Some people that share the same sun sign (or perhaps Sun-moon-rising combo) look uncannily alike.
Luck of the draw, perhaps? Or maybe that's one 'type' of that sign, Aries/Taurus/what-have-you. Like a cosmic template.
Have you noticed any such pairs (celeb/real-life)?
Kicking this off with Ross, for no particular reason...

Aaron Paul (August 27, 1979) & Patrick J Adams (August 27, 1981)
Not exactly doppelgangers, but they share a distinct 27th August look. I say so because one of my best friends is a 27th August person, and I immediately picked up that energy in them. (Well, they also share a birthday with Ed Gein and Paul Bernardo, but let's ignore that, although Paul has "the look" too...).

Wow, I love that! That you know the August 27 "look." Only sometimes, I should add. When the vibe is strong enough... It's more of a vibe than a look, I guess. Usually accompanied by a vague "You look familiar. But why?". Hmm, sorry if this is a little off topic or a looser interpretation of what you mean. Not at all. I think, eventually, it broadens into the sort of thing you're talking about anyway. Great examples! They do have a solemn look about them, and it seems directed at something (or someone).

Great finds, 12YearsABlob . Some of these are just mindblowing. I have a stash of these but for now, one of my favorites..Christy Turlington (left) and Jessica Biel (right). Both Sag rising with Gem moons:

What would you call two people with birthdays in the same sign and year who are very similar to one another, both in interests and life paths, but don't look alike? They are like non-identical (fraternal) twins.

Haha, yeah, could be! Similar in terms of behaviour/personality you mean?
While we're on the subject, I think the term Astro-twin is also used in the context of similar chart signatures, but I'm being pretty loose about it.

I was actually referring to my best friend and me. She is my astro twin in an eerily similar way even though we were born on opposites sides of the world and met as adults.
We were born a week apart and met on an education course. We became good friends because of many common characteristics.
Other things that are similar:
Our husbands (my ex) have same birth sign We got married in the same year Studied same subjects at University We were teachers with an interest in special educational needs Shared interest in theatre Two sons each Older sons born in same month, same year - both very clever We both went on to study for postgraduate degrees around the same time
I think this is quite uncanny.

@astrokeen, that is really wild! I have something like that with a woman born three days after me, same year. We went to college together for one semester before she transferred, but we retained one mutual friend, who brought us back into communication via email. - We both studied art in college (her major, my minor) - We both married much older men, her husband's a professional fisherman and mine's a sailor. - We both bought land in the country, lived on acreage - We both have a lot of kids, whose names are a mix of common and highly unusual There was more to it but I've forgotten. We don't look alike, though. lumina has a friend born in our same week who also has many children. Something about our sun-Mars-Jupiter triangle? I dunno.

Well it`s my best friend`s husband and he comes from a family himself with 4 kids (him being the 3rd oldest), all boys btw. He himself and my best friend have 5 kids, 3 boys, 2 girls.

We don't look alike, though. That sounds very similar to my case. Enough coincidence to become remarkable. Perhaps some similarities between my friend and me emerged when I looked for them and these, arguably, could occur between any two women of a similar age. According to a clairvoyant, my friend and I are soul sisters. This implies that we have similar lessons to learn in this life-time or one could say we share a commonality of purpose.

Kind of a sinister Astro-twin:
If you've watched Dennis Rader's sentencing or any other videos of him talking, you know what I mean. He reminds me of Bryan Cranston's "Breaking Bad" character (especially towards the end of show); albeit a colder, emptier version. I feel like Mr Cranston could play Rader in a movie.
They have a lot of the same placements: Pisces Sun, Capricorn moon, anaretic degree Aries Venus.
| Dennis Rader
| Bryan Cranston
| Sun
| 18°53' Pisces | 17°11' Pisces | Moon | 20°23' Cap | 22°49' Cap
| Venus | 29°11' Aries | 29°52' Aries
|
All conjunct within 1-2°.

Mum said that Alanis reminded her of me, about twenty years ago. We'd been watching MTV Unplugged, or something like it. She was talking about her looks and attitude. We don't share a Sun, just Gemini and Scorpio placements (differing).
