I have a Cap sun sextile Pisces moon. There is a lot of smoothness in the way these planets interact for me, internally. But the Pisces moon is a very delicate, light, fine, receptive energy. While the Cap sun is heavy, cardinal. It's like I am a bull (or ox) within my own china shop. And while I usually know how to tiptoe around myself, this can create issues for me socially, where I am trying to communicate something subtle, but put too much "concrete" in the statement accidentally. Time and again I mean to propose a theory in a very speculative or receptive way, and the lines get tangled and I end up sounding almost forceful. My husband has known me 19 years and he STILL can mistake the most innocent question as coming from a whole other place, as if I'm commanding him to do something. It's so weird. I just realized that my sun/moon midpoint in Aquarius is a good representation of how I might come across to people. Sort of eccentric, erratic, wild card. My sun/moon midpoint is exactly conjunct my brother's sun and Mercury. He's always been eccentric, like nothing most people have seen before. I'm not talking blue hair and conspiracy theories. I mean he's just indescribable. LOL Anyway...I'm wondering how you folks relate to your sun/moon midpoint. Do you see yourself in it? Thanks

My apologies, I didn't mean to suggest ALL Aquarians are strange. But that's the stereotype and it's true in my brother's case. He's successful and it's alright...he just seems to interact with reality differently than most people do. Since I appreciate where he's coming from, I mean that in a complimentary way. Others have been dumbfounded or put off by it. The sun embodies the energy and can modulate it more actively, I suppose...it seems the consciousness resides there. The sun/moon midpoint is less voluntary and more of an essence, I think. Sandbach: Planets activating the Sun/Moon midpoint
Principle: The flow of energy and information from the subconscious to the conscious and the process of finding meaning and order in it. The balance between work (Sun) and play (Moon), business (Sun) and pleasure (Moon), and objective (Sun) and subjective (Moon). One's general level of vitality and all the factors that affect it.
Process: One becomes aware of each and every emotion as it arises, accepts all of them them, sees their value and allows them to be come integrated into one's conscious reality. john-sandbach.blogspot.com/2010/11/planets-activating.html

Hmm, never thought about it this way, but might make sense. Though actually the midpoints are on an axis, so in your case the Aquarius-Leo axis. Possibyl the near midpoint is more dominant, but I don`t know that, especially don´t know that in case of people where Sun and Moon are nearly opposite, what constitutes near and far in this instance?
Anyway my Sun/Moon-mp is on 21 Capricorn, with Saturn on 17 Cancer in 8th house and Moon on 17 Aquarius in 2nd house (the dispositors of the Sun/Moon-mp axis in my chart). I definitely think that the Moon-Saturn--quinkunx is vvery typical ofmy personality.

Mine is of course right smack on my Nodes. But that might explain my tendency to blurt out whatever comes to mind before thinking about how I'm wording it, as my NN is in Sag, so maybe it's overriding the Pisces/Virgo duo.

Mine is conjunct Pallas at the GC.
Pallas Sag 26.35 Sun/Moon pt Sag 26.57
Taineberry described this as being driven towards a conscious integration of the dual nature light/dark; male/female. Not sure how to interpret that.

Thanks I had a misunderstanding like that with my Cap/Pisces sister. Just a small one. Usually, it's the other way around, her getting sensitive and not saying anything for weeks, until she's really got worked up, or until I just ask her what's been wrong with her for weeks. I asked her right away, and got it over with. I'm not always that bold with people, though. Sometimes I'll ask, and others, I'll hold back and see what happens.

Sun/Moon midpoint, is 11 or 12 Taurus/Scorpio. A few degrees away from squaring my MC/IC exactly, so I don't know if the square would count. Trine Saturn, but I don't know if soft aspects count for much.

my sun/moon midpoint is in gemini = yes i am a very lively person despite my strong cancer placements. The only planet making aspects to my sun moon mdp is juno, okay thats an asteroid. No, i have never been a homewrecker and since i have never been married yet, i also don't have experiences with unfaithful hubbys. No idea how to interpret that

enneline You have high standards when it comes to relationships and commitments and those are part of your core personality.

enneline first of all I`ve listened when you spoke. But well unlike some other astrologers I still take Juno as the symbol she is in mythology, and she was the epitome of the wife, but more importantly she had high moral standards (in terms of comitment and loyalty), even though her husband had not, and demanded to be treated as an equal partner, and could get a bit difficult, if those conditions were not met. Very black and white actually with almost no room for compromise in terms of comitment and partnering. And since she is configured with your Sun/Moon-mp and the Sun/Moon is about your core personality, that is what makes an integral part of you. .... Though having said that if I am true in that deduction then Eros should be mine. lol I just remember that I have Eros exactly on the far Sun/Moon-mp (though both are also squaring Chiron, so maybe that makes matters a bit difficult).

My Sun-Moon midpoint is at 8.25 degrees Aries. Guess it adds to what my Mars-ASC already puts out.
Tightest aspect it makes is the 1.5 degree trine to my Sag Pluto. I can get angry easily and it's full of passion. Not sure how it would affect my personality tbh (though my mom is an Aries Sun conjunct ASC and I have her personality).

edit: my dr asc is in leo I cant remember the deg though....
Pls dnt quote

Mine is about 27 Cancer. I have to be honest. I've never noticed anything significant at this point. I have with my sun/venus midpoint though.

Has anyone tried reading the sabian symbol for their sun/moon md pt? It might be enlightening.
Mine is: "A SCULPTOR AT HIS WORK. KEYNOTE: The ability to project one's vision upon and to give form to materials. At this stage we see the individual creatively expressing his own particular individuality. He takes the materials available in his social-geographical environment and shapes them so they reveal to other people something of his inner life and purpose.....This represents man as a creative individual intent on making his mark upon society. "
Another interpretation - " The fact that the ‘Vision Is Slowly But Surely Taking Form’ shows that slow and sometimes painstaking detail is needed to work towards something that is truly worth the time and effort - Concrete creative manifestation. This is the Symbol of the Galactic Center. Creating the ‘Vision’. Evolution. Things going from crude beginnings all the way up to concrete outcomes. Seeing and visualizing things ahead of their time."
I can identify fully with the phrase "intent on making his mark upon society". Not in terms of making myself known rather to change things for the better. Life would be pretty pointless if I can't. I can also relate to ' working with slow and sometimes painstaking detail'. That is how it is with me - a late developer.

If I assume my midpoint(s) are on my Nodes (sorry, too lazy and also hurried to look), they're at 5.26 Sag and Gemini. NN 5 Sagittarius AN OLD OWL PERCHED HIGH UP IN A TREE I like this. SN 5 Gemini A RADICAL MAGAZINE OR PUBLICATION, ASKING FOR ACTION, DISPLAYS A SENSATIONAL FRONT PAGE The opposites make good sense in what I might wish to avoid, compared to where I would do better to go.

Or, alternatively, A Game of Cricket or Drilling for Oil (6 Sag and Gem).
No idea how either of those would be interpreted.

I can't remember mine. I will have to look up Taurus in a while. I had been thinking about my nodes and moon/venus.

"A Violent Storm in A Canyon Filled With Expensive Homes"
🤔
Yes. Actually. I will destroy meaningful relationships on principals alone. Or at least up this point in my life.
