I usually sleep with my mobile phone close by. Since I have been pregnant my sleeping is terrible especially the latter stages, i almost forget what sleep is.
I remember Kannon looking at my transit on LL where I was asking about career, but he mentioned something about electronic devices(i need to find the post) - Uranus had been going through my 6th house at the time. I am prone to migranes/tension headaches but that could be my posture too.
The past 2 nights my phone has been in my room but more of a distance my bf told me to keep it at a distance when i sleep.
I have to say the past 2 nights have been the best nights sleep I have had in months(aside from having to get up that one time to use the bathroom).
Do you think there is any feasibility in mobile phones near your sleeping place affecting your sleep even when you haven't been using it?
Pls dnt quote

I think if it works for you to move the phone, that's valid evidence....and I hope you did find a solution.
When I Google the issue, a lot of scary articles come up, about the dangers of cell phones.
So I won't post them. It's not that I don't believe the articles, but it's clear they are being sensational just to get attention; the content of the article explains that doctors and science don't quite know what the actual risks and effects are. I mean, EMF and RF, maybe they affect different people different ways.
And I doubt science would ever want to conclusively prove that devices are a health threat, as that would disrupt the industry.

Thank you yes I saw alot of scary articles, im used to reading up extremes i have been googling things about labor which I should avoid... My sleep has been horrendous over the past number of months, I was sleeping ok pre pregnancy, so im wondering if being pregnant has made me more sensitive to things such as this. I do think it has made me more empathic/sensitive to others energies, so maybe also with this case. The only thing i have done differently was move my phone.... pls dnt quote

I would say also not using your phone at least 15 min before sleep and not right as you wake up.
I am guilty of doing it as I wake up. I don't every day but it happens.
Best is to wake up do something else i.e. go to bathroom and this gives your brain some time to adjust and be alert.
Same before bed put it aside and try not to look at it before sleep. Some even say at least 30 mins.
