Hi! Wondered if anyone would be able to shed light on progressed composite Sun moving from the 12th house to 1st house. One explanation could be that if two people met online, (while Sun was in their 12th house/hidden in a literal sense) then Sun moving to the 1st house in a couple of months could signify these two meeting in a physical world. Since the couple has a heavy stellium in the 12th house in a midpoint Composite chart, could this also mean that the cycle of past karma they had to face and work through in this relationship is about to close and new beginnings in the relationship are opening up? I can imagine this could also just mean the ending of a connection. Attaching midpoint Composite with heavy stellium in Capricorn in 12th and next one is Progressed Composite chart with Sun already moving to the 1st, in case it helps to see it visually Find this topic super fascinating!

Hi adreena, I'm not used to working with a whole-sign house system; in Placidus the pr comp sun is still in the 12th house and since I don't know how fast the angles are progressing, it's hard to say when pr comp sun will enter the pr comp 1st house. Did anything happen yet? Pr comp has Venus squaring IC/MC axis which could mean the relationship or the love-nature of it is neither public (MC), nor fully private and contained (IC). Venus could be exerting pressure so the couple is trying to decide what to do? Pr comp Pluto squaring nodes is significant; have you checked progressions and transits for when tr NN squares pr comp nodes, later this year?

Hi Ava! I have uploaded Placidus so it's a bit easier to read and made notes which one is which. What you said about Venus squaring IC/MC axis is very interesting, I haven't thought about it this way, now it makes sense. They have not met yet but planning to in Feb or March this year. They both live on different continents so there's geographical distance that's in a way and the pandemic situation being on and off did not help them to connect in a physical world. Their 'relationship' is still strong but since many things happened between them by now (since mid 2020), they have doubts about how to navigate this bond further and the eagerness to meet is not as powerful as it was in the beginning. I have not looked at transits yet, not sure how to do that. Do you mean NN transits to prog composite or to individual charts? - is there an option on Astrodienst to check that easily? I did find an interesting article about 12th house stellium in composites though venusearthgoddess.com/2020/10/07/found-love-in-a-hopeless-place-12th-house-synastry-and-composite/ which would explain why this connection feels like out of this world. Moon square Saturn in the composite at 3 degree orb is also probably not great, maybe misunderstanding on an emotional level and past baggage effecting their current connection is how I would briefly interpret this. Thank you so much for your insight Ava. x

Thanks adreena, Wow in Placidus Venus is right on the ASC in Pisces! Sweet "I have not looked at transits yet, not sure how to do that. Do you mean NN transits to prog composite or to individual charts? - is there an option on Astrodienst to check that easily?" If there is an option at Astrodienst, I'm not aware of it. I just look at the ephemeris: www.astro.com/swisseph/ae/2000/ae_2022.pdfI don't know the individual charts so here I'm just referring to the composites. The regular and progressed composites feature Pluto squaring the nodes @ 16-17°, and the transiting true node will create a sort of grand cross with their comp nodes/Pluto this August. Uranus will be conjunct the NN adding something unexpected. If the couple meets around the new moon in March, that will be huge, because that new moon will have a triple conjunction of Venus-Mars-Pluto @ 27 Cap on this couple's comp sun-Mercury-Venus. New moon squaring pr comp moon-Mars opposition. Well, as some say, timing is everything. I wonder when the pr comp sun goes into Pisces and what's happening with them at that point. Pluto transiting on that exact "love stellium" might make the connection more intense or almost so deep it's not accessible? When tr Pluto was conjunct my Cap sun I felt tamped down and subdued, so I carry that impression of Pluto transits.

Thanks Ava, they are meeting mid April but can imagine it will be transformational and intense (posted the 'transit to composite' chart in another thread) Will try and explore ephemeris. Would you recommend any good softwares for seeing transits more clearly + also seeing how eclipses will affect composites/progressed composites ? Think I need to learn more about transits, would like to read them and understand better - especially composite transits Venus on ASC! Yes! Their relationship is very dreamy and soothing but they both are very logical and grounded so its adding a really nice element to their connection Think Pluto is transiting DSC and Sun Mercury Venus around March/April if I'm correct

Hi adreena, Sorry, I'm not the best person to ask about software. I've heard great things about Planet Dance, however. My method is pretty basic, I just look at the eclipse tables and ephemerides, and if something stands out, I start looking more in-depth at the charts around those standout dates, using astro.com. With transits to the composite, I'm mainly focused on 4th harmonic aspects: conjunction, square, opposition. Also I look at transits that match the composite, especially if the degrees are lining up. For example, a couple with composite or progressed composite Venus trine Mars will probably have an increased chance of positive interaction if there's a transiting Venus/Mars trine (especially if that transit aspects the composite trine.)

I noticed they have Venus (1st) in Pisces square MC (10th) in Sag at 0 degrees in a progressed composite, would this mean they might not be able to meet/travel due to their individual circumstances (opposition would mean external circumstances but square would be individual?)

Hi, I'm new here. I read this article and it feels so true down to the very core. I have Sun, Mercury, North Node in our pr comp chart. It feels like I am in rehab indeed, It's been 12 days since I last talked to him, he hasn't reached out to me, so I don't understand, how this can be so powerful of a feeling for me, and not for him. It can go two ways right, it's either over or we both work and grow together. It seems like the first option might be whats going to happen. I attach the pr comp chart, can anyone, help me figure this out? I feel like there is something I should do, but I don't think I can do anything else. Attachments:

Welcome mermaidofmusik , It's difficult to get a sense of the relationship dynamics looking at the pr comp alone, but sun square Uranus at critical degrees on Aries points looks like a heightened situation of instability, even with Uranus conjunct Saturn. Pr comp sun will move into a square with Saturn suggesting more difficulties ahead. Pr comp moon-Venus conjunct transiting Jupiter in the second house may account for some of those warm feelings? Also pr moon-Venus trine Mars-Neptune looks very romantic. However the pr opposition between moon-Venus and Pluto looks intense, possibly even tending towards a kind of burnout if both partners aren't well-suited for intensity. It looks like a bit of a high maintenance connection but I'd say that sun-Uranus square dominates and sets the tone, so whatever what needs to get done to foster a more healthy relationship isn't happening. Mars-Neptune on the MC might also feel like there is a dream-come-true physical relationship and a feeling that it ought to be a public display somehow. Might be "haunting." There's a sense that something should be happening, but it's not happening. On the other hand chart ruler Mars in the 10th, exalted in Capricorn, gives a more ambitious and business-like feel to the connection, as if coming together inspires each person's personal ambitions so much, perhaps there's less time for each other. Just some thoughts.
