Actually the transiting 9th harmonic New Moon falls onto our 9th harmonic Composite Sun, and 9th harmonic Mars falls onto our 9th harmonic Composite Venus. being trine/ sextile 9th harmonic Composite Moon respectively.
natally this happens because the transiting New Moon is trine our Composite Sun (0°21) and transiting Mars is conjunct our Composite Venus (0°05) - Oh I wasn`t Aware of that! lol

Wow, lumina . So the upcoming month ought to be a good, strong test of the strength of transiting 9th harmonic planets aspects 9th harmonic composites. Natal-to-draco new moon chart for my location: Draco sun-moon @ 14° Sag Draco Jupiter @ 9° Cancer sextile Draco Pluto @ 9° Virgo My guess is, all planets/points @ 9° Aqua will take some kind of hit. Anyway looks like a good month for communication through difficult topics, with draco Mercury-Chiron on tropical ASC-Jupiter. For my location anyway. Too bad I spend so much time talking to people outside my time zone, lol.

What I was thinking about, looking at the 9th harmonic of the New Moon chart, but chose to not write here, was that there is a possibility that we are going to be lied to about the real purpose/ intention or reason of certain acts of aggression by our political leaders (Mars opposed the New Moon: forceful actions, even aggressive ones - Mercury opposite Neptune: in a bad case scenario plainly describing being lied to - Jupiter-Pluto: the typical symbol of political power, political authorities, also of course dealing with issues of faith, wanting to assert ones beliefs, being extremely convinced about one`s own opinion - Jupiter - Pluto on the nodal axis, and tightening that conjunction over the next week or so, Pluto in particular, and the nodes dealing with connections of any kind of course).
Something that I found a bit disconcerting or startling was that by coincidence I was glancing through the chapter in David Cochrane`s book "astrology of the 21st century" where he was talking a bit about the terrorist attack in 2001, I don`t usually read that stuff about mundane charts, so I was just skimming through it, too, but he wrote that he found the 7th harmonic chart particularly descriptive of that event as it had a triple conjunction of Sun-Mars-Uranus, opposite Mercury and apart from that featured a T-square of Moon-Saturn-Neptune.
Well I was just having a short glance at the 7th harmonic chart of yesterday (and no it`s not really comparable). But from an astrological perspective I found it interesting that Mars and Uranus were in conjunct yesterday, too (in 7th harmonic chart). The Sun was not - yet - involved, and it is an isolated conjunction (Cochrane puts most emphasis on harmonic triangles, meaning that at least 3 planets are interaspecting each other).
There was also a T-square of Saturn-Venus-Pluto, and an exact Sun-Ceres-conjunction closely square Neptune in the 7th harmonic.
Mercury on the Sun/Neptune-mp (little intelligence, lack of logical thinking, mental disturbances, deceptions or illusions) Mars and Uranus on the Saturn/Pluto-mp (brutality, assault, violence, ruthlesseness.// sudden acts of violence)
Well I only checked the 7th harmonic because I stumbled across it in Cochrane`s book; unlike most esoteric astrolgers he associates the 7th harmonic mainly with "focus" and everything that concludes from there, which can be different for personal charts and event charts a little. In event charts it has a lot to do with "planning" as well.
EDIT BTW the first two midpoints are present in the natal chart of yesterday too
Mercury conjunct Sun/Neptune 0°10 Mars conjunct Saturn/Pluto 0°11
Just the Uranus-factor is missing here, and comes in through 7th harmonic

"4/15/18 - ARIES NEW MOON & MERCURY DIRECT! We are like surfers who must be vigilant if we want to catch the approaching cosmic wave. Preparation time is over and there’s no time to lose if we are to make the most of the days and weeks ahead. The enterprising Aries New Moon at 9:57 pm EDT triggers immediate action without fear of the consequences. Meanwhile, messenger Mercury completes its three-week retrograde period and turns direct as obstacles, whether real or imagined, slowly fade." stariq.com/pagetemplate/main.asp--- "April 15, 2018 Mercury turns direct this morning after retrograde motion since March 22nd. Over the coming weeks, problems with communications and decision-making we may have encountered while Mercury was retrograde should start to improve. Answers we’ve been waiting for can arrive. Plans or projects that have stalled might now resume. We can be flooded with energies that are hard to make sense of as the change takes place today, however, and thus critical decision-making might be avoided for the time being, as our thinking can be skewed temporarily. The New Moon occurs in the sign of Aries tonight at 9:57 PM EDT. This is a good time to commit to personal goals that express the positive energies of the sign of the Ram. We might try something new and innovative, and go at it with enthusiasm and confidence, assert ourselves or our needs, take charge of our lives, start a brand new project, and discover our inner stores of personal courage. This is a strong cycle under which to re-evaluate our relationship to ourselves. With this potent Aries energy, we have the chance to make important changes in our lives. Because this New Moon occurs on the same day of Mercury’s direct station and aligns with Uranus, this may be a particularly impulsive and perhaps rebellious time, and not necessarily a time of keen judgment as we don’t yet have all the details. However, clarity is coming, and things are moving forward, perhaps in surprising or abrupt ways. We can feel a strong desire to start fresh after some feelings of sluggishness and blockages. Watching what we say and how we say it may be particularly necessary today as stationing Mercury forms a semi-square to Venus." cafeastrology.com/

Draco Jupiter @ 9° Cancer sextile Draco Pluto @ 9° Virgo My guess is, all planets/points @ 9° Aqua will take some kind of hit. Because of the Yod? I have my pr Sun on 10 Aqua, but I don`t think any Draco planet. Interestingly enough my Sun is on Jupiter/Pluto-mp, so that is like mirroring a natal occurrence in my chart. BTW Draco Jupiter will conjunct P`s Draco Mercury on 8 Cancer and Draco Pluto is on his tropical Mars-Jupiter on 10-11 Virgo, and actually exact opposite my name in his chart and his Eros (tropically) on 8 Pisces.

I am not quite sure why but yesterday seemed more "moving/ communicative/ initiating", while today feels more like a lazy day, just floating in the sun and not doing or thinking anything, and especially not starting anything. Just feeling at ease.
EDIT But then again the New Moon will be happening tomorrow morning at my location. Actually I have just been looking up my diurnal chart for tomorrow.
Sun 26 Aries Moon 27 Aries Uranus 28 Aries
Well Mars will be exactly on the MC on 16 Cap, putting my natal Saturn onto the IC ASC will be on 8 Taurus, not that important (it is falling onto my Part of Marriage though. lol and asteroid Actor and Eros/Psyche-mp, but only those minor things, I do think asteroid Elvis is around somewhere too, but might misremember that).
today my diurnal ASC is exactly trine my Venus (was so yesterday as well), so the lazy factor comes in. lol
Interestingly today diurnal Moon is on 14 Aries square Mars on the MC already, shouldn`t I feel more volatile with that? Angry at the world in general? Well the day is not over yet of coure. lol
Well ASC is on the Sun/Venus-mp for me these days, so maybe that wins out. lol

Yesterday was beautiful and warm, the kind of weather I wish I had year-round, while today it's cold and rainy again.
With transiting Mercury on the MC, there was a serious car accident in front of my house, with many police cars, fire trucks, ambulances arriving with all their sirens and lights. My Scorpio moon son and I (8H moon), we took our morbid curiosity outside to watch and pray, while the firemen and paramedics worked to remove an older woman from the driver's seat. I guess they had to be sure to stabilize her head/spine because it took a while.
Despite the sadness, it was amazing that the one car, while utterly crushed in the front, was well-preserved otherwise, so I think the occupants of that car may have been fine. Also it was just beautiful out, with all the lights shining against the cold grey air, getting pelted by wind and drizzle.

And I am pretty complacent, despite it all. But maybe it is the fact it trines my Sun-Mercury so closely? And even the conjunction to Draconic Venus, albeit exact, might make one not necessarily inclined to hasty sudden behaviour. Though I feel lazy and alert at the same time. Lazy and at ease as a general mood (but might be the spring and sun and everything in blossom out there) but very alert and instantly ready for action (talking and deciding mostly) when it`s needed.

I forget that when a Transit is hitting my Mars, it's also hitting my asteroid Circe.
So yesterday was cool, I got an order of apatite stones in the mail, and had some cool spiritual openings with the ancestors, and pondering those connections.
Typically a bit hectic on the physical plane, but mostly really good.

That day was an odd day. I woke up late, the van broke down, but dad managed to fix it, so that we could finally go out. We went for a birthday dinner, but I wasn't in the mood, so we decided to leave it for the following weekend (his birthday). We still ate at Bob Evans, after going to the store, and we had a tornado warning... one small one apparently touched down at the burger king parking lot, and flipped a couple of cars. I also killed most of my seedlings, accidentally, leaving them in what I thought would be a gentle rain, which turned into heavy rain when we were out.
I had hoped for more motivation, but I've felt like crap a lot of the time.
