Libra Circe specializes in making you feel that you need them there in order for things to feel very balanced and level (?) Hmm.. I wouldn't say "balanced and level". That's a Libra myth, more or less (and not particularly attractive either - what alluring witch makes you feel balanced & level-headed?). I haven't met a single Libra who is 'balanced'. We're searching for balance, precisely because we're *so* out of it.
Libra Circe is more about the Venusian experience, I believe. Feels awkward for me to talk about it, ha! I'll leave that to your imagination.

.... I wonder if this indicates opportunities to bond through hardship, even by saving someone's life, or being for someone there as they go through a serious low point. Wild guess, does this aspect your Angel asteroid at all? I think your interpretation is probably the right one. Nope, I don't have an Angel asteroid close by, however, my Circe is semi-sextile Excalibur, if that counts, but more importantly, it is sextile Dejanira plus Venus/Mars mid pt, and it squares Juno - I matyr myself in saving another!! Looked up synastry: lo and behold, his Circe is conjunct my Mars - a clear indication of being bewitched by someone.

Well.....maybe I'm just crazy but I do think that's like a superpower, being able to balance things, but perhaps not everyone is enthralled by it. My Libra Pluto has its agenda and like all Plutos, it's got some x-ray vision. I do see the strength it takes to pull off Libra energy well. And strength is attractive. Aah, thanks for seeing it that way. It's just that dunno if we usually have it to begin with. Maybe that's part of being a Libra? Trying to grow into it... My Circe is grand-trining my husband's Neptune and Ceres, and opposes his Mars-Eros-Priapus-Pluto...my Circe creates a kite with his chart in other words, and is the apex. Do I derive any evil satisfaction from the fact that I have him under my spell and he cannot escape? I need to search my conscience. Ha! Reading this and lumina's account - maybe the keyword for Circe in synastry is "allure"? His Mars-Pluto stellium is what hypnotizes you, draws you in (and vice-versa). The planet contacted in synastry is where the other person finds you irresistible?

...wondering if you have any hero asteroids (like Angel) aspecting Circe. Yes, indeed - after a further search this emerged: Heracles, (son of Zeus) the greatest Greek Hero, opposes Circe exactly. This aspect discovered thanks to you . Circe also aspects Siva and other forms of Siva - Siva, the destroyer and transformer, aspecting both Circe and Pluto, as do Greek theme asteroids such as Zeus, Hera, Juno, Jupiter, and Heracles - all of these within 1 degree. I think this thread has also shown that Circe deserves a place as a key romantic/sexual asteroid in synastry.

I ❤ my Circe. She's conjunct my Mars, both sextile my 8th h Jupiter. I'm sexxxxayyy. 😂
One of the most intense, telepathic "relationships" (star crossed, so to speak) was with a guy whose Venus is conjunct my Mars/Circe (his asteroid Karma is also conjunct my Sun, so there's that as well).

FruityLlama and anela , can you think of how your Circe sign shows up (if you feel that it does)? I don't know. I've never really felt seductive, but I haven't been in a position to really try. My life has been weird. That's part of what's so depressing. Whenever I've been hit on, like by my BIL, it's been a real shock. I get really offended/defensive, if they're involved with someone else. If it's a stranger, I don't know what to do, LOL. I laugh, but it also makes me sad at times. I remember talking to a younger guy I know online, who admitted a bit of attraction to me years ago, saying that it should be so easy - but I haven't met anyone for years, that I feel comfortable around, and attracted to. I kind of have a crush on someone, another Aries. It comes and goes, and I don't really know him, but I realized that part of what I like about him, is that he is so creative, and involved in so much - and he just jumps in and tries. Things I used to like about myself. He was in a band for years, is creative in his own business, we're in agreement on politics, but I'm not around him in person, so I don't know how he would respond to me. We've talked on facebook, and one other site, and that's it. He's a reader, too, and I loved that. I'l have to look up his Circe. Aside from when I had a great figure, I don't really know what's been attractive about me. I have had a few guys online, crush on me, when I was a lot nicer/sweeter than I feel now. Welcoming, the old feminine comforting, non-threatening thing, I guess. Some guys like to annoy me. They like to stir me up, but I don't find that attractive at all. It's one thing to have a good talk about something; quite another to have someone annoy you deliberately. I would love the ability to turn a few people into animals. I'd be able to tolerate them a lot more.

I'm still smiling when I think of it. I checked the Circe on the guy I mentioned: 29 Pisces. Sextile my Moon/Venus/SN. Inconjunct Uranus/ascendant. I'm disappointed in another guy I used to have a weird/strong attraction to: an Aquarius I thought of, when I saw that I have Circe in Aquarius. He was a Libertarian, but now appears to have jumped on the Trump train. I don't know what to make of it/him. He linked to Breitbart for one thing, and I loathe that website. I will not read anything there.

My Circe is at 1° Gemini.
I suppose this makes sense only for the fact that a lot of men I attract usually have some luminary at 0°-5° degrees of an air sign and I have nothing in my chart at an early degree (with the exception of my earthy 8° Mercury/Uranus).
This would mean that my Circe was exactly trine my ex-boyfriends Aqua Venus It also means that it's conjunct the Mercury (ruler of his Mars) of the current guy that I'm seeing It would also be trine my impossible crush's Aqua Mars
Funnily enough, the guy I'm currently seeing has his Circe EXACTLY conjunct my ASC. Mutual enchantment makes sense in this context.

Ava yes. Circe 13°51 Cap Proserpina 14°13 Cap Venus 16°01 Cap Arthur 16°38 Cap so our composite also shows a Circe-Venus-conjunction albeit with an orb of 2°10 Interestingly enough in his composite with his wife there is ALSO a Venus-Circe-conjunction (2°13) which is actually conjunct my name in their composite but in their composite this Venus-Circe is square Uranus (on my natal Mars-ASC. lol), while in our composite Venus-Circe is very tightly square Pluto (opposite her Mercury-Venus). my composite with Lancelot does not have the Venus-Circe, but funny enough composite Circe is conjunct my natal Venus. in my composite with Mr Law Circe is square Moon-Mercury-Venus, and I think they might overlay each other in Draco-natal composite comparision. yes Draco composite Moon-MErcury conjunct tropical composite Circe (2 degrees); Draco composite Circe opposes trpical composite MOon-Mercury exact and Venus by 2 degrees. Hilarious and odd, but Draco composite with P as well as with Mr Law have Draco Circe on the exact same degree, 23 Gemini, and tightly conjunct PRoserpina. Can it be that Circe often conjuncts Proserpina (26)? Or is that just coincidentally in my composites the case. lol

Ava , I see what you mean..
P.S. It's probably stronger than "allure", 'course.
