On 27th Dec Jupiter will conjunct the Sun but for me it will conjunct on same day my Natal Saturn, this will be going on in my 3rd house. So maybe some good news but 1st a lesson learned? lol not sure how to factor in Saturn into this?
Has anyone went through Jupiter conjunct Saturn? I read it happens every 20 years? any thoughts?

@intuitivefish
Mine was spooky. Not meaning to sound dramatic transiting Jupiter in Cancer is pretty psychic/receptive and I guess that energy combined with my 0° Leo Saturn in the 12th house set me up for having some clearer perceptions of hardship and darkness. For a few months I felt haunted (genuinely).
Maybe it depends on the signs/house placements.

@intuitivefish for me the retrograde hit of Tr Jupitr conjunct Saturn happened in december 2013, and exactly at the time (over New Year) that I was seeing Jude Law on stage (together with a friend) pretty much for a whole week. lol Several performances (she did the booking btw). It coincided however also with me having pr Moon conjunct my natal Saturn. Also took place just about 3 weeks after that chat with P, that was a step out of the vagueness (never though it would lead into a whole other bit of vagueness. lol). I was actually having a real good time esp. in London, but in a calm and quiet way. And also I remember still at some moments I felt rather alone or like I was too far away or something was lacking, just a vage feeling and not the dominant one, but it was there. Still I really cherish that memory of New Year in London, and of course it was rather nice to have Jude Law practically look directly into my eyes while wishing the whole audience a good new year. of course his natal SN is exactly conjunct my natal Saturn, so Tr Jupiter was there (and opposing his own Jupiter).

oh and for the record, Tr Jupiter conjunct Sun, well don´t put too many expecations on this. I personally did not feel like a happy go lucky enthusiastic person when I had that this month. Of course I also had Tr Saturn opposing natal Saturn. lol Not a bad transit, and some really good stuff happened, just I cfouldn´t really feel it (the good of it), some things start to register just now, that Saturn is done testing my own saturn.

I dunno if this relates to the transiting Mars-Uranus opposition, but if you're traveling to/from the West Coast this week, please be careful:

One of the singers of the concert on monday has a Sun-Neptune-conjunction with an orb of 3 degrees. When Tr Jupiter was exactly on his Sun (and 3 degrees applying to his Neptune) he undertook a pilgrimage; the road to Santiago. I think he`s been through a rough break up earlier this year, and that was to find some centering in his life.
Well so maybe Tr Jupiter-Sun might simply about that, that internal (or in this case also external) journey, not nec3essarily a happy go lucky time, but more or less finding meaning of ones own life (at least to the current time), maybe coming with evaluating the past and shedding it (which might not always feel so lucky, but will be good further down the line).
Of course he is a special case with the Sun-Neptune-conjunction in his natal.

^ Right, with Sun-Neptune, he's already predisposed to that sort of thing.. What an interesting case though! And how fitting for the Jupiter-Neptune symbolism.

I’ve noticed when Jupiter is on sun, either traveling, or having kids are very common. Willingness to take risks.

He`s been also sharing a lot of the mental/ emotional/ spiritual process he`s been going through even before going onto that road to Santiago. Just makes me respect him even more than before. (just yesterday peeked at our composite,w hcih I had not really ever done before, ridiculously positive. lol At least quite connected, I guess no wonder that what he sais and does resonates with me. He`s also never become a "big name", even in musical theatre, despite having the talent, mostly because he has always refused to play according to the usual rules to a certain extent, like avoiding the big stuff and being very selective about what he does. Well seems it still pays the bills. But I have utmost respect for being able to walk that fine line. it`s not easy.)

It was the case with that singer I mentioned, but can`t say I have observed it myself. Well I did neither when having this transit this month. And I wasn`t particularly happy either. But this was just a weird november.

I was apparently suggested as a potential moderator at a forum that I frequent. A big one. It's probably due to the fact that I watch a lot of TV, and I've been in a few... um, "debates" - but I would have thought the latter would have worked against me.
Jupiter is conjunct my third house cusp (almost), Venus is in my third, not sure about the rest. I'm probably going to say "no" because I'm just there to talk, and I don't think I'd do a good job (I'd be too lenient). It was a total surprise, though. I don't PM often there, so my first thought when I saw that I had a message was, "Oh, what did I do now?"

anela congratulations! Even if you decline, it is well deserved recognition of your personality I think. I am sure you could handle it superbly being a moderator, because you are being such a fair person, trying to hear anyone`s side. But I also can understand if you are not in the mood to do it.

Transiting Venus conjunct my sun today but it seemed to confer no benefit at all.
Couldn't get along with my coworker that I was stuck with...maybe I was supposed to love myself and tell him to buzz off, that was in the stars...?
Capricorn energy can be a drag. Even Venus.

Hmm, sorry to hear that.. I just checked and that transiting Venus is also conjunct Saturn and Pluto, so...definitely not the easiest day for expressing any kind of affection. Additionally, the transiting Sun-Neptune square is exact, which might be adding frustration and confusion to the general moroseness of Venus-Saturn.. :/

Thanks so much 12YearsABlob. Yeah...probably all that cosmic soup is partially to blame. Oh God, I couldn't handle it anymore and just checked Google to see if I could find my coworker's birthday. He wasn't lying when he said February. He's a freaking PISCES though (?!) with his sun conjunct my boss's sun in Pisces. Holy crap he has a big stellium in Pisces, T does. There goes my theory that I love all Pisces people. Not sure what to say, I'm obviously a little deranged with work stress, and it's not even a job worth stressing over. Goodnight, hope life is better for you and anyone reading this.

yeah, Saturn and Pluto will certainly modify... besides Venus transits aren´t that strong on their own, or can be easily overshadowed by anything else going on, the exception being the Venus Return, but even in that the more Yang energies will modify Venusian expression.
Having said that, yesterday was P`s and my Venus Return of the composite. (I just found it hilarious, when I realized that actually the first real steps of connection in some more verbal way, as in actually talking or something, happened on the night of our composite Venus-Return as well. Just that back then I had no idea really. just later realizing that Tr Venus had been exact conjunct composite Venus. lol of course that is also always the day when Tr Venus is opposing my Saturn. But well, somehow it matches reality. lol)

I'm homesick. Even with the brexit stuff going on. I woke up from a dream in which dad had flown me to London, as a surprise. I was trying to take a picture for instagram, and to tag my cousin to come and pick us up (because I no longer know anyone's numbers).
Dad was writing cards the other night, asking me questions about family members, and I couldn't answer all of them, because it feels like I no longer really know them. I don't really know most of my dad's family either, which is why I've been alone so much. I wish he'd listened to me, over the last few weeks. I'm really depressed, and trying to make the best of it, when I have the motivation.
Jupiter is in my 3rd, and so is Venus, but I feel this way every year.

Thank you. I really appreciate that. I didn't take it, but maybe I should have. It would have given me something to learn. 12YearsABlob I haven't seen you around. I've been thinking of you. I can't remember when I last texted. I have people I need to get back to, again. Dad wanted to paint this living room and dining room before the holidays, and we haven't even washed the walls and ceiling down. I don't know how we're supposed to put decorations up, unless we wait until the new year to do it now, or paint it quickly, and then put them up on Christmas eve. I've been fighting the urge to shut down all social media, just haven't been in the mood for any of it.
