recognise as worthy of love/worship/adoration (adorea apparently translating to spelt, as in spelt-bread that was used as an offering to the gods?! Please correct me if I am wrong).
I think adorea also has to do with where we ourselves are recognised as well.
What does it do in your synastries and natal chart?
Now the thing is, in one synastry with an acquaintance, my sun and moon conjunct their Adorea/Valentine conjunction. Not sure whether they 'adore' me, but we have a lot in common in terms of what we consider important. In fact the asteroid synastry with this person is really cool- their Eros/Psyche trines this little gaggle too. Ok, i admit, I only put this here because I wanted to share that with you, I really don't know them well enough to use as an example. However, here are some better ones:-
My bf has his Adorea in Leo like me which widely squares my sun, trines Venus and trines my Jupiter exact. I can only assume it means what it means. Mine doesn't do an awful lot to his chart though other than semi-sextiling his Jupiter and falls into his 10th house.
With my cat (don't laugh), our adoreas sextile each other! Mine conjuncts his Saturn, and his sextiles my Mars. And with my dog (I'm not weird), mine trines his venus and pluto, whilst his trines my mars and jupiter!
In my natal, Adorea in Leo is exactly semi-sextile my ASC and conjunct my Mars in 2H. I will go as far as to say I receive recognition for my acts of generosity. It squares my mercury though, which looks awful. Friends in the past, and who are closer in proximity to me (Mercury in 11H) are rarely appreciative of me so perhaps that is it. Or am I unappreciative of them? I don't know, maybe it's a two way street there. Even though its 2H-11H, it's a Leo-Aqua theme running through those houses so...um... maybe I am self-centred with... something?
It widely trines Jupiter in 5H/6H. That is probably just expanding whatever Adorea is supposed to represent already in my chart.
Ok for the synastries, there are obviously a few other people I could put on this list but I want to post this before my internet cuts out. As with Venus, the love nature will differ depending on the nature of relationship.
