Sorry for the swearing, but this is how I woke up, and have remained all day. I'm off to look for my SAM-e.

Virgo friend, peering intently at my face, "I can see your pores." Lol, you bastard.

12YearsABlob omg yes, ha! My Virgo friend once did that to me (as we were walking, mind you). We’re walking up the sidewalk in Seattle, and with passing curiosity, “Hunh, you have like reverse freckles.” Me: “What? What do you mean...?” Her: “It’s like instead of freckles, you have light spots.” Me: “Wait, WHAT...?!” (Alarmed that my face is noticeably weird.) Her: “Nevermind, I shouldn’t have said anything.” 😑 (My skin tone had started to become uneven in my thirties, so yes it is a bit blotchy without makeup, lol.)

Elon Musk & Grimes just had a baby and they've picked the most Uranian name possible: "X Æ A-12."
Elon: Sun-Merc square Uranus; Mars in Aqua square Jupiter. Grimes: Sun-Moon square Uranus-Saturn.
People are speculating that "A-12" might be related to the Lockheed A-12:
:ETA: Musk might be kidding, who knows. If it's one of his twitter pranks, it's a good one.

It can't be legally allowed can it?
I'm all for creativity, I myself have a good bit of Uranus in my chart, but this is just over the top 🤪

Lol, I know right? At what point is a "strange" name over the line? It's almost like you're setting your child up for ridicule & difficulty (official documents, job interviews). I mean, in an ideal world, no-one would make fun of anyone's names. But we can't ignore that it happens. So, unless the parents have a really good reason... My main concern is motive. Are they doing it *just* to be different or do they truly have a sentimental connection to the name? Sometimes it just seems attention-grabby to me. The French government prevented someone from calling their child "Nutella":
Okay, turns out the French have some more gems on the forbidden list:

I hope he's kidding. He seems to like to get people talking.

Yesterday, I was thinking that if some people only like me when I'm mostly mute, and throwing out the odd pleasantry, then what's the point of existing? Just tired of someone running roughshod over people who disagree, and then just ignoring them. Nobody here. But I need to learn to let go of needing to say anything else, because they won't. And no, it isn't S, either. I think the thought was my Aries coming through - maybe my Uranus, too.
It took me a long time to become comfortable with any kind of conflict, especially being on an opposing "side", and holding my own. I try to do it with understanding, and I like discussions, when I'm in the mood for it. Just being dismissed is something else entirely. I dislike being called "negative" when I have very real concerns, and also wonder why conspiracy theorists and protesters with guns aren't "negative", all because this person agrees with them. It would be easier just to be quiet.
Anyway, I'll delete this later.

anela , people calling you negative or weird is just their way of putting you down. It is easier to place you in a derogatory category than argue with you - the oldest trick of all. Incidentally, do you watch Stephen Colbert's The Late Show? It is cheering to see someone trash Trump and co so unrelentingly.

Yeah, anela ... It's hard to find people who truly listen and engage from a place of understanding. @astrokeen , I love Colbert. Unfortunately, excessive political commentary turns me off.. Not knocking what you said - it's cool that you enjoy that part of his content. It's just that I like staying in my "no-news" bubble, so I avoid it.

Agreed. 5 minutes of him is more than enough while he is broadcasting from his home and there is limited variety.

Yeah.. I still love a lot of his older work. And his "meanwhile" segments are hilarious. All the little scraps of weird news that is not political or main page worthy (Florida-man type things).

I dunno if this should be on Random Blurts or here, but anyway... Ari Aster has Moon-Pluto* square Mercury and I feel like that is perfectly reflected in his movies.
*ToB unknown but it's still possible, perhaps a wide conjunction.

Bumping up this fun thread. A few days ago I bought my son a geometry set. Before giving it to him, I asked him to draw a circle, as well as he could. The drawing was good for a 6 year old. He was pleased with himself too. Then I showed him the set I got him and introduced a new tool he's never seen before - a compass I explained what it was for and even drew a few examples of circles. He was so impressed! He said it was the best gift ever and then added: "Mommy, I am so happy I can make a perfect art now" Virgo Sun/Jupiter 2H
