Post anything === I seem to experience false awakenings much more often than I used to, now that tr Neptune is conjunct my moon. If you are unfamiliar with false awakenings, it's like this: sometimes I "wake up" and start living my day only to realize I'm still asleep. Sometimes I do this several times before I can break out of the cycle and wake up for real. This morning I dreamed that I cut my hair very short on a whim. I was distraught and wishing I'd kept my hair. Then I woke up and felt great relief because my long hair was intact, but this became a dream that I "woke up" from, heading back into the short-hair existence where I was upset again. It was funny because I cycled through this many times, as if an overall pessimistic attitude was tranquilizing me back into the worse reality where I was upset. It was really hard to understand "Everything's okay. That was just a bad dream. Feel your head, there is still long hair." Usually it's the other way around, my dreams are better than real life (ie lockdown-life). Pls don't quote

I posted about one earlier, and then deleted it, when I felt better.
I've had dreams like that before. I also once fell asleep in the evening, and woke up thinking I hadn't showered or anything. It freaked me out, that I'd forgotten an entire day.

@blindlion these are interesting, wonder what causes them. I often have dreams about the end of the world. They are always different though, from the alien invasion to global flu-like pandemic (before 2020), from the zombie apocalypse to the failure of power plants all around the world. I should have kept the diary of them

By now I'm so used to those false-awakening dreams, they are unremarkable.
---
Last week or so, I dreamed about my sister. We haven't spoken in over ten years; she moved across the country and cut off our whole family after our father died. She's pretty tall at 5'9," and she used to be very thin as well. For a while we looked somewhat alike, I'm just shorter. Especially around the time I was 12 and she was 20 or 21...I looked older than my age. I even have a picture of us wearing matching t-shirts and sitting the same way.
Anyway in this dream, I was sleeping, and she glided into the room, tall and skinny like she used to be, and put a cold can of Coke next to me, and walked out. I don't drink Coke. But we shared a large bed when I was little and if I woke up thirsty, she'd always go out in the dark to get me water. For all our difficulties in later life, I've never stopped being grateful for the drinks.
Can't find her anywhere online, so I have no idea if she's even alive. I woke up afraid that was her parting message to me or something. One last drink. Probably not but I've had prophetic dreams before.
