Benefits listed in article: 1. B Vitamins 2. Silicon (improves bone strength) 3. Prevents kidney Stones 4. Cardiovascular Disease Lately I've been drinking alcohol every night, a glass of wine or microbrewery beer. Maybe I'm just imagining things or doing something else differently, but my skin seems better than it was. www.skinstore.com/blog/skincare/b-vitamins/My husband was friends with two men who were both robust into their 90s. They both had a daily drink in the afternoon. Makes me wonder. *Another one died in his late 80s I believe. He made his own wine.

"Good news for women! Certain vitamins in beer can regenerate the skin and have a positive impact on pigmentation. Your skin becomes smoother and suppler." "Beer can increase your vitamin B levels Beer contains several B vitamins (B1, B2, B6 and B12). A Dutch study found that beer drinkers had 30 percent higher levels of vitamin B6 than their non-drinking counterparts, and levels that were twice as high as those of wine drinkers. Beer is also a generous source of vitamin B12, an anti-anaemic factor not found in many foods." anthonymartin.be/en/news-events/news/79-the-health-benefits-of-beer-12-reasons-why-you-should-drink-it/Wow, so that had me looking up B6:

Lol, this is a surefire hit. I am not sure about consumption (haven't read your material yet) - but I have heard of it being good for hair as an external treatment (beer shampoo, anyone?). Vitamin B6 also makes sense, considering beer is made from barley..

Based on this, I lead an excessively healthy lifestyle. Add wine into the mix and I'm superwoman haha I have heard of beer shampoo too 12YearsABlob but I was appalled that people would waste such godliness like that, haha!! I say this, I actually much prefer wine which has its own health benefits. I actually read that beer contains all the base ingredients for life or something too.
