In Right Ascension (Equatorial Longitude) which is the coordinate that astronomers use along with Declination (Equatorial Latitude) to locate and track celestial objects, my Sun is aligned with not only Alpha Boötes star Arcturus. It is also aligned with three other stars in Boötes. My Sun and the two planets close to the Sun, Mercury and Venus are also aligned with Boötes stars. Boötes is very strong in my astrological nativity.

Boötes /boʊˈoʊtiːz/ is a constellation in the northern sky, located between 0° and +60° declination, and 13 and 16 hours of right ascension on the celestial sphere. The name comes from the Greek Βοώτης, Boōtēs, meaning “herdsman” or “plowman” (literally, “ox-driver”; from βοῦς bous “cow”).
The name Boötes was first used by Homer in his Odyssey as a celestial reference point for navigation, described as "late-setting" or "slow to set", translated as the "Plowman".
According to one version, he was a son of Demeter, Philomenus, twin brother of Plutus, a plowman who drove the oxen in the constellation Ursa Major.[8] This is corroborated by the constellation's name, which itself means "ox-driver" or "herdsman." The ancient Greeks saw the asterism now called the "Big Dipper" or "Plough" as a cart with oxen. This influenced the name's etymology, derived from the Greek for "noisy" or "ox-driver".[10] Another myth associated with Boötes relates that he invented the plow and was memorialized for his ingenuity as a constellation.
according to Bernadette Brady:
Bootes, the Hunter and Farmer
The Athenians saw this constellation as the leader of people who had fallen on difficult times. In order to help them, Bootes, their leader, invented the plow, thereby becoming one of the great benefactors of his tribe, and thus of humankind. Bootes still stands in the wky holding weapons and farming tools.
Bootes was Supa to the Babylonians, and it represented Enlil who decrees the destiny of the lands. The text of the new Babylonian New Year ceremony goes some way to confirm this when it refers to the constellation as Supa, ruler of the Supreme Gods. Sumerian hymns praise him as the controller of the rains and floods. Enlil, later known as Elil, is an ancient Mesopotamian god associated with wind, air, earth, and storms. He is first attested as the chief deity of the Sumerian pantheon, but he was later worshipped by the Akkadians, Babylonians, Assyrians, and Hurrians. was regarded as the inventor of the mattock and the patron of agriculture.Enlil was a god of the farmers. Enlil was associated with the number fifty, which was considered sacred to him.
Enlil was part of a triad of deities, which also included An and Enki.[These three deities together were the embodiment of all the fixed stars in the night sky. An was identified with all the stars of the equatorial sky, Enlil with those of the northern sky, and Enki with those of the southern sky. The path of Enlil's celestial orbit was a continuous, symmetrical circle around the north celestial pole, but those of An and Enki were believed to intersect at various points.
2900 BCE - 2700 BCE
Enlil first mentioned as Sumerian god during the Early Dynastic Period I in Mesopotamia.
2334 BCE - 2083 BCE
Enlil worshipped during the time of the Akkadian Empire in Mesopotamia.
1792 BCE - 1750 BCE
Enlil assimilated with the Babylonian god Marduk during the reign of King Hammurabi.

According to Ptolemy the influence of the constellation is like that of Mercury and Saturn, though the star Arcturus is like Mars and Jupiter. It is said to give prosperity from work, strong desires, a tendency to excess, a fondness for rural pursuits, together with some liking for occultism. The Kabalists associate it with the Hebrew letter Teth and the 9th Tarot Trump, "The Hermit". [Robson*, p.32.]
According to Ptolemy it is of the nature of Mars and Jupiter, but Alvidas substitutes Venus and Mercury conjoined. It gives riches, honors, high renown, self-determination and prosperity by navigation and voyages. [Robson*, p.139.]
"Bear leader-guardian", meaning observer of the "Great Bear", or "The Saucepan" or "Big Dipper" respectively. Main star of constellationBootes (= driver of oxen), has a Jupiter-Mars nature, and a reputation of achieving "justice through power". It therefore makes the native belligerent and quarrelsome, especially if attached to Mars and Jupiter by conjunction. A really go-ahead and enterprising spirit is here the rule, as indicated by Jupiter-Mars. Lasting success is promised if further good aspects are present. If critically aspected, the good influence will be hampered or made into a real handicap. If involved in legal action, such a native may lose all.
