Thank you! Btw, which house system do you guys use?
I normally use Placidus, but the whole sign interpretations make sense for me too.

12YearsABlobI have been advocating for whole sign for a while now. Placidus gives me 11th moon and whole sign gives me 12th moon and the 12th description was how I got hooked in Astrology in the first place. It makes sense too if a house is organized by one sign, .... since I’ve noticed 12th moons in the Placidus sense- ppl with the moons in the same sign of asc -don’t necessarily have the same problems as those who don’t. Asc is still a sensitive point, just not as important and rectifying chart is easier since the hour is probably sufficient for the most parts.

Right? I've been thinking about this since I saw Jewel Mayberry's video saying she uses equal or whole sign house systems because that accounts for the "skew" that results in placidus. The equal system didn't resonate with me (well, so far it hasn't), but whole signs just clicked. It preserves the angles, but the house placements make a lot more sense, including my 12H/10H planets and 8th house Venus. I checked transits too and it seems about right.. There's gotta be a reason it's one of the oldest systems that's stuck around, even Valens used it way back in the 2nd century AD (not that all of Valens' views are as easy to digest for me, but still).
There are several astro bloggers that say they switched to the whole house system after a few years of studying astrology. Will link those later, they're pretty interesting.

What are your thoughts about this configuration, lumina?

hmm. depends on the perspective. I can see some of that, but I also see my Placidus-houses as fitting.
What certainly is not the case however is that my Mars is in 1st house. There would need to be a modification in thinking about houses, and differentiating between planets above and below the horizon, even if both are in 1st house, as it is certainly a difference, if a planet is above the horizon or below. After all the ASC marks sunsrise in our charts.

There would need to be a modification in thinking about houses Yeah, that could be one thing... Also, your mars is conjunct Neptune - so it's not a typical Sag mars in the first, it'll be much softer (and seductive, lol - you Mars-Neptune people).
