Any natural headache relief? I rarely have them, especially for the long periods of time, but these past 3 days have been killing me. It's so bad, I can't even look at the screen for more than a couple of minutes. Good thing, my work, which involves me to work at the PC, allows me to come whenever I choose, so I've been home for these past days.
I'd be very grateful if someone could recommend anything to me as safe as possible, since I am also pregnant.
TIA

Thank you so much Ava I didn't know about this. I have a Foot Spa machine, so I'll use that tonight before bed. No wonder I was craving tomatoes and grapes today. My body probably hinting on how to self-cure Thanks, we are very happy. It's an early stage. I'm due at the end of October, but not 100% sure since I haven't had a scan yet. I'll reply all the other threads tomorrow, when I (hopefully) feel better. xx

Oh! I meant, glutamates can give me headaches, so that was a list of possible trigger foods, but only if you are sensitive to it...I was extra sensitive during pregnancy for some reason that I don't understand. Great news about a new little one!

Oh, congratulations!! It sounds like a migraine, I can't remember what friends of mine said they avoid, in an attempt to stop them. I've just googled, and part of the list was the same as Ava 's.

Yeah, it could be anela . I really don't want to experience it again for sure. Oh Ava I ate like 4 tomatos and a box of grapes yesterday. No wonder it didn't help my headache I did have a foot bath and you know what, I woke up without any problems, even though my son kept me awake for a good part of the night with the fever. Today I avoided all of the products on that list and I'm feeling great Thanks for the advice. Hopefully this thread will be helpful if anyone will come here with the same problem.

My problem is that as soon as my temperature is 23+, I immediately get a headache. Days. All the time. Only cold water, compresses, blood pressure pills help. It is better to consult a doctor.
