I've never tried this, only regular doses of LSD in my youth. Let us know how it works if you try it!

Violets , I did for about 3 weeks. Firstly, I noticed that I felt more upbeat and cheery. Then I found that I could spend a longer time reading in a library without fidgeting and taking breaks. That alone is a huge plus for me. Initially I suspected that some of the feel good effect was a placebo effect. Because I had read such wonderful accounts of microdosing, I was delighted to be doing it and had a very positive attitude. However, the library experience wasn't a placebo effect at all because I was fully absorbed in my readings and had forgotten about the microdose. The tricky bit is to find the point which is enough for you. So, it should make you feel good in a sub perceptual way. It shouldn't change your perception of everyday sights and sounds, where colours may begin to appear brighter or music sounds more beautiful. I tried different doses - from 10 drops to 20 drops (note that the drops are in highly diluted form mixed with echinacea) but the only perceptual difference was that traffic lights appeared to be brighter on the 20 drops. I will continue to microdose once I get some more and perhaps reserve it for more demanding days.
