Has any other tea drinkers tried this cleansing tea? I was gifted a nice boxed set and it tastes pretty good. It is supposed to cleanse toxins, improve the skin and help the bowls eliminate. I have only had a cup a day for one week and see no difference yet. I will try the 30 day trial and see how skin beautiful it makes me If you have used it, please let me know how it worked for you! clariteatox.com/

I haven't. I'm thinking about trying Activated You for their breakfast drink, and probiotics. I need to do something, but I don't know if I'll ever fix my stomach issue.
I have had celery juice with lemon, here and there, but haven't been consistent with it. It's hydrating, good for the skin, and has a lot of vitamins in it (supposed to be good for everything).

I've wanted to get into the habit of drinking celery juice, but my juicer really doesn't handle the strings well. They clog the opening where the pulp is supposed to exit, so everything gets backed up. It's an Omega Vert juicer by the way. I know it's a common complaint about that machine. A friend gave us one of those sideways juicers, like this: I've just been too lazy to haul it out and try it. Anyway....I love Jason Winters Tea for cleansing. I first heard about it from Anne Frohme's book A Cancer Battle Plan, and I did read a book about how the formula was created (Jason Winters was dying of cancer and desperately seeking out advice from Native Americans). My local health store carried the tea bags and that was amazing, because the tea was really good and it was convenient and relatively cheap. Now I make a pint from the loose tea, a few times per week. Doesn't taste as good and it doesn't seem to have as strong an effect -- no idea why. Re: your stomach Have you tried Mastic Gum?

I've wanted one of those juicers. It's apparently slower, but gets all of the juice out, meaning less waste, if it's the one I'm thinking of. I know what you mean, though: I have a great blender, and my sister said, "You have all of this great stuff, but you barely use it!" I don't know what mastic gum is. I need to work out a plan, and stick with it, to see if it helps. Right now. I'm eating oatmeal again (quick oats, fine with stomach, not so great nutritionally), adding things to that, like cinnamon, flax, MCT oil, honey, etc. Trying butternut squash soup again. Making lentil soup, that's usually okay on my stomach, and also provides iron and protein. And so on. I need to try to remember L-glutamine every day, and that vitamin drink I mentioned. I'll google the mastic gum.

anela , I don`t juice at all but know I need something to boost my immune system and get me feeling normal again. I have never heard of Activated You but will investigate I looked them up again myself. They have a few things I want to try, but one is almost $80, the other over $70. It's all too expensive. I could order one thing, or go grocery shopping. I'll look up the tea. My digestive system is a mess. It's like IBS, but I also get sick (most food and liquids disagree with me). I've lost a good amount of hair, although it still covers my head (I think I'm missing a small patch behind my left ear, though ). After I got sick in May, it started falling out all the more. So I need something to fix me, too.
