Earlier I was thinking about how, if we share a natal aspect with someone, involving the personal planets...and the composite of course picks it up, it must be a standout theme, possibly THE standout theme, especially if the nodes connect to it. Yes, it is one of the advantages of checking the composite, you can trace the major themes. The same is of course not true for the Davison, at least not in the sense as it occurs in the composite. Still there is an aspect between Pluto and Venus in our Davison as well, the quinkunx. Interestingly in the Davison with M they have the square between Venus and Pluto, but M does not have a natal aspect between Venus and Pluto, though Mars is widely opposing Pluto in the natal, but Mars is not Venus, so it is not exactly the same. Funny enough today Moon in my diurnal chart is on 12 Libra, connecting to that as well. But yes Venus-Pluto seems to pop up, it`s not always a bad thing, seems it can go either way, but usually it is an intense/ serious thing. Actually in the Davison-LR of when he first approached me (and overwhelmed me to be honest) during a show, there was a widish square of Venus to Pluto in the Lunar Return which had JUST started 2 days prior. LR Venus 9 Libra (conjunct LR Priapus 9 Libra) LR Pluto 4°54 Cap. I probably would hesitate to count that orb, however, LR Venus was conjunct my natal Pluto exactly and LR Pluto conjuncted my natal Venus with 1 degree orb, plus LR Venus was in orb to conjunct Davison Pluto. Of course during that event my EVC had a Venus-Pluto-conjunction, along with other stuff, I think either Sun or Moon or both were involved tool it was quite a memorable moment. And the most memorable thing probably was just how utterly defensive and downright upset I reacted to that "approach". I mean HOW DARE he proving all my theories about me being invisible and unapproachable wrong? LOL Well the Davison LR also had Neptune exact on the IC (on my natal Lilith) (and Sun on 29 Virgo) - well pretty much reflects my bewilderment and disorientation and here again, natal Lilith, and I was basically letting out my inner bitch (well the ice-queen version of her at least, though he seemed to be bewildered, too, just judging from the way he was turning around again after having moved on to torment someone else in the audience, just the way he was looking at me, this expression of utter "What the heck just happened?" I probably just imagined that, but he looked rather I don´t know, questioning?) But yeah that was one of the better Venus-Pluto-moments I guess. though a very very VERY weird one.

Actually lumina ...maybe that's wrong. If each person has the natal aspect, maybe it won't show up in composite? (I know, this is off topic). Well I guess it depends on the orbs. (edit) I like your interpretations here. Maybe we're going to have to convert to stronger belief in Davison.

It depends a little.
If the natal aspect is in the same order, first Pluto, then Venus for example, the natal aspect is being replicated. (though it probably also depends on the orb)
if the order is reversed, it becomes a conjunct or opposition.

lumina, you saint, I did know that. I'm just winning the Mercury Rx Olympics lately. That thinking-thing is stationary exact on my Mars. I get to enjoy frustration in so many ways. Well I was "thinking" - if you can call that a thought -- my ARIES Jupiter preceeds Sag Venus, therefore the order is, Jupiter before Venus. Nevermind that that would be a double trine, a 240°.

lol @saint, not really, but nice thought. Hmm, I always count the shortest distance, even if it crosses 00 Aries. so in your case, in my method, Venus preceeds Jupiter, and for him, Jupiter preceeds Venus. I find it interesting that there is a double synastric opposition at play here, too.

No Kung Fu Panda philosophy course for me today lumina ? I quoted you and the words vanished from the quote screen. Well I was just going to counter-lecture you, that you should only eat organic peaches, as the conventional ones have too many pesticides. edit

😅 You saw it., yes I thought I was coming across as too patronizing, but really was just thinking aloud.
And yes, it is what is, still maybe pRt of the inability to let go might be that we actually still don't know what it is, and want to figure it out desperately. Just another thought.
And yes I understand that about the SN.

Btw for me it is composite Jupiter on my SN, and for P it is composite Vesta on his SN. Never really thought about that before. Hmmm.

Random
Here's a novel (off-topic, possibly astrologically illegal) concept, what about the tertiary progressions of a Davison chart?
Say you've got something wild going on there. Sun apex of yod conjunct transiting, stationing outer planet. And it's descriptive of the experience. We can just say that's something, right?

oh I love illegal. well in terms of astrology at least. Nah, seriously, nothing illegal about it, if tertiary are a thing, and if Davisons are a thing, then tp of Davison is a thing too. Also sounds interesting to me. Definitely like something. Also wild to have a stationing transiting outer planets at the Apex, that must be .... colourful.

BTW reminding me, our Davison Solar Return just happened in june. Probably would have preferred it without a Venus-Saturn-square, but anyway, Mercury right on the DESC looks.... nice.

oh look at that!
Today:
TP Moon 22.11 Leo TP Sun 22°44 Aqua
(TP Mercury 24 Aqua)
So a tp fullmoon happening today or tomorrow or so. well already happening I guess. (exact 4th august)
tp Uranus on 20.56 Scorpio, so still rather closish to being the apex of that T-square.

oh look at that! Today: TP Moon 22.11 Leo TP Sun 22°44 Aqua Ok I am impressed with my timing for bringing this up then. LOL Edit: Transiting Saturn @ 22 Aqua, too. Nice SR with the sun trine moon-Saturn and chart ruler in the 4th.

Ava yeah, well the SR looks like it has its strengths and weaknesses. Definitely one of the more aspected ones. I like the Sun trine of course. Also, it probably is just a minor thing, but I like the applying sextile between Mercury and Jupiter, esp. since both rule the horizon.
