I put this in the Religion section because some spiritual music is religious and vice versa.
But, starting out, an ecumenical, all-faiths song... ❤️

Au5 makes a lot of ambient tracks, great for meditations and spiritual journeys. This is his latest one called Cosmoscope: soundcloud.com/au5/cosmoscopeMade by a Virgo Sun with a Gemini Moon.

WOW...closing and covering my eyes and listening to that, feels like an energetic essence speaking directly into my own, pinging different chakras. I'll need to devote more time to listening. That was extraordinary, @electrode!

I was so impressed by that listening experience, I looked up more about Au5, and found some interesting quotes: --- I've always heard music in my head that I wish existed in reality. That has been my main motivation for creating, to listen to something that hasn't yet existed. That said, I have always enjoyed listening to my own music because I don't let myself create something I don't like.Comment: That was my first impression...I thought, "I've never heard anything like this before." --- Finding my sound has not really been a conscious thing. It has been a process of trying to create what I hear in my mind, something beautiful, powerful, and melodic. Being honest with myself, exploring and having fun with what I desire to hear has helped me find my "sound" in a sense.
--- Health is beauty. Love and care for yourself and others will love and care for you.--- Personally I believe developing your own style, at least for me, is a process of creating what you enjoy hearing the most. Whatever it is that moves you is just resonance with a part of yourself which already exists within, awakening unconscious parts of yourself you may not have known existed.Quotes from: www.reddit.com/r/EDM/comments/5zu5n4/hey_its_au5_ask_me_anything/

I adore Hans Zimmer anela . The Power of One soundtrack got me through some very hard times...I mean, in high school, after losing my mother, African funeral & mourning songs brought helpful reminders that I was never actually alone in my suffering. It was important guidance at that time.

Thanks m2322! Sorry, I seem to have missed this when you first posted it. Dead Can Dance - I can see how that would fit my mood exactly when I'm in those 8H moon intense phases. Listening to it now, it makes me sad...I'm thinking, "What's the matter? Can I help?" Enigma - Nice I love "church music" blended into modern music. I love the intention of bringing spiritual traditions into progressive music. 16 Horsepower - No, I didn't know them. Check out that accordian! Interesting sound there.

No idea what they're saying, but my Venus-Neptune in Sag doesn't care...
I just think that's beautiful.

Posting a link to Hindu Mantras sung beautifully:
These are mantras for self-purification, usually performed with offerings to fire. The word 'swa-ha', which occurs at the end of each mantra, marks the point when something (usually ghee) is offered to the fire.

Back when I was religious we used to sing the Psalms, set to music. Here's a different kind of Psalm-singing. Psalm 91 is meaningful to me because there is a Catholic hymn based on it ("On Eagles Wings"), so I grew up with it, before I turned Protestant.

Posting one of a beautiful voice singing in Spanish. The song is a shaman song from Peru. I found it has a nurturing, still and healing quality.

^ Beautiful anela, thank you. I listen to this often; Shawn Johnson and her husband are Christians and it was the background music on one of their videos.
