The last time we experienced a Universal 11 Year was in 2009, and then before that the last Universal 11 year was in 1910… thus well over 99% of the worlds population have only ever experienced one or two Universal Year 11 vibrations in their lifetime… so this is a biggy for our entire planet !

In numerology the number 11 is a Master Number – ‘Master’ meaning it is of intense/high vibrational frequency and works within the aetherial, magical and transcendental realms of creation. Master numbers possess great potential for learning and growth, and can bring major transformations in your life.

The number 11 is the most intuitive number and is a clear channel to the subconscious. It is the number of leadership, personal power and spiritual truths. The number 1 by itself represents leadership, initiative and new beginnings (2017 was a Universal ‘1’ Year in Numerology)… thus two number 1’s together opens a gateway of potential far greater than the sum of its parts. It like taking the Universal Year ‘1’ energy of 2017 and amping it up to the max in 2018 as a double ‘1’ = 11 energy.


11 = Shambhala

The word ‘Shambhala’ resonates to the Master Number 11 in numerology… and is the perfect word to help us embrace the greater potential of our Universal 11 Year.

Shambhala is a sanskrit word that roughly translates to a place of peace, tranquility & happiness. Each of us has the FREEDOM in our hearts/minds to choose to experience Heaven here on Earth, a place of Shambhala. We have the choice to live our lives being kind to one another, to live in harmony with the Earth and in service to something greater than us.

Our Universal 11 Year is our wakeup call to remember Shambhala, to remember how beautiful the world feels when we experience our lives through our hearts and how when we choose to create Shambhala in everything we do we awaken the best in ourselves and inspire others to do the same.

Our experience of Shambhala is a choice and each of us has the free will and the freedom to choose. We have the freedom to choose a path of truth, authenticity & Love… or conversely the freedom to choose fear, struggle with self-confidence or create suffering through self-doubt. The choice is yours!

Forinstance, look at the image at the top of this page. By way of background, my son took this photo of himself, a long exposure of him looking up at the Galactic Plane of our Milky Way Galaxy with his reflection in the water. I have purposely chosen this photo & presented it this way for a number of reasons.

Firstly… in a Universal 11 Year we have the FREEDOM to really SEE ourselves from a greater level of awareness or consciousness. Just like looking at our reflection in the water, we are drawn during 2018 to take a good hard look at areas in our life where we have held ourselves back, stayed small for fear of rejection, or limited our growth for fear of failure. What do you ‘see’ when you take a deep introspective look at your life in this moment, what is the universe reflecting back to you in this Universal 11 Year.

Secondly… I have turned the photo sideways as a reminder that the highest potential of a Universal 11 Year will flourish to new heights when you choose to let go of what you ‘think’ you need to do/be in 2018 and tap into a much greater resource of energy within you… how you ‘feel’. Our brain perceives our world/environment to be a certain way, hence our lives may follow a course based on these perceptions. However, just like shown in the photo… there really is no correct ‘up’ or no correct direction to represent reality… we only perceive a situation from the place we are viewing the situation from. If you were to take your awareness outside of Earth, into outer space and view the Earth from every angle you would discover is that there really is no true North South East & West per se…as these directions change from the position you are viewing the Earth from. Interesting!!!

When you ‘feel’, you are letting go of limiting beliefs, unconscious imprints, the way your brain analyses and perceives a situation and instead you become a conduit of infinite solutions & potentialities through the field of infinite intelligence. This is what a Universal 11 Year holds in store for us, the ability to move outside of ourselves and ‘feel into’ a higher consciousness, a world more beautiful through our Hearts. This is a place where miracles really do happen, deepest hurts are healed and forgiveness comes with ease as there is no limitation to how brightly you can shine.

Thirdly… I am writing this Universal 11 Year article on the eve of the Summer Winter Solstice as we align on the Galactic Plane of the Milky Way Galaxy. This GALACTIC ALIGNMENT COSMIC BLUEPRINT supports us in stepping into our greater Evolutionary Purpose and helps us to surrender to the grandest version of the greatest vision that we have ever held for ourselves… now that is a PERFECT booster of energy taking us into the grander potential of our Universal 11 Year.

And finally, as we come into 2018, the 1 January 2018 opens an 11:11 Gateway (1st day, of the 1st Month of an 11 Universal Year) and the FULL MOON SuperMoon of the 1/2 January 2018 has the Moon is positioned at 11038 (11:11) Cancer and the SUN is positioned at 11038 (11:11) Capricorn. WOW of WOW… YES the energy of 11 is certainly the theme of 2018 !


Other energetic influences – 11 Universal Year

There are a number of celestial transits during 2018 that are taking our Universal 11 Year energy to an even higher level of potential.

Pluto (the planet of transformation & empowerment) is transiting through Capricorn (practical, realist, reliable, hard worker) until 2024. Pluto in Capricorn is about death and rebirth or endings and beginnings. It is a time of breaking down all old outdated structures… structures that embody power & control such as governments, corporations & religion. This dismantling then creates opportunities to rebuild solid foundations from the ground up and inside-out… structures that support communities, humanity and the sustainable life of this planet…. Chiron (wounded healer) is transiting through Pisces (Sensitive, psychic, dreamy, creative, charitable) until 2023. As Chiron transits Pisces it opens a potential to ‘heal our wounds’ beyond just structure & the physical, to a more conscious state of healing of the body, mind & spirit . A real opportunity to ‘heal’ areas of your life and facilitate deep transformation. It is an opportunity to repattern the hologram, or transcend deep cellular or DNA imprints and attune to higher states of consciousness… SHAMBHALA ♡

Saturn (life lessons, wisdom, karma, responsibility) is transiting through Capricorn (practical, realist, reliable, hard worker) until 2020. During this Saturn transit, it is a great time to get real and be truly honest with yourself re your work/career, financial plan and every other facet of your life including relationships. Thriving in a Universal 11 Year

The choices we make during a Universal 11 Year have the potential to springboard great leaps in the collective consciousness of our planet.

In numerology the word ‘VIBRATION’ resonates to the number 11, so what ‘VIBRATION’ are you choosing to emit/share with the world during 2018? The numbers of 2018

2018 is a 2 Universal Year, reducing from the number 11 (because 2+0+1+8=11, and then 1+1=2). With the sensitive, finely-tuned, emotionally-conscious 11 behind this peace-loving 2, you can count on an emotionally-charged year that touches our hearts more than previous years -- even more than 2017, which is saying something.

Passion dominates in 2018, which is good when driven by positive forces, but not so great when negative powers are at play. Most importantly, no one gets to sit on the sideline without being affected by these changing times. With a 4 at the top of the Numerology chart for 2018, and a 5 at the bottom of the chart, chaos rules. We are riding a speeding train on a rickety track. Just about anything you can imagine could happen, and probably will.

The voices of greed, selfishness, fear, and separation will get louder and louder this year. But we will also see a surge in our desire to learn, to advance, to overcome, to grow, connect, and rectify. A growing force floats unseen under the surface in search of common ground, of healing and sharing spreading in unlikely places.

2018 continues a long spiral of grueling extremes, further dividing us into those led by the heart and those led by the mind. This struggle will be felt in our individual lives, as well as nationally and globally.

A year of opposites

No part of the planet will escape the turbulent effect of a year driven by passion and confusion. But, where some parts of the world will see great upheaval, others will see improvement and progress. It will be a year of opposites, with waves of goodwill, promise, peace, and prosperity, as well as rapid downfalls, disasters, storms of human-created misery, war, and famine.

Uprisings across the globe will become more frequent, as social media exposes the differences between political systems, and people recognize the power in numbers. Oppressed groups will push harder for change, equality, and basic human rights. In an age where nothing stays hidden for long, it will become clear who is responsible, and where to push.

As a result, we will almost certainly see several high-profile, powerful leaders or parties tumble, in turn causing major changes in their countries, especially those known for oppression and religious intolerance. Unrest in the Middle East grows and spreads to countries currently relatively quiet.

In the US, turmoil becomes a daily part of life, bringing more frequent protests and clashes. As a result, the US political status quo is likely to be dramatically altered by the time 2018 has ended.

Natural disasters will continue, some caused by climate change (storms and wildfires), but more often by the instability of the Earth itself (volcanic eruptions, earthquakes), and often in areas long considered stable.

Our financial markets experience a major shake-up, but here too, parts of the planet appear almost immune to the troubles caused elsewhere.

Find clarity in simplicity

The chaos and turmoil we experience on the surface is essentially a reflection of a deeper, somewhat hidden struggle.

Over the past few hundred years, our daily lives have become more complex (compared to a few hundred thousand years before that), especially since the birth of the digital age. There is a contradiction in that. As life on the surface becomes increasingly hectic and chaotic, we are drawn (or forced) to seek answers within, for ourselves and our global community. Obviously, this has always been true. What's different is the grey areas are disappearing. The intense polarization we see happening around us reflects the polarization happening within us, between the heart and the mind.

For example, when you are faced with a refugee family, or someone in great need, your heart will be drawn to let them in, to feed them, to help. Your mind, however, will tell you that there is no room, they are unlike you, it's not your problem, someone else will help... The heart is subtle, quiet, open -- the mind is loud, and quick to react and judge. Knowing which is which can make or break you in 2018.

Our lives are governed by two rulers: Feelings (the realm of the heart) and logic (the mind). Every decision, every action -- whether made by an individual, a nation, religion, or political party -- is based solely on these two driving forces. There is no third influence, no alternative. Something is either dominated by the heart, the mind, or a combination of the two. Both are necessary.

Here's the clincher: One without the other causes disharmony. Period. The more disproportionate, the greater the disharmony.

Make the right choice

Today's toxic and chaotic environment makes it harder to choose, yet easier to know. If it is loud, obnoxious, hurtful to others (anyone, anywhere), or is motivated by fear, greed, distrust, or anger, it is the mind, without the heart, and it is wrong. Always. Without exception.

If it is gentle, warm, loving, helps or heals others (anyone, anywhere), or is motivated by generosity, courage, or empathy, you can be certain it comes from the heart, and it is right.

It's really all about you

Make no mistake; all this chaos is here for you. The underlying, hidden force causing the shake-up is trying to reach you, to help you choose, or perhaps to force you to choose. But the information chaos will bring doubt and confusion to your mind, so where will you turn to make your choices? What's left that you can trust?

Here's a helpful hint. If you are listening to sounds and images playing between your ears, it's your mind, and you can be sure some of the information stored there is inaccurate. So be careful, because the mind can be an ugly beast.

If you are feeling something near the heart area, if it affects you emotionally, if it reminds you of love and empathy, if it makes you feel powerful and helpless at the same time, if the only confusion you experience is that it seems both sad and beautiful, if you feel a need to share it and treasure it, then you should probably also act on it. Because when your heart speaks, it speaks the truth.

This coming year the numbers 11 and 2 rule. You can be sure the events and the turmoil will touch you deeply -- as a witness and perhaps a participant -- in a cosmic play of "Can you Tell the Difference?" Play to win this year, and know the difference -- the quality of your life depends on it.

Possibly meeting your Twin Flame in the physical

Tenaciously seeing 1111 can also indicate that you are about to meet your Twin Flame in the physical which can mean, meet them here on earth for the first time or meet them in real life. My twin and I met online through our mutual companies spring of 2014. but it wasn’t until close to winter 2015 that we got to meet in person when I flew out to India where we would meet at a mutual friends wedding.

That summer of 2015 all the way leading up to me getting invited in September for the end of November wedding I saw 1111 everywhere and constantly. Really as if the Universe was knocking itself out to give me confirmation of my alignment.

If you Google it, it seems to be a common experience and there seems to be a definite link between the two. But again it doesn’t have to mean that, I still see 1111 daily in multiple ways – yet I haven’t been in the same physical space as my twin in close to two years.


11 November cosmic gateway

Another magic twin related date seems to be 11 November (11/11), but there are many more cosmic gateways throughout the year. Another well known gateway is the Lion’s gate on the 8th of August (8/8). These are in fact special dates and there are many more throughout the year as new consciousness is downloaded to planet Earth.

In the Gangsta Goddesses Manifesto I talk about Twin Flames being the boots on the ground as part of the ascension process. Another part of the ascension process is the vibrational, DNA and consciousness upgrades being sent to us from the Universe’s command headquarters.

These cosmic gateways are opened to help those here on the ground Twin Flames and light workers in general to make the BIG Shift in themselves first, which then helps raise the vibrational frequency of the planet in general as more and more ‘boots on the ground’ become ascension portals to help raise the planetary vibrational frequency.

One of the things being downloaded to us now is the diamond consciousness and these galactic gateways are used for this, to those who are aligned to receive these upgrades.

11 November is not a magical date that brings about Twin Flame union, it could coincide but that is not the point of this journey. The goal of this journey is helping the BIG Shift from the old 3D paradigm into the new 5D consciousness and vibration. Shifting into the New Earth, so many people have been writing about. Twin Flame union, not just a physical relationship is a byproduct of this dimensional shift.

In fact being together in the physical with your twin, however much that is the answer to your dreams does not ensure you made that dimensional shift. There are many twins in a physical relationship because it helps them heal wounds that need closeness to be triggered, but it in no way is an indication of their advancement on the ascension ladder (which is an ego way of looking at things anyway). You could be separated from your twin for years, yet much further along in making the shift into 5D than someone who is doing the 3D romance with their Twin Flame.

11 November seems to be to Twin Flames what February 14th is to the rest of the world, but hey common if you need a special day to communicate unconditional love to your twin then you are still buying into the whole 3D thing to begin with. It’s like making 11 November a higher more spiritual octave of Valentines day, when Valentines day in itself is a bunch of crock. Love doesn’t come down to what you do one day a year, it’s about how you show up every minute of the day even when you don’t feel like it or nobody is looking. Love is not connected or dependent on any day of the year and neither is Twin Flame union by the way.

2018 (2+0+1+8= 11) is an 11 year
2018 will also be an 11 year, for me and my twin 2018 will be a year of all 11’s. Our birth dates add up to 11, our birthday month and day add up to 11 – but next year in the 11 year our ages will also add up to 11. He turns 29 in July and I will have already reached my 11 in a higher digit number in February. So next year is going to be something truly amazing I guess with SUCH an abundance of 11 energy all around for us.

However because 2018 is an 11 year, it will be beneficial for ALL Twin Flames. Many twin couples will grow closer in the coming period as 1+1 = 2 as well, which is about relationships of all kinds. You may find that the relationships you meet this year— be it romantic, social or business, will be quite meaningful in your own spiritual growth.


All in all a 2 year which is what 11 adds up to, is about what you planted in your 1 year of new beginnings. So 2017 was a 1 year, what seeds have you planted for the next eight years of this new nine year cycle that will last until 2025?


So ask yourself, what do I still want to put out in the world? What dreams do I still want to experience as a reality? Then take a step towards that dream.
